He grumbled, purple eyes half lid as the attack hit. Cashmere huffed and moved again in a quick attack hopping to take out the flying menace.

Spirit suddenly came out of her "love-lorn" stupor with the hit and shook off the lingering effects. She definitely did not appreciate Cashmere's tactics and voiced her disapproval, humming and buzzing at him in a harsh tone. Both she and Cara saw how weak he was getting and decided that one more attack should do it so she set up her attack. She wove her way around the trees, gathering strength in her legs. When she reached Cashmere she let him have it.

The last hit was the last. Cashmere gave a soft sound and fell, battered and bruised from the rocks.

Spirit flitted around in happiness. She had won! She zipped back to Cara and the two hugged. Cara congratulated Spirit and said that she had done a wonderful job. Cara waved to her opponent and the duo left, making their way to the nearest Pokemon center because, although Spirit wasn't really hurt, Cara wanted to make sure that her Pokemon was always in tip-top shape.
