Kari came across what looked to be... a wagon? She'd heard about these things, but had never actually seen one before. Walking up to it, she saw a variety of games... though she noted that only one seemed playable. Walking up to an old computer, she read the text on the screen...
"Lemon Trail?", she murmured to her treat in suspicion. It simply cocked its head to the side in confusion. Well, a game was a game.
"It's pay to play."
Kari jumped at the voice, not having known anyone was here. Of course, such a thought was ridiculous... as was their outfit. Taking in what the boil had said, Kari took a closer look at the screen to see a small scrawl of words stating that it required a silver seed.
"Oh... okay, I guess", she replied, digging out a seed to place in the machine. Pressing start, the game started up and showed... pants? Did it mean plants? Oh, there were options to choose from...
She chose to flee and it failed... then the screen went blank. Was it broken?
After a few moments, it popped back on at the start screen... she could only assume that meant she'd lost.

A game wagon with a funny lookin' person on it? And this game had rainbow words? IT HAD TO BE AWESOME. For just a seed; that was totally worth it! She didn't know what Lemon Trail was, but it sure sounded fruity. Hey maybe she could get a funny outfit outta this too.
As the game started up, Scarlett fidgeted anxiously and pushed buttons.
"PANTS?!" she squealed and began mashing in her command. "SAVE THE PANTS." You can't go around having dead pants! It just wasn't right for some poor sap's pants to wind up dead.
Scarlett chose to attack, but apparently that was a bad choice as the screen flicked and a jarbled "game over" appeared before the start screen was back. "What the heck?!" She huffed and stepped back so anyone behind her could have a turn. But she wanted to play agaaaaain.

Sophie was roaming when she came across this booth, slowing as she came near it until eventually she came to a complete stop in front of it. A smile a the operator of the booth, Sophie inserted a silver seed and decided to give it a shot. She had no idea what she was doing and next thing she knew the screen flash and the words 'game over' zoomed in.
Well, shoot. She headed off.

He figured he'd done all the games for the day but as he wandered back toward the edge of the area he noticed the cart that looked suspiciously like an old game.
A REALLY old game. Even better.
He almost laughed as he saw it before digging a seed out of his pocket to give it a go. And just like he remembered getting past the first part almost never happened and the game quickly laughed at him and flashed the game over screen.

Scarlett wrinkled her nose and looked at the machine. No one was winning at anything. Maybe it was just a heap of junk. Or maybe it held magnificent secrets!
The ghoul put in another seed. She had to find out.
"I've got you pants this time!"
Nope, no she didn't. After selecting an option, the screen went scratchy and returned to the start, asking for another seed. "BLARGH." Scarlett stepped away to take a breather instead of kick the wagon. She had to be nice to the game if she wanted anything from it.

Well this was...different. Clara spotted a strange wagon sticking out like a sore thumb among the wave of booths. She walked over to it, carefully examining the contents. On one of the games in the wagon, there was a note mentioning a possible reward. She paid the operator the silver seed and started playing.
....And was very confused with the first screen. Clara reasoned that in games such as the one before her, attacking was usually not a bad choice. She chose to attack. And then her attack failed. And then she lost the game. And then she gave up on the game, because surely, it was glitched.

Scarlett approached this 'Lemon Trail' again and aggressively paid another seed.
"I'LL HAVE ANOTHER ROUND." No one better tell her she'd had enough because she sure hadn't. It didn't seem like many ghouls and boils were trying the wagon either. Maybe she could spend all day here.
The game booted up and crashed as soon as she picked the option to flee from the 'pants'. "DAMN IT," she shouted and kicked the ground. What kind of lemon trail was this she didn't even see a single lemon just pants!

Eachann snorted, looking at the game.
"Lemon Trail, eh?" He squinted a little, eyeing the booth.
He popped a seed in and started to play. The graphics seemed a little... crude... but, hey, a game is a game, right?
He... appeared to flee from pants? His hand slipped, of course. Or something.
(They were scary pants.)
"Booth master?" he whinnied a little, "I, uh, believe I've won a prize from the first round?"

THIS WAS SUCH A COOL BOOTH.
Or, uh, wagon.
Mayaa stared the mawnitor, eyes wide, and didn't hesitate too pluck out a gilded pumpkin seed to enter into the slots. Good thing she had so many, she could play forever!
As the screen loaded and the first "boss" appeared, Mayaa squinted.
... Pants?
She smacked some buttons and exploded them in a puff of magic and glitter.
Having no idea what happened, she pressed on.

Mayaa didn't know and tried to attack it, but ended up falling in instead, frowning as a "GAME OVER" sign popped up.

First shack, next was a very random wagon in the middle of the booths. Kier stared at it for a moment wondering if maybe she was just losing her mind, but no it apparently was some sort of game.
Sliding one seed into the slot Kier figured the worse that could happen was losing.
First round she was a little baffled, "the pants are dead? What?" It didn't make any sense to her but never the less she attacked and defeated it.

Kier decided to continue the next round and see where after killing the pants would get her. It was something called a revir, though she assumed that it meant river possibly. Using magic she made it move out of her way, or at least maybe she went over with the game she wasn't sure.

Despite the luck Kier had in the game she decided it was time to save and quit. It wasn't a bad game, just rather confusing to her considering she was unsure what it was about or talking about. Maybe she would play again later.
