Haidee returned from the lounge with a book. She had no idea whether it was a textbook or even if it was free to take, but she had become so engrossed in it that she refused to put it down to be lost. She opened the door to her room and entered as she read the last page. How thrilling a tale it was!
She tossed the book on top of her dresser and opened up her closet. Now to choose something to wear for the banquet. Honestly, it wasn't as formal an occasion as the ball would be, but she still intended to dress as nicely as the occasion would allow her to.
Haidee rifled through the dresses, hanboks, and kimonos she had come to school with. She intended to save her most formal of all for any balls and soirées the school would hold. That meant... hmmm...
What if I were to wear the yellow? Mm, no... Perhaps the blue? Or the rose? Haidee frowned at her closet, trying to choose. Finally, she settled on not changing at all. After all, it wasn't as though she had anything INformal to wear. She could dress up even further another day.
