After happily waving to her friends, Abbi landed on both feet only to realize she was partially standing on Pandora's hand.
"Oh my gosh! Ahhhhhh sorrriieeeeee!" She once again shouldered her scythe to use her free hand to try and pull the girl up out of the sand.

Spectating
The few hunters whom he had considered friends were either beaten already, or hadn't enter the tournament leaving Matt wandering around until Chelsea's next battle. There was at least another moon hunter battling in the tournament and considering that he was also a moon he felt a need to show some support.
He didn't sit anywhere near the other spectators but instead in the back secretly in his head cheering on the moon hunter.

"Ptuh," she spat again. She could feel the sand in her teeth. It was the worst. At least getting wailed on by a giant scythe was pretty metal. "Pweh. Yech. Oh, hey, thanks--"
Pandora's attempt to pull herself up instead pulled Abbi down.

Doing her best to stay upright, but totally unbalanced by both the girl and a slipping giant weapon, Abbi plummeted down after Pandora with a cry. Both hands shot out into the sand to halt her fall while Viveca fell with a thunk against Pandora.

In the scramble to get back to her feet and rescue Viveca from the sand, Abbi accidentally pulled her up too fast and whacked Pandora's arm.
Naturally, she apologized again.

Still apologizing the teen flailed around trying to balance herself and her scythe only to topple back forward onto her opponent/ new friend.
They were really good friends now.

Finn was prettttty sure it was about finished now. That meant he could actually make some noise!

Ripley, who had certainly always been there, now let out a whoop at his friend's victory. "WOOO ABBI! Great job!" He threw a grin at Finn, who had done the same, and then made his way past the barrier to the battlefield. Once there though, he paused. Oh, he should probably stay back a bit to let them do their sportsmanly things, shouldn't he? Hrm.
He held back a bit then, arms folded casually across his stomach, and waited.
