The lookout in the tree gave the two Pae'il a grand view of Loka Nei Jungle, and Forest. The tree happened to be the tallest, so they could look out upon the treetops of the Jungle to the North and the Forest to the south, across the river.

River.

There was no ravine. Movement could be seen in the trees of the forest, heading towards the river. Towards Okeanos and Cressida.

A wash of warm, yellow light flowed over the land, radiating from the pair out over the landscape in all directions. Golden-hued visages of Pae'il from the past began to manifest. On the lookout platform, (which appeared fully rebuilt railing and foliage cover) a Faerie Pae'il stood, large horn in hand. It was hard to determine what kind of animal the horn came from, because it was quite a bit larger than the mountain rams the Pae'il may be used to.

The Fae put the horn to his lips and blew as hard as his body could handle. Okeanos and Cressida would not hear the bellow, but they'd be able to see that it might be loud based on body language. The Fae looked scared, but determined. When he was clearly out of breath, he grabbed his staff, pointing the gem towards the forest.

There was subtle rustling on the edges of the forest as an army of Angels and Demons emerged fully armored and armed with spears, bows and swords. Below the lookout, the marsh was gone, and Fae lined the banks of the river, staves in hand.

The image would fade before any further action could be observed. The look-out Fae with the huge horn was gone, the armies were gone and the marsh was back.

In the place of where the look-out Fae stood, were two large coins, and the big horn.

As soon as Okeanos or Cressida touch the coins, the landscape will change again. The marsh will recede revealing the ferns, leaves and flowers of the edge of the jungle. The ravine appears with the river many yards below. The vines remain, and the snakes turn back into vines.

((Congrats on winning an Angel and Elemental coin. More will be discussed about their purpose in the final wrap-up. The Angel coin (bronze one--on the left) is for Cressida. The Elemental coin (gold one--on the right) is for Okeanos.

Okeanos and Cressida now must find a way home on their own. All magic barriers and limitations on magic and abilities have been lifted. Cressida can fly now. The events of this RP are canon, so please ensure they actually find a way out. And just to note: as was written on the scenario set-up page with the rules, pae were not to remember the bubbles that put them here.

One of you may pick up the horn and try to find another Pae who may know more about it, or what it was used for. The horn is old, so its fragile, but it is also engraved with the ancient Fae's language.))

With one more mighty push, she let go of the vine to grab onto the wooden slabs of the floor. She grunted, and pulled herself onto the lookout. A little out a breath, a bit sweaty, and a whole lot aggravated at the situation, the demonic stood up. Finally! She got to see what the fuss was about. A golden hand reached up to brush her forehead, only for her wrist to catch on something hard. "What..." Both hands lifted up to touch the object. It was the circlet from earlier! How did it manage to stay on her head this whole time? She wrapped her fingers around it and gave a tug to take it off. It didn't budge. Her eyebrows inched up as she gave another tug. "...Shellfish." She cursed wondering if it had gotten tangled in her fiery curls. But before she ask for Okeanos to give a look, a movement caught her emerald eyes. "Hey! Somethings coming!" Her hands dropped as she peered into the woods. Then, light. Warm light flooding the area, bathing the swamp. She took a step back in fright especially when a fae randomly materialized out of thin air. Cressida edged towards her naiad acquaintance, the male now the only thing she even semi-trusted. The landscape was difference, an army of pae had appeared, and she didn't know what to make of any of it. As if to mock her confusion, all at once everything disappeared. Back to exactly as it was mere minutes ago.

It was about then that she realized just how close she had gotten to the male. Practically touching him. With a bit of a jump, she took a gigantic step away and busied herself by walking to where the fae had stood. Hopefully he wouldn't say anything. "What in Gaia do you think THAT was about?" She crouched by the items, wondering if they were safe to handle.

Okeanos looked at what was going on with a kind of childlike fascinating, tilting his head to the side and watching as the scenery around him morphed and turned into something he couldn't recognize. He was aware of the fact, eventually, that the Pae'il in front of them were likely faeries, considering the one furthest ahead seemed to be a faerie.

Was this where they were at some point? Had they stepped into a foreign world? Was this world ravaged by random screaming battle? It seemed like an exciting place, and Okeanos nearly bounced when the faeries decided to stand their ground against what looked to be a whole slew of those blood angels and blood demons.

The bellow was unheard, sure, but it seemed to affect Okeanos to the core, and unlike the nervous Cressida that clung, Okeanos looked more ready for battle than the faeries they were watching. He had no malice against either party and really had no idea what any of this was even about...

...but he didn't care. It was all about the excitement and the excitement was -- gone.

And then Green was as well. He blinked, tilted his head, but said nothing of it. Instead, he moved forward, clutching the horn that had been left on the ground, along with the strange coin left beside it.

"It looked like another world was preparing for war," offered Okeanos, almost sing-song.

"And they left us this over the barrier~"

"I'm not entirely sure if that's a good or bad thing." She grumbled in response, finally convincing herself to reach forward and claim the bronze coin. Just like she wondered, touching the coins came with consequence as suddenly the world changed around her once more. Muddy swamp and poisonous snakes were quickly replaced with lush green trees and vines. Much easier to traverse. "Apparently...good." They were still just as lost as they had been five minutes ago, but at least they weren't going to get eaten by whatever lurked in the waters. Plus they could easily walk around. "What direction do you think we should take?"
