Amphi stiffened behind her tree and turned her head around it to glare at Lou.
"You do have parents, but you don't want to remember." She narrowed her eyes at him before looking to Victoria.
And her small simple statement. Everything about finding her parents was lost on the smaller girl.
Oh jack.
"Oh...Oh Victoria." Amphi rushed out from the tree, taking the small ghost in her arms and holding her tight. "I'll be your mom!"
Yes that made perfect sense. Yes.
"And Lou will be your dad!" She sent him a dangerous glare over Victoria's head as if to say, Please. Argue with me. See what happens.
"We'll be your family okay?"

Lou could almost feel his chest tighten when Victoria's heart practically sunk to the bottom of her being. This just wasn't gonna get any better, was it?
"But... I didn't do anything." And to say he was sorry would be a lie. He couldn't bring himself to do that.
At least it seemed these things were working themselves out. Lou stood there impatiently as he waited for the two to finish their caterwauling and...
What.
WHAT?
Lou's mouth shot open to interject, but the second he caught Amphi's glance, nothing but a squeak escaped. It wasn't exactly that he was afraid, but... Even the vampire couldn't bring himself to possibly upset the little ghost more.
"... So, does this mean I can have more than kisses now?" Hey. He wasn't disagreeing to it.

Although she knew that Amphi meant no harm, as a ghost who was brought to Halloween by a reaper rather than born here... She never had any parents to remember.
"My mom?" She echoed, face happily buried in the mermaid's ample bosom as she returned the hug. Looking up, she frowned, "Oh you don't have to do that, Miss Amphi! You are more like... A big sister figure than a mom-" She then turned to look at the vampire, "-and Sir Lou is more like a big brother figure."
Looking up at Amphi again, she quickly added, albeit slightly shyly, "But we can be family too... I guess..."
She did, however, quickly turn to Lou when he mentioned something about kisses, giving him a confused look.

"Oh!" Amphi hugged Victoria again, nodding. "Perhaps that is better. Me and Lou will be your big siblings okay?" The mermaid hugged victoria even tighter. "You can come to us for ANYTHING, okay?"
Her gaze narrowed on Lou and she cocked her head.
"But Don't I give you enough kisses?" Amphi simply stated. She had given him by far ALOT more than kisses. BUT LESS INTIMACY THEN YOU THINK YOU PERVERTED READERS OMG SHE IS INNOCENT.
/breathes.
"Well as a family then...We should do something!" Amphi returned her gaze to the ghost. "Like...Like we should go to the amusement park."
Oh my jack, her eyes turned finally to Lou, Sparkling at him.

S-siblings?
Lou couldn't deny he had seen Victoria as a little sister from the very beginning. There was something... Comforting in the aspect. It just felt right, really. He couldn't say why but having a little sister to watch over just... It was something he felt to be necessary.
But, Amphi also being a 'sister'?
He couldn't particularly say he enjoyed that perspective. "There will never be enough kisses." The vampire spoke decisively, his lips forming a straight line.
She would just have to be a sister-in-law. That was still fair game... Right?
The boil waved his hands as Victoria shot him a look, quickly latching onto the idea of a 'family outing' to change the subject. Amphi was staring at him because he was supposed to pay, wasn't she?
Not that he cared to do so. He reached into his pocket and grabbed the bag of seeds to check his money situation. "It looks like... I'll have just enough for the tickets." Lou pondered out loud, then looked to the ghouls. "Well, lets make like a tree and leaf then."
