Still working on typing up the Stat/Dice system so we can add those stats to the Profile Skeleton so we can release it to the Guild members. lol! You?

Hey perhaps we should put down basic classes on the front page for people to look at and perhaps get a basis where people can easily create balanced characters.

mega fire13 Hey perhaps we should put down basic classes on the front page for people to look at and perhaps get a basis where people can easily create balanced characters. Well, the way we have it so far is that there's no set "classes"; it's more like the weapon you use determines your class in a sense, but you won't end up with different weapons at the start. All of this is still being worked out though.

Well SAO doesn't have classes but we can use real MMO skills. Make sure to explain to everyone what DPS, Tank, Healer, Crowd Control, Area Effect Attacks, and everything means. This is make is easier for people who might not have ever touched an MMO to understand what they can do.

This is make is easier for people who might not have ever touched an MMO to understand what they can do. Unfortunately, SAO doesn't have a system for any of those. Instead, we are using stats and skills that you can customize. As for "classes", as Misuzu was mentioning, it is determined by your weapon, in a sense. For instance, one-handed, two-handed, sword and shield, lance, etc. Your experience in each one of these fields will determine what sorts of Sword Skills you are able to perform. As for your stats: Stats include HP, ATK, DEF, SPD, ACC, and EVA [Health Points, Attack, Defense, Speed, Accuracy, and Evasion]. If you want to make a Tank... then simply put your stats in HP, ATK and DEF. It's pretty simple this way and helps people truly customize their character.
