Pleasant as this moment was, Athene knew that they couldn't stay like that all night - correction - he knew they couldn't stay standing around where they were like this.
His eternal aura would draw attention, stood still in one place like this and there was patrolling to get done given that he wasn't attending Maia's training session.
"I'm going to do some patrolling" he said quietly. "But I wouldn't mind the company if you want to come along." If ********* was happy up on his shoulder then Athene had no intention of turfing her off and was quite happy to scoop up what was left of the two cupcakes and it around with him. "And I can tell you about the PSSG too if you like" especially given the fact that Athene was planning to look out for any base strength senshi and knight auras whilst he carried out said patrol.
Whether ********* came along or chose to stay, Athene would be patrolling with part of the heaviness that had weighed on him since the night of his upgrade to eternal.
Since becoming a senshi, ********* had become someone who he had slowly come to consider something of a friend, so the fact that they were once again 'good' was something that meant a lot to him.
