The dracolich strode up to her in the aftermath. "Stormy," she offered, passing her by for the minor blessing that was also a new addition to the party.
"Piper," she offered in turn as she collected her loot.

Blessing in hand, Stormy was turning to leave when she saw Piper humming and hawing on the goblet to use. "Ah, that one appears to be the correct one," she interjected, reaching up to a taller shelf to pass a goblet to her.
Piper had not been expecting this kindness and gave her a weird look. "Uh, thanks . . . You're not gonna try?"
"I have my memories. I do not need more." And she strode away with a light green light in her palm, tail twitching with satisfaction.
"Well okay then." Piper went to the fountain and dipped the goblet in, taking a sip. It was cool and refreshing like the last fountain . . . Well needed after that tough battle. The more she drank, however, the more she came to realize that she had a new power within her. And power was most certainly what she needed right now.
Her core began to glow more brightly from its locket as fog began to encircle her, reshaping her body: wings instead of arms, talons instead of feet, sharp black eyes and a sharper hooked beak to match the ax she was borrowing power from. She could finally take flight--and from the air she would gain perspective and see all.
