"Uh, maybe not you!" Chel swung around Ying's side, slamming the blunt end of her sword into the creature's fists.
He caught the blade, jerking her around a little, but she managed to pull through and slash him once across the chest. "Cheeky!"

She swore she heard the knight say something as he clattered to the ground, but logic insisted that it was probably nothing.

Seeing as the knight was gone, it left them the rest of the room to explore. Grails sat everywhere, puzzling and enigmatic.
"But be warned. For should you choose wrong your true self will be lost to you, and you will live a lie. Go forth with a strong heart with the shades of my dearest Companions. They will lead you to your heart's desire."
Ying and Chel exchanged a look. Chel looked assured, casual and fine with the task. She drank from the goblet wisely, cup overflowing. The taste was sweet, but not too sweet. It was like a nice breeze on a hot day.
Ying looked to Chel with wide eyes. Was that what she was supposed to be doing right now? Well she couldn't sit here dumbfounded like nothing was happening at all! She had to act! And quickly!
A sense of completeness overcame both girls, and a blessing was placed upon them. They were a little more whole today.
