Okay so he really, really, didn't like being used like a chew toy. Mathias felt his temper flare as he straightened up, squared his shoulders and really swung his sword with all of his tiny little might at the box, feeling the blade connect, feeling the shockwave of the impact reverberating up his little arms. He looked positively vicious with his little fangs bared, his nose wrinkled up, and his red eyes glaring at the tooth filled chest, a look filled with venom. And just like that, it was defeated. So this was how fighting one of the treasure chests went, and Maple actually felt she didn't do too terribly with it. Still wasn't a lot but at least this time she didn't miss as much. So, she didn't feel as terrible when she went to collect her loot.
