Rika had two others fighting and had wanted to help, but only ended up tripping over her sword in her attempt to join the fray. Maybe she should have stuck with her old twin blades?

Startled at the newcomer's sudden appearance, Gywn accidentally dropped her guard again. As the monster jumped on top of her though, she managed to slash up through it, so she did not go down alone.

Staring was bad. He'd been staring he failed to notice someone else coming in. And they... didn't exactly hit, but it was enough of a distraction. Down went the girl who'd been fighting so long. He quickly darted over, reaching down to check on her.

"Ohkeh?" She didn't exactly seem ready to stand, even as he noticed a multitude of rather shiny bits around her.

"Ahhh, I'm so sorry!" Kari cried from where she'd been picking herself up off the ground. It looked as though her attempt to help had instead been a detriment to the scythe wielder. Her face screwed up in worry as Kari knelt down next to her, the cursed sword lying absently beside her.

At least, though, she'd managed to take the creature with her in the process. Something glimmered within the remains. Intrigued, Kari reached out and pulled back two shiny objects. They were so pretty! But... was it really okay to take them when she'd been nothing short of useless?

Managing to pull herself out from under the monster, Gywn looked up at the two people staring at her. "Ah'm fine." She said, picking her self up and dusting herself off. As she brushed off her dress, she noticed two shiny items fall from it. As always, she picked them up and stowed them in her pocket. Then she turned to the two, who still looked concerned and said, "Thae scunner only nicked me."
