Don't mind Stormy, she was cooing over Alecto's sweet disposition and trying very hard not to imagine just taking the gal with her like a pet because that would be weird and awkward and implications but also puppy ears and tail hngggggg.
She took a breath and swiped her swag first before inspecting the--
--whoa. Stormy watched Alaska dip and dodge about with a hard swallow, then Alecto with a soft whine. Ow. Her body hurt just watching them.

But treasure. She had to remind herself of that. And if she chickened out, the others wouldn't look kindly . . . (This would have been worse had she remembered the first time she had met Alaska or, really, Alaska at all). Passing Nevada a hesitant look, Stormy faced forward and cracked her knuckles.
Spears, knives, a swinging axe, blowdarts . . . Yikes, this thing wanted to go medieval on her. Literally!
But she managed to get across about as worse for the wear as Alaska, and for some reason that made her more proud than usual.

A quick flashback to the knight's defeat. Alaska and Alecto picked things up.
Somewhere in the past, Nevada also picked up loot.

Nevada frowned at her sister "When did you become a adventurer?" Like Nevada, her twin was suppose to be on the more lazier side right? But none the less, Alaska was through the hallway with minimal damage. Alecto soon followed and she cringed just watching.
"You say it, like it's easy." Nevada stopped behind Stormy, "But I can't see to my left, So I hope I can make it through this." And then took off after the girls.
And just as she predicted, to her right she avoided anything that came at her...to her left well....a well placed arrow, a crumbling drop of rocks that almost got her into a pile of stakes and snakes dropping from the ceiling sent her scurrying to the other side and right into her twin.
Because No, Not okay at snakes.

"Indeed." Alaska walked to the next room. She eyed the tiles with pictures. Cautiously, she stepped on one and recoiled when it set off a trap that let out a storm of arrows. "...hey Senpai, why don't you check out this room?" she called out to a companion, gesturing for them to come over before she mercilessly and roughly pushed them into the room.

"You can do it!" She cheered relentlessly (which had probably been distracting gah stupid Stormy), but at least Nevada made it in one piece. Woo go team! But that thrill quickly soured when they reached the hallway.
Stormy proceeded to blanch as the poor fellow, bless his shadowy heart, moved forward and . . . activated what looked like every single trap there was in there. Holy cow. She sucked her lips in and felt incredibly guilty for his fate, touching her own locket sympathetically as, with an awful cry, the shadow dissipated.
"Th-That's . . . one way to go about it." She gave Alaska a sidelong look, hesitant. "We could've tried it, though." Or she could have at least asked.
Though a part of her was immensely glad, now that she had seen the extent of the traps.

"Alaska!" Nevada hissed as the girl dropped one of the poor saps into the traps. As he faded away, Nevada hid her distress behind a very placid smile. "You should've threw a rock or something." but god was she glad it wasn't her. The shadows didn't change, or maneuver away from them, bringing her to believe that they at least expected this.
"Okay we'll go AROUND." Nevada manuvered around the traps, cling to the wall till the reached the next room.
And was greeted with a monster of a knight.
"Oh my god, why." Was all she said, She just wanted to get out of her.

Oh . . .wow that was a huge knight. Oh wow. Stormy found herself strangely unafraid for once, though--maybe because she had fought in waaaaay too many battles to get scared off by one really big piece of armor.
"Ease off a bit maybe?" she said to Alaska as she rushed past and struck at the enemy's legs--it didn't make him wobble in the least. "The guy's kinda big." And she was getting attached to Pup--Alecto.

Nevada fumbled to c**k the bow, her hand trembling a little on the string. It was hard to fire with just one eye. It was made even more evident when she missed the Knight completely.
