"That remains true, but this is pain far worse than Hell's Eternal Fires." Azyheir walks up to Draxal and puts his hand on his shoulder. "But you won't be backing out of this now will you? You're very stubborn but you're a smart kid." Azyheir's GreatSword is enveloped in dark aura. He takes a step back and impales Draxal. Azyheir's gauntlet glows golden. He draws a symbol of a lightning bolt on his chest and a glowing circle around Decapitator. Azyheir recites his "Hell's Verse."
"You carry this curse as will Burden to those who you wish to kill But remember to keep this in mind This will remain with you for all time Let this man know what's right! Power over Salvation with Might!"
Azyheir punches Draxal's chest as Decapitator disappears. A hole is left there...but dark aura patches it up. "Common sense finally came to you...or rather you have to it. Use it well Dear Brother." He walks away, leaving footprints of blue fire as he disappears into the shadows.
"You don't think I'm strong?...Well you're missing a fact...
Draxal stumbles and falls in his seat on the throne, his vision blurred and eyes internally burning as well as his chest, but he just chuckles. "I thank you my brother. I owe you..heh heh...this pain is nothing though..." He says weakly, sitting up in his seat and clearing his throat feeling better. "The DWMA...and my siblings...will surely fall..." He says as he hears Divine calling to reassemble. He opens a portal in the ground and falls through it. (Exit to Land of Kings)
Adonia appeared flames caressing her body before going out. Adonia stretched her body. "remind me to never use Paradox's transportation again..." Adonia looked around and smiled, this was surely hell. As she walked her heels tapped against the wet concrete as she walked seeing miserable souls being tortured it almost made her heart skip a beat in happiness, for the souls in hell surely deserved it for there crimes on Earth. Walking impatiently she wondered where the demons were they should be attacking her by now. Though she didn't mind, that meant she wouldn't dirty herself in their blood.

Ah, the Underworld! A favorite place of Lilith's to hang out when the company of the living began to bore her. She took dips in its vast despair like a spar, to renew herself and remind her of the place her soul may have come from, or at least to know a place where her soul felt like it should have come from.
And out from nowhere there her face came, looking a little too sweet to be one of the creeps who stayed here. She'd sensed a strong wavelength, and after Paradox's telepathy knew this was where she was to be. It turned out to be where she was anyway, before the transmission; attesting to the mastery of forethought Paradox had. Lilith walked up and offered a curtsy to Adonia.
"A pleasure, miss Adonia. I've heard a little of you from Para." She shortened her name 'cause they've known each other so long.
"I am Lilith, mother of the Succubi. It's good to have you with us." Lilith unfurled her arm and presented the landscape of pain before her. "This is the place you've chosen to begin your conquest, yes? Then I will help you establish a rule here."
Adonia walked farther down while she heard a rather familiar voice and a face to come with it. "Ah, Lilith It's so great to make your acquaintance I see Paradox has already informed you about me, Yes I am Adonia The witch of Flames, the Blaze witch." she swayed her hand "Which ever it was again I don't keep up with the nickname I've been given." Adonia looked around in the damp place and smirked "This is the upmost perfect place to recruit some minions..They can't escape...so they either take my offer or burn in hell again.." her voice seemed dark and the smirk on her face confirmed it. Maybe it was the aura of Hell it's self tarnishing Adonias wavelength even more or if she was having a sudden change of heart. Adonias palm faced up and a flame came alive lightening the area. Adonia looked to Lilith "So, fill me in on this place if you may." she said looking at Lilith.

"Certainly, miss Adonia." Lilith smiled warmly and proceeded to take the blaze witch on a tour of the different quarters of the Underworld. The ground beneath them heaved and sprang up with them still on top of it. Climbing several stories, it would finally stop with the perfect vantage point reached.
"There are many civilizations here. This is the Underworld, as I'm sure you know, and many damned souls have built a hell for themselves in they place where they land." As she explained she motioned toward a series of walls that stretched out in great rings, like a stump in Satan's back yard, as far as the eye could see.
"Each made a new definition of what the underworld means to them. Some have a more 'peaceful' hell than others, and will probably be less likely to follow you for any reason as they will be content here, but others are miserable. From here you can see them all, Miss." Lilith took a moment to let Adonia digest all this information.
NPCs (citizens and denizens of the Underworld)
Citizens:
East:
These are people who weren’t faithful enough in their traditions and found their way here. The Easterners tend to be of the Asian persuasion, and range from Japanese to Indian to Egyptian and Persian (will get pics of ethnicities other than the Japanese you see here if you choose to RP with them, so please don’t let that influence your decision making).
West:
Same thing as the Easterners, but on the other side of the globe. There can be a little overlap with, say, Egypt and such as being both West and East, I’m not gonna knock you for it. Just know that this is probably, like, Greece, Rome, Christians, Jews, etc. Also, their clothes reflect their appearance in life, ergo a Greek-looking person has been here quite a while, and if they aren’t completely mad they’re going to be desperate for help.
Denizens:
West:
Ifrits: fire demons from Islam.
Succubi/Incubi: friends of Lilith, they most likely come from Jewish tradition. Incubi are the males.
Fallen Angels:
East:
Asuras: not the main villain, but rather the Hindi for demon. These typically have four arms, so pardon the pics, but they can have more. In any event, they don’t play nice, as a rule.
Yokais: from Japanese traditions. They tend to be beings of illusory nature, according to what I’ve heard.
Adonia kept silent as Lilith gave the complementary tour. Once she was able to make her own decision she studied the citizens and denizens carefully. Paradox left her with the job of getting as many minions as possible and loyalty is the highest quality they needed. looking around he people from Greece and older Egypt seemed like pitiful desperate souls and she made a mental note to get to them secondly. The fire demons of Islam were the denizens that caught her attention. On Earth Adonia is the only known witch to use fire magic since most witches choose and enchantment fruit or animal to get natural energy from them. Adonias eyebrow quirked and she smirked. "The fire demons of Islam.." Adonia said slowly. "and the people from Greece and Egypt...Those are the first I want to speak to.." her red eyes glowed with eagerness. Adonia just couldn't wait.

Lilith chuckled a little and spun twice around. As she did this, two wings sprouted from her back, making her look quite graceful.
"A good choice for your start, I can assure you. The Ifrit are a distant cousin of mine, and as for the Greeks and Egyptians? I've never met a people so easily swayed." She smirked and took flight, hovering a few feet up.
"I will take you to the Greco-Egyptian potion of the Underworld first, if that is what you wish. Then we will visit the fire-lovers who you seem taken with. Please, madam, follow me." Lilith then took off toward where the horizon should be. But there was no sun here, just an old, decrepit moon.
Nearing the capital established half-way between the Greek and Egyptian circles, Lilith began a steady descent until she stood at the foot of the gates. The guards sprung up, but just as quickly melted back to their seats upon recognizing Lilith.
"This is the Greco-Egyptian capital. You can call it Thebes, if you like. Here they have all sorts of things, just as if the height of their civilization was preserved." Lilith pointed to the attractions around them with a certain longing that could only come from a lifetime of fun spent here--no!--several lifetimes, all slipping by as they came back to her.
Money changers worked feverishly, the builders shouted, and the poets wailed as scribes rushed to write what they were saying for at least two paragraphs whenever a god was mentioned. Meanwhile, the priests roared back, denouncing the myths and new verbal traditions, say that the way of the gods was to be preserved at all costs, and this drivel shouldn't even be etched on the bottoms of chamber pots, until the scribes gave up... But which side did they eventually land on?
Adonia nodded conjuring up a ball of fire to sit on as they flew across the land of the underworld. Walking into the city it was quite strange seeing Hell like this, she's always imagined it be all torture and cement wall for everyone. Adonia scanned the area nodding to her self she closed her eyes and mumbled to herself an invisible wave of heat blast from her body,360 degree coverage. This spell would lay 4 markers claiming it Adonias territory while she was there to protect from any unwanted threats. Adonia nodded "Yes someone does." She said as she scanned and pick out a particular young man that looked overwhelmed. Snapping her fingers she appeared next him putting a hand on his shoulder helping him with his bag, he was no more than 25. "sir...I have the awnsers you are looking for.." She said sweetly to him. "I know a way out of here.

Lilith put a hand up to shield her face from the heat. "Magnificent!" she remarked at the show of power by Adonia. Soon she took notice of her move to a man who appeared to be an apprentice at the bank nearby.
"Listen up, mortals! While your life may have ended on Earth, it remains in the Celestial Realm eternal; thus you must have a god here as well." She took a few steps around and, like sunflowers, the faces of the congregation followed her.
"Now bend knee, for the great Goddess ISIS!" And like thunder, they fell. Scribes shakily chiseled away at slabs, the poets and philosophers put down their wine and looked on, half stupid from the morning of drinking, and began composing in the purest medium: silence.
From the other side of the market wall, a cry rung out. And then, an explosion. The aftershock came in the form of a torrent of people, of statues toppled, and songs trumpeted into reeds. The strange symphony of tumult and rejoicing was something to beheld, but it didn't sound so glorious to the outsiders.
The neighboring city-states of the Assyrians, Babylonians, Kushites, and more swarmed the gates of Thebes. They clanged their weapons against the field Adonia had set up in vain for minutes before finally settling into an old fashioned siege.
"Miss," she whispered to Adonia, "they think the city is vulnerable. I trust you know what to do."
The apprentice could be as started as anyone could be when someone like Adonia taps on their shoulder. Her appearance was nothing of their time and when the man heard Lilith he turned to her and bowed thinking she was the goddess Isis. He began to tremble and smiled having his forehead to the ground "I'll follow you anywhere my queen..." he said with a tremble of happiness. Chuckling at the fact he called her queen was rather amusing but an agreement was all she needed for the bondman spell to work "That's all I need you to do.." Adonia snapped her fingers and a fire appeared on the man wrist this spell casted on his would bind him to herself meaning his soul was literally in her hand. Once the flames on his wrist ceased a burned outline of a flame remained on his wrist. Adonia appeared next to Lilith and saw and felt the Assryrians, Babylonians and kushites banging, clanging their weapon on her field. Adonia looked at Lilith and back to the people of thebes that were trembling in fear as the bowed down. Adonia stood strong and spoke loudly so all could hear her. "Have no fear for I will save this city of Thebes.." snapping her fingers again a ball of fire appear for her to sit on and she rode it up and behind the outsiders. Her hat hid her face which caused them all to face her "are you defying me?" she merely spoke to all the aggressors

"My... My queen. They attack." The man who swore himself to Adonia was speaking now, still on all-fours. The Assyrians and the Babylonians are coming. They've been watching us, jealous of our prosperity and our closeness to the gods, waiting for a chance to attack. If they sense weakness, they won't stop until the city is razed to the ground..." Lilith thought of that last word for a moment before joining Adonia outside the walls.
"...Raze. Yes, that's it! Miss Adonia, Goddess of fire, you must burn them all to the ground. It's the only way to show those godless souls what true divinity is." The man makes a good point, but Adonia would also have to consider where the souls of the vanquished would go in the Underworld. Sure, she could drive them off easily and "reset" them at their center of hell with a vicious blaze, but what would that prove? The Assyrians nor the Kushites would find anything persuasive about an enemy god, but there must be a sense of authority from Adonia. We've already seen how they react to the slightest sign of weakness. In all truth, the attacks happen almost weekly, due to someone getting too excited, the enemy over-hearing, thinking it's a collapse in their government, and a war breaks out for a day or two until everyone is dead as reset at their center of hell, the darkest place they go when they realize the magnitude of their sin.
"These are, if I remember right, the Assyrian outfits. There also seem to be Kushites and Babylonians, Miss. Please, be thoughtful; they have different gods than the Greeks and Egyptians do, and different concepts of how a god acts." She pointed back to the wall where a drunk Greek was hanging over the wall, looking terrible (origin of word? lol)
"Look at him. He lives here, he loves Egypt, but he doesn't believe in Isis. What are you going to do?" Rather than actually help Adonia physically, as she didn't need it now, Lilith offered contextual support.
Maniacally Adonia began to laugh quickly taking her hat off of her head and throwing it high in the air her pale white hair shined against the light. "exactly the thing i'm good at Lilith." Adonia walked toward the group having the attack her. glancing over at the man who was drunk and did believe in Isis, she was going to make him believe in her. "Ham Ni Da!" she yelled out. The same spell from before that blasted heat from her body now was changed so the heat would run down her body into the group burning all the feet of the men. picking up a Assyrian from the look of his armor Adonia looked down to him grabbing his throat and bringing it face close. "Where do souls go after they die again in hell?" Adonias red eyes met his, "too bad you wont find out.. Fa trime nawt e joonpyo." this spell harnessed the element field each and every soul has, and thanks to it Adonia can feel which suol has the fire element and she is able to add the wavelength power to hers. As the spell had been cast Adonia opened her mouth wide as the mans soul began to wither into a fiery flame and travel down Adonias throat the tortured moan of the man could be heard until the very last second. looking over to the other men scared of what their fate had in store she closed her mouth and looked to them. "Don't test me..." she said harshly as fire encased her whole body.

"Oh, jeez, she went with the forceful route," Lilith mumbled to herself in the background. There was a certain buffer around them for a moment, as the troops were too stunned by the stealing of the poor apprentice's soul to react.
That would change, though, as one of the captains for the Babylonian forces shouted, "Godless cretins! Look! Theirs is a religion full of demons, not gods. Shall we strike them down, or will their own 'gods' smite them?" He turned to his troop and a massive roar swept from the back to the front lines.
"Kill them!" "No, don't waste your time on these bloated fools!" They cried. The Greeks were not happy.
Soon a wave of Greek warriors, Spartan, Athenian, could be seen on the horizon. This, unlike the present force, was a legitimate army, and defeating them would be a tiring task for anyone, even Adonia and Lilith combined. In truth they were coming to help fend off the Assyrian/Babylonian siege, but Adonia may want not to be caught up in the storm of their battle once it began.
"Miss Adonia, the Greeks are coming to stamp out the Assyrians. May I suggest we fall back for the moment to form a new plan of approach?" Lilith began using her ability Shaping Your World to begin forming a circle around where the two were standing with a little shaking. It would be a transport that would act sort of like a moleman's subway, and would take them to the vantage point they started or some other place if Adonia wanted.
"I can take us far. Simply name you destination, m'lady."
Adonia sighed "I know now we can use them...the are much full of fight. I'll be back for more." Adonia said to Lilith. "Take me to where you think would be best for more minions of Paradox." Adonia said as she looked at the scene unfold before her making the gears turn in her head thinking of how to utilize the greeks or even Assiryans.
(She didn't steal the Appentices soul she stole the Assyrians soul, she just got the apprentice to be her minion.) .
