"Do you really think it's a clue?" Impah went over to the broken cat, dipping her hand down in and gathering the loot to her chest. "The fact that your necklaces are different than mine?"
She moved a little closer to one of them, just to see it up close. "I wonder why mine would be a pumpkin." Her ear fins twitched before she stepped back.

"I dunno.." Ixb shrugged as the monster dissolved away and left them with their prizes. "But.. some of us have these and some of us have those." He didn't want to point out the obvious.. that as they became more defined some of them had things like tails and wings and horns and... those with the necklaces did not. He was no scholar (that he knew of anyway) but every day they seemed more crisp, clear and different. "I'm sure we'll figure it out eventually." He smiled cheerfully enough about it. Even if he had his doubts deep down. Things also hurt more, feelings... as time went on.

Liom oddly remained silent, idly playing with his necklace. He honestly hadn't thought much of it before. It had just been there one day along with more defined piece of clothing; like his tie. He also never really noticed some of them had little different pins.
For someone who woke up first seeing, he stopped being rather observant apparently.

"Hmm . . ." Ross observed the skull pin the girl wore with open curiosity, though she felt the pendants were more familiar and comforting in comparison--maybe because she had one more than anything else.
She sighed. "I want to figure it out now, that's all," the little shadow mumbled as she took her prizes.

"Impatient?" Ixb nodded towards Ross. "I can respect that."
He waited until they'd all looted and nodded. "I think I'm gonna hang around here. If any of you guys wanna stick with." He didn't wanna seem to eager to hang with Scree more so he opened the offer to them all. Pendant or no. Made no difference right now.

He could respect the girls desire for question, he too kind of wanted some. Being left in the dark wasn't really all that fun, at least not this long anyways.
And at the Ixb's offer, Liom gave a smile. He still had the feeling he had been intruding earlier, but like then with the invitation he considered this one as well. "Could be pretty cool," he said, "Or maybe we'll just see each other around." Plausible, he seemed to run into the same people often enough.
