Cyrus watched her bounce up and then wander over to the chest. Realizing that he was staring at her, he made himself look away and he lightly used his power to heat his tea once more before taking a sip. When she returned, he looked up and looked visibly surprised by the gift she held over him. Watching it a moment, he lifted his eyes up to hers and gave her a smirk.
"And what makes you think that I would want something like that?" he asked with the barest hint of a tease in his eyes.

Elora laughed and raised a perfectly preened blonde eyebrow.
"Well, if you don't want it I'm suuure I could find some use for it." She slipped it onto her arm, though it slid right back down to her wrist. "Hmm or someone else who might like it."

Cyrus reached out to set his mug down and rose to his feet.
"You think that you can find someone that would like a cheap trinket like that?" he smirked and reached out to lift her hand. Gently he pulled the cuff from her wrist and held it up to "inspect" it. "I'll take it off your hands, since you went to the trouble and all."

"Cheap?" Elora placed her hand on her chest in mock affront. "How dare you, that is a trinket fit for a king I'll have you know."

Cyrus smirked and turned the cuff around in his hands.
"And? Do I look like a measly king to you?" he challenged and looked up into her eyes. "Thank you Elora. You are very kind, though that is nothing new," he smiled and nodded his head to her as he slipped it on his large wrist with a bit of a struggle to get it over his fist.

"Well of course not, not that I saw what he looked like, probably nothing like you on account of the fact he's dead." She smirked and took his hand so that she could admire the cuff. "Well that suits you I'd say and a perfect fit. Am I good or am I good?"

Cyrus looked down as she took his hand. Hers was so small and warm against his skin. Swallowing hard, he eased his hand away and gave her a small smile.
"You are good. Though, again, there is no surprise there. You have a keen eye Elora," he replied and adjusted the cuff slightly. "Thank you Elora," he said once more and dipped his head in a small bow towards her.

Elora smiled as he got all embarrassed and went to sit back down.
"Well I'm glad you like it. I knew I'd see you again. I certainly had hoped you would be here. You and Esha are among the few people I wanted to be reunited with."

Cyrus watched her sit out of the corner of his eye, then moved to take his own seat.
"I almost was not here. I had returned to Albion to start over, but the city is dead now and in ruins. Isambard found me cleaning up his temple and he brought me back here. Not that he would have had a choice," he smirked wryly and looked up at her. "How were you captured?"

Elora pulled her feet up so she was curled up in the comfortable chair.
"I honestly do not recall, I don't know why they did it either as I was not called upon until the two little ones rubed the lamp. It was like someone put me in there, burried me and forgot I was there. I'm lucky little gods had been read stories about genies in lamps really." She smiled and sipped her tea. "I would much rather grant wishes for children. Their wants are so innocent."

"Or you were stolen from them or lost and whoever had you next did not know what they possessed," Cyrus mused as he reached for his tea again. "I am glad that you were not found out. I know being trapped is not ideal, but at least you were not subject to the whims of someone undeserving. And I am grateful that the children found you," he smiled a little and gave a small nod.

"Me too, they brought me back home, if I believed in such a thing I would say it was fate." She smirked a little, she did not believe in such things of course, it was pure coincidence. "I like the little crow girl, she's fun, I never got to spend any time with children back in Albion. I much prefer them to adults."

"I did not realize you were so maternal," Cy smirked a little. "She did seem sweet though. Very curious, though I suppose that comes with the territory of being a kid." He paused to take a deep sip of his tea and he watched her for a moment. "Will you be returning to your previous profession?"

"No? I thought I was quite good at taking care with people." She replied with a bit of a pout. It was her job after all, her girls were like her children. It dawned on her that they were all gone and she would likely never see any of them again. "I would have quite liked to have children, though I don't think the universe is quite ready for more of me." She gave him a wink. "And perhaps I shall, I will certainly need something to amuse me and I am sure there is some godforsaken backstreet around here with girls waiting to be given a better offer."

Cyrus gave a slight smirk at her pout.
"Well, when you put it that way, I suppose I cannot argue," he replied, then gave a light snort of laughter at her next words. He wasn't very sure that the universe could handle another one of her. She was a one of a kind after all.
"I'm sure there is. Your girls certainly never wanted for anything under your care. They would be lucky to have you watch over them."
