" " Botanica asked and sniffed through the bottles for the one Natalie always uses for her. Ah ha, there it is! She used her two front paws to pull it out; the shampoo had a soothing flowery scent to it with a small chocolatey undertone. - "" Dusty asked rather skeptically.
"" Print laughed, ""
Dusty sighed, "" she said rather halfheartedly.
"Um, you guys--"
"" Print teased.
" "It's great that you two are getting along," Natalie finally interjected, "but we still need to find Botanica." She looked at her pokemon and they both nodded in agreement. "Excellent. I'll stay here with Print and Dusty, you can fly over the gardening section; Bota really likes flowers. Make sure you come back when you are done."

<Like she's queen of the store and knows everything.> Merda sniffed miffed and slowly climbed down her trainer to sniff at the bottle. <Sweet but flowery. What is with you and flowers?> The zubat muttered.
Lex looked over the bottle and chuckled. "Chocolate?" Certainly not something he expected when he asked her to pick out a shampoo. He picked up a simple looking bottle, opening it and offered it to the buneary to sniff. "My lot has a preference for aloe and shea butter."

Botanica thought about it, " always...>" she said silently and glanced around cautiously. Her ears suddenly perked at Merda's question though, " " she sniffed the bottle the zubat's trainer offered to her. Hm, it smells really nice... - ""
"" Dusty replied, getting quite fed up with Print.
"" Print complained and kept her eyes on the aisles to her left. Natalie kept her eyes on the right while Dusty handled everything in her sight with slightly divided attention. The trio continued to walk silence... Then Print heard an unmistakably familiar soft yet high-pitched voice, "" she drawled.
"" Dusty glared at the liepard as she deviated from the group. She huffed and flew after her, mumbling degrading things about the liepard.
"Oh! You guys found her, did you!" Natalie said in a rather excited voice and followed her pokemon. - Print's ears were right. She was right there, with that zubat and her trainer. When the buneary took a step back from the bottle, Print took a silent step forward, then another and... Pounce!
"" the liepard cackled.
"Bunnnnn--- " Botanica breathed a shuddering breath of relief.
"" Dusty demanded and landed on one of the shelves, "" she added angrily.
Print heard the footsteps of her trainer approaching and she scooped up the buneary and gave her a hug in an attempt to look like an angel she isn't, "" she said in a pseudo-saccharine voice before lifting a paw to adjust her dark glasses. Dusty gave her a look of disbelief; the whole scene probably just looked like two long lost friends finally meeting each other again in the eyes of any human. Dang, she is good at this.
Natalie finally caught up a few seconds later, "Aw, isn't that sweet?" she cooed, "It is great to see you two becoming such quick friends..." her eyes dropped to Merda, who was not too far from Print. She then looked at who she assumed was her trainer, "Oh, hello there!" she greeted the man, "Did any these two cause any problems for you?" she asked and waved towards Print and Botanica.

Merda made a face at the thought. Flowers were thin, cool, flimsy things that did not taste good. Flowers were not good for cuddling or shelter from the rain and could not talk back. They were not great.
Merda jumped back, wings fluttering and shrieked loudly at Print, startled. [/b]She grouched, and scuttled over to Lex and hitched her way up his pant leg.
“They haven’t,” Lex replied, holding back amusement at the liepard and buneary. Sweet? “They have been chatting with my Zubat.”

"They haven't?" Natalie laughed, "That's new. Right Dusty?" The trainer looked over to her emolga who nodded sternly and folded her arms. "Oh they have? Print, you have been so sociable lately." she commented and walked over to the liepard and pinched her cheeks, "Evolving sure changed you.'
"Liieerrr pppaaarrraghhd!" Print protested against the contact, dropping Botanica in the process.
The buneary scrambled back on her feet, "" she mumbled and smoothed a paw over her fur.
When Natalie finally lets go of Print's cheeks, the liepard wiped the side of her face, "" she retorted.
Natalie ignored the two and faced Lex, "I'm guessing you looked after Botanica, am I correct?"

Lex watched the buneary smooth her fur down, reminded of Glamour as the feline cleaned her face and tattered ears. Did all mammalian pokemon clean themselves in such a way? Grooming was important, especially in groups for social contact.
“I don’t know if looked after is the right phased,” he admitted, relax and looked at the emolga. Another electric type and a rodent at that, perhaps that really had some merit. “Have we met before? Some of your pokemon look a bit familiar.”

"Hmm, your zubat is familiar too..." Natalie tapped a finger against her chin. "Did you participate in that battle contest held a while ago?" the trainer asked. She looked briefly over to Print and saw that she was in a riveting conversation. Probably about her glasses, since she motioned to it a lot.
Hm, who gave those to her anyway?

“Not for long,” he said, idly scratching under his zubat’s chin as she chirped. “Perhaps that is where we meet?” He offered, looking at the neatly colored Emolga with stunning black swirls in the white coat. “Why do you think so many rodent shape Pokémon are electric types?” he asked, wanting someone else’s opinion who actually owned one, and was not insane.
That grunt… was going to cause him so many headaches and he hoped never to meet him or the Parchirisu again. As cute as she had been.

"Possibly." Natalie replied. After hearing the question she called Dusty over, who promptly obliged. "I think the majority of them are electric-types because..." she furrowed her eyebrow in thought and examined Dusty's cheeks, "Pachirisu, Pikachu and others seem like they can hold a lot in their mouths, and the cheeks have to expand to hold it all... So maybe it's because their cheeks are really big and can hold all that electricity without losing control?" Natalie suggested and poked Dusty's face. The emolga had no problem with it at all.

“Perhaps, they do have rather pouch like cheeks.” Lex chuckled, smiling at the emolga and her bright yellow checks. Black, white, and yellow in coloration, Pikachu was mostly yellow, Pachirisu had more white but it was something to consider. Warning colors?
“I was thinking that flying and water are both weak to lighting. Such, most small rodent like pokemon turn to electricity attacks to keep safe, which might be why electric types have so many mouse shape ones.”
