"My name is Detective Steven Grey, and you are suspected for causing metaphysical disruptions in the vicinity. But its way too strong for just you, tell me who you're working with and I will make this as painless as possible..." answered Steven tightening the dark brown gloves on his hands. This thing was unlike anything he had ever seen, (Zombies aren't real right? who am I kidding look at me for cryin' out loud)

"I don't know what you're talking about and I Ain't workin' with nobody.
Now how 'bout you get out of my face before something bad happens,"
Johnny said, threateningly as he tried to pass the Detective, making sure to hit his shoulder with Stevens
but as they connected, Steven spun and grabbed Johnny from behind and pushing him against the trunk of his car in attempt to handcuff him
"You're not leaving til I get some answers"
Steven said, sternly.
"oh, you're about to earn that a** kickin'
Johnny said angrily
just then, Johnny pushed back to put his foot on the bumper of the car
and with great force shoved them back knocking them both on the ground.
Johnny rolled back and with great haste got to his feet
Steven began to reach for something inside his coat pocket before the ghoul pounced on him.
Rolling twice with the Ghoul coming out on top giving the Detective a good one, two!
then finally getting kicked off and slammed against a gravestone, breaking it with the impact.
Steven rises to his feet, and waits for the Ghoul to stand..

As the monster rises to its feet Steven is removing his hands from the pocket inside his coat and pulled out a pair of brass knuckles. Steven sprinted at Johnny and connected with a full force punch to the gut. In that same instant he was uppercutting him and finished with a kick ti the knee. The monster could only see a static like image of Steven as he got in more hits that he should have been able to.
"Choke in it freak!" he yelled as he took off one glove and a green aura formed around it. At that moment a focused beam of green energy slammed into Johnny's chest....Steven looked a little flustered after that attack but he stood his ground, ready for a counter attack.

Before Johnny could retaliate, both his and Steven's feet were encased in rock, pinning them in place. They struggled to become free even as the rock moved it's way up to their thighs. Diana slowly walked out of the shadows her hood falling down to reveal her dripping, wet hair.
"Both of you will stop or I'll make it squeeze tighter." She said as her purple glowing eyes met the greyish red of Steven and the glowing green of Johnny.
"Now, I don't appreciate having my head messed with. So which one of you caused me to see the Billboard letters move?" She asked politely

Steven looks directly at the strange girl, the red fading from his eyes making them a dull grey again.
"And what are you? An elemental? A fairy of some kind?" he inquired.
He pulls at his legs to no success, he wasn't even able to phase out of them for some reason.
"So I guess this means you are behind the disturbances? Trust me kid...magic, leads to pain..." as he speaks he is reaching for the gun strapped in the holster under his arm. (Maybe I can shoot these blasted rocks)

Johnny tries to move, but to no prevail.
While trying to free himself he listens to the two strangers talk
"What are you talking about?
elemental?
Who are you people!?"
and
Why... am I... trapped in ROCK!
Johnny said determinedly

"I would put the gun away if I were you, Detective, if that's really what you are, or I'll make sure magic leads to your pain." She said trying to sound menacing.
The truth was Diana didn't plan on this. She had just wanted to find out who did what but seeing their powers made her realize she wasn't crazy and it made her mad that they caused her to think she was.
"I'm not an Elemental or a Fairy. My name is Diana, and" She turned to Johnny,"You're trapped in rock cause I wanted you both able to talk."
She turned back to Steven. "So, are you gonna answer me or do I have to get creative in making you talk?" Diana asked, hoping her threat was convincing

"Listen to me kid, I'm the one asking questions around here" Steven checks the time "Let me out of this evil magic and I will go easy on you." Steven pulls out his gun brandishing it to the group.
He aims at the stone and shoots it causing a blast of sound and smoke and the cracking of the stone sounded like far off thunder. In that very moment Steven turned to monochrome static and then was behind Diana holding the gun to her back.
"my turn to get some answers, who are you and ugly working for, this power I feel dwarfs the both of you..."

Diana yelped and felt her control of the rock pinning Johnny in place slip, making it turn back to mud. She turned around to face Steven. "How did you do that?" She asked with fear in her voice, her eyes wide.
She stared at the gun he was pointing at her, then looked back at his face. "I'm not working for anybody. I saw the Zombie jumping from building to building and got curious. Then I saw the billboard letters shift and I thought I went insane till I saw you guys and figured you must have done it." Her voice getting a little more confidant as she spoke.
"And my magic isn't evil, thank you very much." She finished with a glare

Johnny's eyes glowed Green and with a great roar, ripped himself out of the loosened stone,
"I'm not a Zombie, witch"
he said out of breath

Steven's face changed to a very somber expression. He put the gun away and pat her on the head. Stepping in front of her he began to talk.
"So, it really isn't your fault...forgive me kid." Steven continued, "And you, Johnny was it? I'm sorry for all the trouble, I'm looking for a very powerful disturbance in this general area...I am worried about how strong it seems to be."
Steven checks his watch one more time then walks over by his car talking into his recorder once again.

Sora's voice echoed, on the wind: "Yee three who could see my words come unto me...Arrogance...Power...Fury...Sorrow...Emotions of the mortal realm need not be shown...Into the depths...Below the earth...Above the sky...If you want it...You will never have it...If you have it...It is lost...If you need it...You have already used it...Into the depths..."
His voice was loud inside their minds yet seemed further away than before. The words appeared before them in the mud shifting into letter of a strange language. The sky was darkened, dark than the night that was already upon them. There was no light except around them, and sound had all but been silenced. Every footstep crashed to the ground, and every whisper howled like a banshee. Time had stopped all around them. Bird, frozen in mid flight, leaves frozen in the wind. Only they could move.

Johnny holds his head in pain as he hears the words

"Grraaahhh!"
he screams falling to one knee
"Make... it STOP!"
once the voices Silenced the pain disappeared
Johnny then gets back up to his feet
"Alright Witch... What have you Done?
Why has everything stopped?
He said.

Diana clapped her hands over her ears in a futile attempt to block out the sound. When she opened her eyes, she saw the strange letters and backed away from the mud rising to form them. She looked around at the birds frozen in midair and reached out to touch one of the stopped rain drops in fascination.
"I haven't done anything, Zombie. I've never been able to stop time." She said grinning to him.
"I'm assuming that whoever is sending us these messages is the one who stopped time. And before you say anything," She said turning to face Johnny fully, "If you keep calling me Witch and I'll keep calling you Zombie."

Steven closed his eyes and gritted his teeth, the sound was horrible. once the voices stopped he opened his eyes to see words swirling around in the mud. Looking around he saw everything frozen in place.
"the distortions are affecting time now? This is bad, you girl, is there any way you can help me track this....disturbence? Your magic and my knowladge could help us triangulate this whatever it is." Said Steven with a bit less cool than he usually has, time was something he thought sacred especially after what he had done. If something could control it then he had to meet them no matter who they might be.
