She stood there for a moment, watching the others as they went about with their attacks. Only when there was some space between them and the monster did she rush in. Smacking the monster with the butt of her spear, then stabbing one a couple more times. "Only a little bit. Nothing we can't handle." At least she hoped. She takes in a deep breath and tries to concentrate. She was her own worst enemy after all. No one else was fighting her but herself and .. well the enemy. She makes her self laugh and she jumps forward. With cool acrobatics, she jumps at the melting thing and stabs it in it's skull.

Aima had been watching the battle from a distance, gauging the fighters' abilties. When it became clear they were getting frustrated, Aima stepped in with her spear.
Which felt amazing, by the way. The guns hadn't been her style at all, but this weapon ... this weapon ... Aima slashed across the creature's backside with her glaive, digging the spikes up what would have been the spine.
This was sooo much better. She liked being up close to the action- it made it easier to gauge the enemies attacks from where she stood. Admittedly she was still a little rusty though. It was indeed good advice. After calming herself, the girl managed to deal a decent blow to the enemy, effectively taking it out.

Aima took the creature's defeat as a sign to go in for her spoils. What she found somewhat disappointed her, but it would have to do for now.
She gave the others a nod, then disappeared. Unfortunately Aima was too aloof for farewells.
