Colour of Tea Tasted: Magenta
Description: Literal words. Lack of Emotion. Curiousity gone wrong. Desolation.

Your commentary on its flavour: Heartless was one of the first thoughts that came to Marati's mind. Almost literal, it seemed. Emotionless came next, and yet...that couldn't have been true, right? The girl in question may not have known the emotions that lead to love and assumed it was a real, tangible thing, but there was still some there. It was obvious in the way she felt lost, or the way she felt hurt. To Marati, it seemed this girl didn't actually mean any ill-will to the boy, not an honest one anyway, she was just...confused. She merely needed to understand, or to have someone help her.

She felt more pity for the girl than she did for the boy whose chest had been opened.

Colour of Tea Tasted: Mulberry
Description: Unfeeling, Cold, Curiosity, Betrayal.

Your commentary on its flavour: This tea literally left him shivering, his own red eyes glancing up in wonder as the memory ceased. He was not sure which he was afraid of more, the memory... or the fact he actually understood what she was thinking.

He was horrible with emotions too.

Colour of Tea Tasted: Magenta
Description: No no no no no no no no no

Your commentary on its flavour: When Trebor emerged from the memory, he literally threw the cup as hard as he could. He never heard it shatter, and when he looked down, it was still there waiting for him, half full. He refused to drink it.

That little girl wasn't what scared him. It wasn't why his own heart was beating like a drum. She slumped back down in his seat, trying to hold his chest to keep it from escaping. It was the boy. That little boys face, and the obvious fact that he didn't understand. He just didn't understand. He was just so stupid.

She wanted to know how to love. She was going about it in a sick, twisted way, but she wasn't trying to push him away. She just wanted to be closer, to be normal, like him -

But the look on his face -

Trebor promised himself he would never drink that tea again. And his heart ached for that little girl. It ached, and it shuddered.

Colour of Tea Tasted: Magenta
Description: Cold, empty, and kind of crazy.

Your commentary on its flavour: Fayre didn't understand what she'd just seen. She couldn't even taste the tea in her mouth anymore. She just looked at the empty cup, and assumed she'd drank it, because it was empty. And she'd seen the memory, but her tongue felt dry, and tasteless. It was as if she'd never drank anything at all.

She was a little scared, because the memory had been frightening, and she'd expected it to get so much worse. But when someone saved the boy, it made the memory a little less horrific. Still.. she couldn't believe how dumb that girl had been. Hadn't anyone ever taught her how to love?

For someone who seemed to care so much about figuring stuff out, she seemed kind of stupid.

Colour of Tea Tasted: Magenta
Description: Confused, curious, hurt, small, terrifying

Your commentary on its flavour: Coyote regarded the beginning of the with curiosity, though that quickly sank into dread the longer she watched until her breath has seized in her lungs and she watched on in absolute terror as the blood began to flow abs the screaming intensified. All other emotion washed away in the wake of a panic she didn't understand and had no inkling of a memory to connect it to.

Monster. That's what the mother had said.

It fit..

Colour of Tea Tasted: Magenta
Description: Betrayal, pain, confusion

Your commentary on its flavour: Mnezara wasn't quite sure what to think.

A part of her welcomed the cold and methodical thoughts of whoever this memory belonged to. Yet, as the knife pressed into skin and drew blood, she felt herself shudder in horror. But it wasn't as if the owner of this memory knew exactly what she was doing. All she had wanted to do was to understand if he loved her, right?

Her hand touched her chest gingerly, and her eyes flickered shut. No one would see the bitter smile forming on her face.

Colour of Tea Tasted: Magenta
Description: Pain... confusion... sadness... so lost...

Your commentary on its flavour: Mylisp felt the cup slip from her grasp as she tried to comprehend it. What she'd seen. What she'd beheld. That was... was it like... why had she felt the need to open someone up? Wasn't knowing they were a friend, they cared... wasn't that enough? Why abuse them, tear at them in such a way?

Wasn't causing pain to a friend bad?

She stared forward, silent in her thoughts. Why would anyone do that? Why tear at someone till they screamed, cried... till all those around you felt the same pain and sadness at your actions. Why do sch a thing to alienate yourself from your friends? She... she didn't get it. She didn't want to get it. Why do that?

Colour of Tea Tasted: Purple/Mauve
Description: Cold, harsh, singular top notes with a multifaceted, overwhelming finish

Your commentary on its flavour: From the moment the tea hit her palette she knew it wasn't going to be good. She had no idea just how bad it was going to go. The screaming child on the table had Lin in tears, her hands shaking so much that she dropped her teacup, spilling the rest of it on the ground. Sadly, that didn't stop the memory from playing. She found herself praying someone would find them, stop the girl, but by the time someone did it seemed like it was too late. The most disturbing part of it all was that the young girl didn't seem to know, or understand, why what she did was wrong. Lin was beyond horrified at the tea and she sat there for many long moments just staring at it as the stain of it spread, her skin as pale as the snow around her. She would never drink that tea again, she couldn't bear it.

Colour of Tea Tasted: Magenta
Description: The flavor of the tea had been meticulously blended yet it reeked of the unpolished touch of an amateur, the final notes of it uncertain and cringing.

Your commentary on its flavour: Loffie had no idea of what to make of this tea, nor the accompanying vision. The flavor was bold, calculated, like the girl as she stood determined over her patient, knife ready to make the first incision. But unlike the little girl, Loffie found himself making much the same expression as the boy, horrified but unable to stop the tastes from swirling around his mouth or to turn his eyes from the scene. It was as though an invisible rope held his own arms tightly, and by the time the thing was done, he was glad to put the cup down, nearly throwing it back at the table.

It wasn't the cutting that bother him, or the bright splash of blood. It had been the fact that she was doing it to someone else, and the fact that that had not seemed to bother her in the slightest, that upset him, that made his stomach feel queasy. Loffie stumbled away, wrinkling his nose unhappily.

Colour of Tea Tasted: magenta
Description: Pure effort in concentrated form, with an edge of something darker. It bled into Licraeasa's mouth, an overwhelming confusion of flavours bombarding her tongue.

Your commentary on its flavour: Licraesa tastes the tea and she's full of childish wonder. Childish is the wrong word, but there's not one that's better fitting that isn't callous, cruel. There's a tinge of familiarity, like she's heard this story before in some sort of twisted fairy tale, but it's washed away with the blood spilling down his chest.

The look on "Millie's" face is one of curiosity/intrigue/detachment, and the mother is screaming but "Millie" just is puzzled. The introspection is a cool, calculated descent into acknowledgement, a sad little girl whose attempts to connect with another had backfired.

Licraesa set the teacup down, a frown written across her face, and she was puzzled, too. If people got As for effort, why did trying her hardest backfire? The whims of mortals are unreliable, she decides, and says a prayer for "Millie", for she knows the Goddess would approve of her efforts.
