And his last swing at her hip was what did it. She fell to the ground, clearly done. Taking a deep breath she pulled herself together before trying to pick herself up. "Well Yaholo, I'm glad to have you protecting me, and representing us halffers. I'll be cheering you on from the stands." she said as she stood. She was a little wobbly, but nothing that couldn't be fixed by the healers. She smiled at him and gave him a hug before starting to walk away. She really was proud, and she knew she had some work to do. Even though she worked with animals and not people it was a good skill to have to be able to defend oneself.

Yaholo smiled, an air of pride in his face, and placed his hammer back on his back. He would do his best to show the world that Halflings could be just as good as either race who bore them. He accepted Lasarra's hug gently, and tousled her hair.
"I promise I won't let you down, Lasarra." He said. "I'll show the world what WE'RE made of. You can count on that."
