Marati put on an innocent face at his glare, hiding her nerves by avoiding any and all eye contact with him outside of the intial passing glance. Right now she was busy looking at the monster, which had been taken down spectacularly.

Something not blue, red, yellow and gray caught Ideih's eye.
It was green.
She gasped and quickly picked it up off the ground, also finding a vial nearby. The green orb was what really had her attention. This. She wanted this.
Ideih giggled with delight, hopping from one foot to the other a few times before she hurried off. She had another green orb! It was so pretty!

He left quickly, and Marati wasn't about to hang around long enough for him to come back. She grabbed her loot and ran.
