Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Gold Description: Disbelief. Heartbreak and betrayal. Regret. Your commentary on its flavour: Vae had to take a deep breath after the memory faded away, eyes downcast as she set the cup back onto the table. That had been hard to watch, and like so many of the other memories it felt ... improper for an outsider to look in on what was obviously a private conversation. Her heart went out to them--both of them. At the very least, it had seemed to her like they were both regretful in their own way. Did they make up peacefully, she wondered? Where were they now? She shook the thoughts away as she stood up to go.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Gold. Description: Outrage, shock, and hatred--while the third emotion faded away to bitter melancholy, the shock lingered on. Your commentary on its flavour: This memory was...deeply personal. Not that the others hadn't been, but this was something else--this was a lover's quarrel, and quite the vicious one at that. Imuiel pursed his lips as the memory played out, brow furrowing into a hidden expression of concern as the fight raged on. Soon enough, the young man was left alone and hurt in his room, paying the price for hotheaded actions. Passion had burned too strongly here and had caused blindness--which only had set everything aflame. This wasn't a situation he himself was familiar with, but Imuiel still felt a sharp pang of sympathy.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Gold Description: Shock, anger, resentment. Your commentary on its flavoir: Coyote flinched at the rush of emotion that came off this tea. It wasn't so much the intensity, as the multitude of feelings that were surging through her as she watched the memory play out. It seemed incredibly personal, and she wished she could turn away and not see the shattering of the relationship. She felt uncomfortable, sympathetic, and realized with a start that party of that came from a lack of personal familiarity in this sorry of situation. She wasn't she how she knew that, but she did.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Dull brown Description: Betrayal, reckless loss of control, dawning guilt, worthlessness Your commentary on its flavour: It was awful and inevitable. Rojand watched as the boy in the memory lost his temper, traded hurt and insult with the girl he loved, too blinded by his anger and sense of betrayal to realize that he was driving her away. Only later, when it was over, when it was too late. Rojand hurt for both of them, for the girl caught between obligation and what she wanted, caught between two kinds of love, and for the boy who understood too late and sank into a deep black pit of guilt.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Brown Description: Rage, Hate, Frustration, Regret Your commentary on its flavour: The tea stung the back of Shasa's throat, and she was immediately saddened by the memory that swamped her. So much hate, so many angry words that could never be taken back. It was a shockingly frustrated tea, one filled with a sense of self-realization and regret. The sense of worthlessness was overwhelming, and Shasa set the cup down with a look of dismay on her face. Nobody should ever feel that way about themselves. Not ever.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Bronze Description: Bitterness. Lack of self-worth. Betrayal. Sorrow. Regret. Guilt. Your commentary on its flavour: A strong tasting tea with a bitter aftertaste. It felt wrong to have seen such a... Personal moment in someone's life. It would be easy to see it as a sort of betrayal at that point in time, but perhaps it was not so much betrayal as a misunderstanding blown out of proportion? There is a lot of sorrow and regret in a relationship that is too far gone to be fixed - and the bitter aftertaste suggests that there is no hope in salvaging this relationship..

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Dark gold Description: Dark, painful, betrayal, rash thinking Your commentary on its flavour: Ixb enjoyed the initial sweeteness. It made him smile at first but things seemed to go downhill quickly and the sudden shift to pain and betrayal was a bit harsh for him. The end left a hollow lump in his stomach that he didn't quite like. He hoped that this young man could find turst again... somewhere.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Dark Gold Description: Love turned to Anger and Anger becoming Reckless Rage. Your commentary on its flavour:Nerrisa frowned and set the cup down her fingers brushing her chest and turning into a tight fist. He'd been hurt so deeply she felt it inside. The betrayal that had fueled such reckless anger, the spewing hurtful words that seemed to come from a wound deep inside. She shivered a bit and wondered if whoever he was he had ever recovered and learned to love and trust and realize he wasn't worthless. With a recklessness to match the memories she grabbed and downed a different cup eager to wash away the taste of this one.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Dark Goldenrod Description: Agreeable at first but quickly overshadowed by anxiety and selfishness, and a bitter aftertaste of regret. Your commentary on its flavour: It started with a lovingly pleasant flavor that warmed Loffie right to the core. But as liquid swirled over his taste buds, its essence changed, stronger, urgent. Loffie could understand Otto’s questions, his hurt. But as bystander, all the wrongs were apparent, and the path the memory was going to take predictable. The yelling only grew louder, and the taste of the tea more foul, and Loffie nearly spit it by the time the end of the memory unfolded, the taste of regret and self-hate harsh on his tongue.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Dark Gold Description: Hard to swallow. Your commentary on its flavour: Carmus didn't like it. It was strange to watch it unfold, to watch it happen. There was so much going son, so lod and pained and he hoped it would end sooner than it did. It was painful to watch. It was terrible to taste.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Faded Gold Description: Cold, bitter, and regretful Your commentary on its flavour: Warm at first, but soon iced over with pain and confusion. The hate was easy to taste as the memory blossomed, but it soon grew wild near the end. Tears filled Vassou's eyes as understood, Otto's pain.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Bronze Description: Anger, crushed dreams, broken hearts Your commentary on its flavour: There was something distinctly familiar about this tea. When Trebor drank it, he felt the emotions too strong, as though he was living them, and it hurt too much to bear. He put down the cup and placed his hand over his mouth, trying not to cry. Young love was stupid, and reckless, and emotional. And damn, did it hurt.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Bronze Description: Crushed hearts Your commentary on its flavour: It was impossible to say whether Fayre felt more for the boy whose memory she relived when she drank his tea, or for the girl whose heart he'd broken. She knew that they could have been something special. It was such a shame to see it all go to waste so quickly. She felt the spasms of pain in his heart, and she pressed against her own glowing center, willing them away. She just wanted to hug them both and tell them everything would be all right.. One day.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Bronze Description: Bitterness, anger, frustration, betrayal Your commentary on its flavour: Sheenah wasn't really sure how she felt about this one. It had been explosive really, to witness the fight that broke up the love these two shared. She couldn't quite decide on who really was to blame for the fall out, though she felt she could emphasize with both parties, if she thought about it enough. In the end, however, the most pain she felt was for the blonde boy who decided he was worth nothing. Nobody was worthless, afterall...

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Dull bronze Description: Hateful, lashing out, wounds inflicted, loss of love, waning self-confidence. Loneliness. Desperation. Feeling cornered. Your commentary on its flavour: The anger, the pain in this tea, burnt her throat and tongue and left Raumias coughing for air: whoever’s memory this was, he’d suffered through pain, through love that was more a weapon than salvation. The other memories she’d tasted, most of the ones related to love... actually, something dawned on her, suddenly: love hurt more than it seemed to mend, when it came to the memories imparted into the teas. She couldn’t begin to understand the sheer waves of rage he had felt; her anger, in relation to it, felt controlled. It felt stable.
The anger in the memory had overcome her, so strong that for a moment she forgot she was separate from this person. And then the pain of realizing he’d lost the one person he’d loved, because of his temper, because he couldn’t listen... but Raumias understood, or at least she thought she did. She just thought hte was scared. Sometimes, when she was scared of losing something, she would pretend not to be. It didn’t help to lose someone or something precious, and have to look weak because of it.
Maybe it was better not to hope for someone? Maybe it was better, she thought, to be alone.
