Wasn't it obvious? The boy merely gave the fellow a look briefly, somewhat bewildered, before gesturing with one hand. "Evrawah." He stated simply before sighing as the thing came at him again. Best to just get rid of it for good, it looked ragged enough. Bracing the lance briefly he gave it a quick flick before managing to swing it forward toward the thing and catch it. Rather soundly.
The thing gave a few last cloud clunks before he let it slam to the ground with as much force as he had. And that, would be the last of that. Well at least he'd managed to stop it from hurting anything else, that was enough to be pleased about. Right?
He did good for them all?

Color Carmus impressed. If that was the power of those items... he could certainly use one, (or a few given his usefulness it would seem). "Carmus. And there went that tail wag at the very chance of praise. They'd even asked for his name! This was the first time besides that time with the goddess! He'd learned a bunch of names, and now they wanted his too. He really had done the right thing for sure. K-kias-" It would be a good idea to ask why the goddess had given him such a long difficult name. Really. {b]"Ako.{/b] It worked anything. He bobbed his head a bit before smiling. And really just staring stupidly until he realized they were all grabbing the things that fell.
