They are pretty much inseparable, and if someone were to try and touch her, the bird defends her like a wild one would defend its nest. The hawk in question lives up to its historical nature in flight, surpassing the vast majority of animals, only hawks of the same species passing up her speed.
Species Information:Known historically as the Duck Hawk in North America, is a widespread bird of prey in the family Falconidae. A large, crow-sized falcon, it has a blue-grey back, barred white underparts, and a black head and "moustache". As is typical of bird-eating raptors, Peregrine Falcons are sexually dimorphic, females being considerably larger than males. The Peregrine is renowned for its speed, reaching over 322 km/h (200 mph) during its characteristic hunting stoop (high speed dive), making it the fastest member of the animal kingdom. All that is known about these two, is that they spent their growing years exploring, never staying in any town or village for long. The twins, attempting to keep their identity secret, traveled by night, and kept their faces hidden, for they have a dark history.
while growing up, Silence got into a fight with a schoolfriend, and Whisper wouldn't back down. The people used to say that the twins were demons, about how they shouldn't be able to combine. So Whisper, beleiving that if they are called demons, they might as well act like it, strangled the bully. That evening, after the body was discovered, the father of the bully set the house ablaze, the parents, after hearing off what happened, left the children to burn. They escaped, but whisper was baddly burned. After this, they both left their village, and began to explore. Both with masks on, Whisper, to hide her burns, and Silence, to save her from feeling the odd one out. The twins have never returned to the Mist vilage. They joined the sound resently, and here their story begins.

She will be friendly and seemingly kind with you, but in reality, Yanmei couldn't care less if you ended up dead. There are very few and by very I mean very, few people she actually cares for. At the moment her sister is the only one. In reality, her sweet and innocent actions and appearance somewhat mask her true sadistic nature. Seeing pain on others especially if caused by her, brings her great pleasure. Yanmei much like her sister, has no need for morals doing what she pleases, how she pleases, when she pleases. This darker side of her only tends to show if she is upset, in battle or with her sister.

Her mother, no one knew what happened to her, rumors existed that she had been killed in cold blood during one of her fathers rampages. Constantly used as one of his targets she got used to enduring all sorts of pain. Most in these sorts of situation either A: life their lives always submitting themselves to the wills of others or B: retaliate. Yanmei was one of those that retaliated. Realizing her father was a pathetic weakling, she struggled against him during one of his drunk rages. The result, her bathing in his blood and her own. Although she was free from him, he had taken something from her, her sight. Her eyes would never recover from the trauma, turning from sky blue to blood red. At first it was a struggle to get around as her visions eventually faded to nothingness but she eventually learned to make up for it.During this time she came across what would be her first partner, a komodo dragon, she came across its egg one day. At first she had wanted to eat it but then became curious to what was inside.
But all that took a turn when the misanthrope met another. The difference in caliber was almost clear the moment she had encountered her. Another yet younger girl on the streets. Through auspicious events, they had banded together and together they organized small crimes. Slowly, working their way up to bigger meaning. Pretty soon they become somewhat known in their district of that country. First came thieving. Then instigation of drunken brawls to stir confusion from the more obvious offenses. And pretty soon it progressed to kidnapping the sons and daughters of wealthy pigs for profit. Then at last, a string of small murders made their lives harder than it needed be. For nine days they were confined under the sun, bolted down and underneath the codger railings. Sharp rust and dehydration in the form of torture kept them at bay.
It was on that day where she found their names and gripped them tight. The younger child became Yanyu, and the older who was named Yanmei. They were then named the Omasa sisters- for names were crucial to be put under official naming before their sentence would be executed. Under the callous tongues of the lecherous official, she became known as the Eternal Night Her sister, another name. On the night of ninth night, Yanyu the younger (though in a pitiable condition), had said with cracked hoarseness: "Hunger is terrible. It is the deadliest hunter." The promises they made were not enough. Both smiled. The pretense of enduring all eight days for the proof of this one night had blossomed. From their aid, came outside assistance. The Omasa sisters had done a favor for one of their clients some days before. It was a tendency to have been repaid the favor.
On weary legs they ran off. But the Miserly Official had sent a ranger party on them. Expert arrows shot past the arid night sky. They were running now. Tears slipping under eyelids while blood spliced the six figures that swirled in the waters. Yanmei looked at her beautiful foster sister reassuring the other that her pierced arm and shoulder were fine by attempting to save the younger by cutting the reigns on the farmer's carriage they road. Instead, Yanyu was quicker. She, who was in the better condition of the two, had sent the carriage running through the beak of the forest. With Yanmei safe enough to go beyond the border, Yanyu was left with the other horse to delay their pursuers tracks. For hours she ran down acres of rice beds all across the other side. Four rangers had still remained.
The following month she reunited with her sister, happy to find out that she was still alive. Together they ventured out the Bird Country and headed to the Village hidden in the Sound. There, they would recover and possibly re-think their motives.

To him this was never a source of pittance or pain, as he simply knew the way of the Kirigakure Shinobi. A way that as he grew he came disillusioned with. As his brother became famous and scorned for his acts of villainy and his methods of surviving throughout the day to day, Takashi remained largely in silence, his companion a book, simply titled The Five Rings. It was in this book that Takashi found the path of life he would follow, albeit he took this lifestyle to heart without the swords that the book lauded as it's core. Instead he found his own balance in his blood and training in the ways of the Shinobi. When the day finally came for Takashi to expand his wings and leave the nest of the family home, and his expectation to join the elite of Kirigakure, he disappeared from the village entirely. Some believed he was killed, others believed he simply got lost and died in the wilderness, but in truth he made his way far from the land of the mists. Taking on the role of a travelling merchant's bodyguard he traveled the nations for some time, hearing many tales of his brother's sordid life before finally choosing escape the infamy his family was gaining altogether.
Utilizing the wealth of Ryo he had built up while travelling in companionship with the caravans he sought charter across the seas and out of the lands of the Shinobi Nations altogether. He found his peace and well centred sense of self in the foreign lands he spent the next 5 years travelling. He learned martial arts of these lands, picked up on their traditions, and even found himself a rival in their lands. Years passed and himself and his rival always found themselves in friendly competition. Games, challenges, women, nothing was anything but a game to them until the day that his rival was to marry. A wrongly placed word turned their rivalry into a blood feud at the wedding ceremony. Takashi rose to Mishimoto's challenge one final time, and as he did so he ended their rivalry and left a wife widowed at the Altar. The stark realization that he could never escape his upbringing or the ties to the shinobi nations dawned on him, as well as the others, as a fireball was spewn from his lips, cratering the procession and killing Mishimoto Katsuhiro whose only weapons were his bare fists and the Nagamaki he possessed. Resolute from his actions, Takashi lifted his friend and rival's Nagamaki and chose to abandon the foreign lands, eventually making his way to the sea.
For a year the man sailed the seas, on the promise his tour would return him to his homeland. And scant months ago it delivered. The man, no worse for wear, returned in the lands of his birth. He saw what that which was expected of his blood throughout this seabound journey, in dreams and nightmares, and decided until such a time as he could find who he was without the Uchiha name, he would never wear it again. To this end he chose to take the name of a man whose life was cut short by his warrior ways. Katsuhiro. The ship landed in Kirigakure, for a simple refit and refill, before once more leaving. As Takashi were to disembark this ship he gave the port authority the name Takashi Katsuhiro, beginning his new life, devoid of his Uchiha name.
A month of travel as a simple wanderer brought him to Otogakure wherein he decided to enter himself once more as a shinobi, seeing a land that at it's core was in need of good men, of good warriors. And as if his actions preceded danger, shortly thereafter the UHV took control. From that point to today Takashi has kept a low profile, but now as the inspection for more shinobi in the land has increased, he has come somewhat to light.

Personality: Okabe is a very mysterious, blunt, honest and dark person, combined with his heavy use of sarcasm and mocking politeness, make it very difficult to discern his thoughts. Many find his demeanour and appearance rather unsettling and there are very few who were willing to trust him at first meeting. Okabe holds a dark belief that no matter who you are, what you've done and what you do, you will always have blood on your hands, this is one of the main reasons he treats people the way he does. He is a heavy pessimist and will always look to the negatives. But, Okabe is increasingly misunderstood for his negativity and is many people usually throw him in the category of threat or enemy, someone who bathes in the thing he know's. Okabe think's of these people as narrow-minded and blind to the real world around them; he nicknames these people "Day Dreamers". After the clay is formed, he will form a handsign and the clay kunai will transform into an exact duplicate of any other of Okabe's kunai's. This clay kunai is considered to work like any other projectile and is treated as a kunai. Once thrown, Okabe can bring up his handsign and make the kunai explode at any point of it's travel, or after. Okabe takes [1] post to produce one kunai, he must know [ C1 ] and if the kunai comes into contact with fire or any Katon jutsu, of C rank or higher it will immediately explode.
• Shī Sīs [ C6 ] Rank: B Element: Bakuton Description: C6 is unlike any other of the clays that the Bakuton produce. First thought of as a smaller version of C3, the clay was supposed to melded and portrayed to always be in the form of a ball that has a sense of inertia. C6 is stretchy and elastic, however it does not stick or is able to be ripped in half, it is no larger than a volleyball. What makes this clay so special is that, when it is ignited it is a very calm explosion and instead it explodes outwards, the stretchy material expanding at a fast rate. If coming into contact with something, or someone during the expansion process, the clay will form around the object and then harden to the strength of rock. The explosion radius of the ball is only 4 ft, and are mainly used to create defenses, cover, and capturing targets.
• Kyarijji bakuhatsu [ Exploding Carriage ] Rank: C-A Element: Bakuton & Fuuton Description: After creating a clay model, Okabe will drop the model, and form the ox handsign, he must hold this handsign for the first post of the jutsu. A small gust of wind will pick up the model and carry it around Okabe in a orbit for [2] two posts, the model is moving at a quick pace and Okabe can position the orbit of the model while he is paying attention to fuuton chakra. Okabe can fire off the model with centripetal force, however it is not very accurate. Wit extra chakra added to the jutsu, the wind will pick up carrying the model almost at a speed to leave it in a blur for the naked eye, the accuracy of the jutsu also increases greatly.

When Suoh Kuroh, the first Otokage came to the lands, he found this small boy living in the trees of the forest, Suoh found interest in his bloodline and took him away, locking him deep within the confines of the Sound HQ. His mouths on his hands were put in muzzles and the mouth along his chest was sealed shut. But Koga showed potential greater than any other, Suoh saw himself in the boy. Suoh named him Okabe Jaeger, the Patient Hunter. Okabe showed great pleasure in the name and kept it fro himself. He was there as Suoh built the village and watched it rise, he was 14 at the time. Okay was released from his confines and was brought to be Suoh's heir, the true heir to the Otokage thrown, spoken in secret, Okabe was told all of this, all of Suoh's plans, and all of his beliefs.
Okabe could not believe how much of an idiot he was... After Suoh left, Okabe went into the Academy to train himself. Suoh disappeared for a long time, he did not come back for Okabes graduation and something horrible happened. Apollo, Suoh's partner left him, and disappeared; then the UHV came. The president took the seat as Otokage and Okabe grew furious, inheritin his fathers will to end the UHV, under their own cover. But there was still one thing that had to be done.
Finally, after long last, Suoh returned. In the end, the mortality that Suoh was looking or was his downfall. Suoh wanted to create a dream world to escape this reality, when he found out that wouldn't work, he fought to seal away all the evil in the world, no one could have that type of power, no one should. Suoh promised Okabe power as well, but not the same type, he told him things that others would never understand, and he was given three letters that he would have to deliver. On each there was a seal that would detonate if anyone else, other than the people they were for opened it. They were for; Sanshi Satetsu, Sypher Tsukai, and Miyamoto Mamoru. There was one more though, one for someone Okabe knew; The President. Suoh told him he would know when to give him the letter. Delivering those letters would be the last wish Suoh had for Okabe. Okabe was different, Okabe thought of Suoh's beliefs and decided he would be more than just his heir, he would also be his answer.
Suoh trusted the boy to much, and Okabe, being the Patient Hunter he was, killed him in cold blood. Little is known how he did it, but the last words he spoke to his mentor were "Your weakness Suoh, your greatest weakness was your dream in the end... it blinded you from the reality." He then locked away all of Suoh's puppets except for Thantas, his greatest creation, his first. It was part of one of the letters. Okabe left sound with the four letters and Thantas in his coffin on his back.
"Ideals, religion, freedom, truth, grudges, love, or just because. Your reasons don't matter at all. Any trivial thing that motivates people to action, will eventually breed war."
After Souh's he became confined to his own mind, with the fresh image of his death in his own mind, he was left alone with the man he did not want to see anymore. Okabe got through his hunt without any problem, no one suspected Souh to be dead, and the President had taken refuge into the Sound Village.

After several years at the age of 8 they caught up with her parents and in order to escape them from being enslaved they decided to sell their daughter as a downpayment. At that point she had gained an enormis hate or her parents. Later on during her captivity a band of mercenaries managed to free her from her captives. She then took a fascination with the military types and followed them along with their mission. For the next 8 years she trained with them hardening her combat skills. She finally was given her own knife from the others. Shortly after making her first kill. With that kill she all but lost her emotions other than with the men she had let in. She ended up badly hurting one of her comrade when they tried to sexual assult her due to her looks, after that she greatly lost interest in men in that way. When she was 16 she was assulted by a Jounin of some type of village she later finds out that it was Kumogakure. He whiped out her entire mercenary platoon. She later joins up with Otogakure and requests to be taken in as a shinobi to be trained in the arts of ninja so that she could eventually take on the same ninja that attacked and killed the only people she held dear. Her goal was to gain as much strength as she could before continueing her life as mercenary.
