Reassured and encouraged, the little child sprung forward and gave the monster a bonk on it's wide head. His attack wasn't very strong... But he must have hit a weak point regardless. From the monster, Klinail retrieved two red vials. They waved happily at the other people who had fought the monster before skipping away on their merrily way.

He snatched up a green orb from the creature as it fell. He hadn't found a use for these things yet, but he would.

As the monster broke down, the little shadow knew what to do. He bounced forward and grabbed a couple pieces from the rubble. This part was almost fun. Not as much fun as searching for fragments had been, but he couldn't wait to show his small shadow friend once they were reunited. ((Using the second of the ghost's double loot ability)) x2
