How nice it was to chat with one another over kicking the a** of this...thing. Of course, all the fun and games died down when the enemy managed to badly hurt one of their group members.

It was tiring trying to beat something down though, you know, especially something that was so hardy.
After a firm stomping, she realized that it was still, somehow, alive. There was a long pause, and then she groaned.

Amati cautiously nudged the monster with her foot, and it sputtered and sparked and kind of exploded a little. Yeah, it was pretty safe to say that it was dead. "That one had a little more fight to it than the other ones, I think."
After scooping up a few of the shiny green orbs, she smiled at the others. "It's nice to meet you all," she said. "My name is Amati. I'm glad to see that everyone's okay."
