Personality: Starling is sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, willing to help anyone. Patient and calm, he is hard to anger, strongly preferring to keep the peace. He is also competitive, eager to be the best, but is hardly a sore loser. Instead, he sees losses as areas he can improve himself. When the going gets rough, he rarely fails to find a silver lining somewhere. His general attitude is hopeful and positive.
