"I've never had Mexican food before." He looked thoughtful, considering, then he remembered Jordan was tricking him just moments before, "Is this going to give me fire hole?"

"If you're not used to spicy stuff, maybe you should have the mild kind," Jordan mused. "Just green chiles in those." He studied Al's expression briefly. "Don't worry. I wouldn't waste one of these on a prank, dude. Back in a few."
He let go of the curtain and headed back down the hall.

Al looked anxious but waited. Somewhat patiently. He did flip his phone out to text while waiting.

Jordan returned in a few minutes, pulling the curtain aside to present Al with a freshly microwaved tamale wrapped in a paper towel. "Here you go. Apology in the form of delicious food."

Al was slowly reaching out towards the offering when he was advised that Rep had the spicy version. "You think I can't take spicy?" He pouted.
