"Holy s**t I never said it was bad," she retorted in a hushed tone. The kind of tone reserved between girls talking about things like this. Seeing Lex in a swimsuit wouldn't be so bad either, but sometimes change was good too. Not that she'd ever actually act on the ogling. It was just nice to ogle.

Chel gave a wave to her other pink-haired friend. What was his name again? She remembered it was kind of girly. Oh well. At least he was friendly. "'Sup pinky?"
A look to Lucky. "Is he dead or ..."

"******** if I know!" Robert helpfully answered, dropping Lucky on the floor outside of the pool, and jumping back in a backwards cannonball, splashing everyone who thought standing there had been a good idea. Then he was off like a shot, making way too much of a mess to really be doing much good.
Really, it was more splashing and attacking the water than swimming. The pool would be lucky if it had any water left in it by the end of the day.

He perked up slightly when someone called out his name and he looked in Stormy's direction. Unfortunately, without his contacts she was just a giant blob of colors. Mmm who was this again...It sounded like...? "Thanks...Uh...." He leaned forward with squinted eyes. "Stormy?"
"...shouldn't someone pull him out, maybe?"

The Life hunter was already raising an eye at the lifeguard wannabe robert trying to take the waterlogged Lucky out of the pool. "Maybe he just needs CPR." he tried to reason. -while mentally calling not it at the same time. He did that once and it was enough. someone else can earn their emergency responce badge today.

Shiloh looked a little panicked. The tall guy had already abandoned him with a splash, and someone else was suggesting CPR, yet despite all the 'helpful' advice, Shiloh was still the only one actually near Lucky. Hoping that Lucky would miraculously wake up during compressions, Shiloh quickly got to work. But there was no response from the Life Hunter and Shiloh paled. He gulped, glancing around before taking a deep breath of air and reminding himself that a life was at stake here. Shiloh tilted Lucky's head back, lifting his chin with one hand and pinching his nose with the other, as he leaned in and did what he had to do.

As little as Mimsy wanted to be around anyone at all after the memory fiasco, she could not hide under a table in the corner of the labs for the rest of her life. The limit was two and a half days, apparently, which involved no sleep and a lot of sloppy scribbling on the underside of a table (then the wall, then the floor). She made a compromise by making herself look extremely busy, her nose about two inches from a stack of paper involving a whole lot of numbers, and put herself on the closest thing to autopilot that she could manage.
Having picked the worst possible time to skip out on awareness of her surroundings, the passive action of following Lucky that could generally be trusted as 'safe' led her directly into the cafeteria. Pool.
She inhaled a refreshing lungful of pool water and mentally noted to begin accounting for abnormality more often.

Robert heard the splash, though exactly how he managed that was a wonder since he was splashing so damn much himself. He stopped raging at the water and stuck his head up, just in time to see Mimsy drop much like a Lucky (that was his new term for something that did not float. Rock just wasn't a good enough word anymore.) and dove into the water, kicking off the side of the pool to jettison over to her. She hadn't been under as long as Lucky - maybe that was because Robert's mimsysenses had been tingling, and he was a little more careful about making sure she didn't die. But when he got to her, it had still been a little too long to be safe, so he grabbed her and pulled her back up above the water, carrying her over his back to the edge of the pool. He dropped her onto the floor, and pushed himself up just enough to press his ear against her chest. It sounded wet in there. Wet and disgusting. This was what five hours of sleep did to you, Mimsy. He grumbled to himself as he started trying to pulse the water out of her lungs with gentle thrusts.

The unresponsive hunter was not unresponsive for long. Maybe he had been fortunate enough to have blacked out from a mixture of oxygen deprivation and sheer panic shortly before Robert laughed at him, and remained unconscious for Leon's poking and prodding and Allan's approval of his breath-holding. As it was, he looked more like a wet cat than anything with the way all his clothes and hair and everything were sopping wet. But Shiloh dislodging water from his lungs was just miraculous enough to bring him back to awareness. There was a pressure on his face, was the first thing he noticed as his brain came out of sleep mode. Lucky blinked up toward what should have been the ceiling, but was instead filled with a sideways face and a pair of brown eyes. Oh. Okay. It took a few more seconds for him to regain a concept of normal. He reconsidered, his vacant staring moving from feature to vaguely familiar feature of the face. There was absolutely no reason anyone's eyes needed to be that close to him. Or their nose, or their..... Lucky tensed and proceeded to flail at his would-be rescuer, an obviously wordless attempt to cut the CPR short.

Thanks to Robert's quick response time, Mimsy avoided death number six and the thread avoided a death solo. She did not, however, regain full consciousness to continue her quest for more caffeine. She could faintly hear her heartbeat in her ears and something that sounded kind of like water, and thought that she was moving somehow, but she couldn't quite will her eyes to open themselves. Maybe she could just sleep instead. That sounded nice.

The only thing that saved Jordan from walking obliviously straight into the pool was the fact that his room actually had a coffee machine now. He was, these days, aware of his surroundings before breakfast, and so when he walked into the hall where the cafeteria had been replaced by a large and sparkling pool, he stopped before walking off the edge, his eyebrows arching as he took in the new terrain.
... Allan was surveying the scene proudly from one of the diving block. Oh. That explained it. "Good morning, Allan-taichou," Jordan called, and headed around the edge of the pool to discover whether the kitchens were still in their usual place, because he liked swimming, but he was also very hungry.

Thump. Thump. Thump. He stopped pounding her chest and put his ear back to her chest - he could hear that faint heartbeat, but she still wasn't breathing, so that heartbeat wasn't going to last for long. He looked up briefly, managing to make some sort of pathetic sound of helplessness, before he pushed himself up enough to sit on the edge of the pool and pinched Mimsy's nose. "Here goes nothing." He mumbled under his breath hastily, but in his mind, he could only think of one thing. At least it wasn't Harrison. He bent his head down, pressed his lips against the cold ones that were only getting colder, and breathed for her. He held her mouth so that it was kept in an O-shape, pinched enough to keep the air from escaping, and breathed out. Once, twice, three times.. was this even working? If he failed to save Mimsy using CPR, Sunny was going to kick him out of the nursing program so ******** hard..

Robert was naked, which wasn't anything unusual, but what was unusual was that he appeared to be kissing Mimsy. Jordan's eyebrows went up and stayed that way. There had to be an explanation for this.
Observations: Mimsy was in her regular clothes and soaked. She was also lying very still, neither flailing nor participating in being kissed. Robert had recently vanished into the deep, dark bowels of the infirmary for nursing training. All put together, that suggested that this was an emergency intervention and not actually what it looked like. Jordan changed course to hurry over to them. "Should I call Sunny?"

Sleeping was still not in the cards. Mimsy could hear the heartbeat again, a little faster than last time. She was also vaguely aware of someone touching (and kissing?) her, and made an attempt to rectify the problem, but just kind of flopped her hand onto the other person's shoulder instead. Still, if she was kissing someone, she thought that she should not be. Especially not after her very recent actions, which were inexcusable even with amnesia. After turning her head enough to cough up spit and water in the most undeniably attractive of ways, she forced her eyes open and turned back to...Robert...? Though Svensyl seemed particularly pleased and energetic, she couldn't find the energy or brainpower to do anything other than stare at him thoughtfully through the beads of water on her glasses, hand still resting on his shoulder.
