Diamond_Wales Do you really wanna be like them?
Do you really wanna be another trend?
Do you wanna be part of that crowd?
Luke caught himself staring just as Bree walked up and shifted nervously. Okay, this was awkward. He gave the other redhead a half smile as the man informed them he was a hit wizard. Honestly, like he cared. He could have told them he was the king of England and probably gotten the same result. "Trust me, if anyone here's dumb enough to mess with us, they get what they deserve." Okay, so maybe part of him was overconfident with his brother supposedly keeping an eye on them, but Magni had said he was gonna just escort them, nothing much after that. Definitely not watching out for mischief, but then again, Magni might be thinking that Luke could get out of his own messes. He glanced back to Steffi, suddenly feeling a bit self-conscious. "Sorry, just, er, ignore me. I must not be really feeling right, cause right now, I kinda feel weird and can't explain it." Location: Fairway State: Confused OOC: ...

___________ Job ___________ Former Coyote ___________ 38 years old ___________↜ I aim to misbehave....↝ Not really one for manners it seemed, it wasn't a big deal really. Jack had dealt with his fair share of arrogant people, kids included. It was interesting how he reacted though, did all authority figures receive the same kind of response from the youth over here? He wasn't looking to be praised or anything but usually having a badge meant a bit more than just being another guy with a wand. Well he didn't actually have a badge in this job but the idea was the same.
"If you say so kid, you and your girl just stay out trouble alright."
Jack smiled the best he could given the brat's tone and nodded to all in turn. He turned on his heels and walked away to give the group their space. Part of him wanted to put the boy's confidence to the test right then and there, but he didn't want to embarrass the boy in front of his girl. The young often acted out of character when trying to make themselves look better for their significant others. Actually that probably worked for just about everybody now that Jack thought about it more. A sigh escaped his lips as he continued to walk the fairway and keep an eye out for trouble.
↜ If you can't do something smart...do something right ↝ Those who are by my side || Bunch of kidsWhile I strive with all my might || Looking to lend a handTo turn this darkness into light Fair Way

This certainly looked like a prime spot for plausible problems perpetrated by people of the vile natures might decide to show up. It was an unfortunate truth about large scale events were members of government and the normal populace tended to mingle in lowered guards. What better way to make a statement then to attack a place designed to bring fun and enjoyment to everyone who came. The White Fox stood atop the highest point along the fair way with the sun directly behind him. The height plus his white clothing reflecting the sun's rays made for a most interesting form of camouflage, and he could always disapparate away should anyone call attention to him. That was the nice thing about not being on the school grounds for a mission, no apparation blocker. It was nice to see so many people looking to have a good time, and the White Fox hoped that it would go on without any problems. He wouldn't mind a good fight, but it would be better if nothing happened during this event. The masked ball would be a great time to actually walk among the people without having to catch odd looks or be watched by the authorities. It might also be a good time to be more public allow a few people memories they would not forget about the White Fox.

ஒ Mudblood ஒ Orphan ஒ Single ஒ
But I know that, I was put here, to fight Vikings, in the cold war, with my arms out, in the front lines, singing, “Dare me. Dare me.”
ஒஒஒஒஒSteffi rolled her eyes and only tightened her hidden grasp on her switch blade. "Oh yes.... because being a hit wizard makes you so flipping fantastic huh?" She basically hissed, glaring at Jack and turning away from him totally. She was sure if he was going to attack her or something, Luke would warn her. Whoever this guy was, he bothered her and she wanted him to shut the hell up. She hated people that though authority suddenly made them God's gift to the world. Obviously it wasn't true. Just look at the people 'running' the orphanage. She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms over her chest, finally letting go of the knife in her pocket as the man turned and walked away.
ஒஒஒஒஒWithout her knowledge or permission, a blush had risen to her cheeks at the man's words though. He had called her.... Luke's girl. She wasn't his girl... was she? She blinked and dug her toe into the ground, still totally unaware of her flushed cheeks. She looked up at Luke when he said to ignore him and shrugged. "I dunno. I dun feel right either..... Kinda like.... I dunno... something's like fluttering around inside me... I guess." She shrugged awkwardly. She didn't want to describe the feeling as butterflies, because that was so girly and ugh. But it was probably the perfect description for what she was feeling. She chewed on her lip. Why though? It was a stupid feeling, and she was going to blame all her weird feelings recently on stupid girly hormones. Ick. She shrugged again and smiled at Luke. "Eh... who cares though ay? We're here to have a good time right?"
I hope they hurt you. I hope they scar you. I hope they heal you. You’ve got to weigh your wars make sure you’re not fighting for nothing

I'm wearing my heart on my sleeve, Feelin' lucky today Got the sunshine ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Portkey travel was a cinch for Leah. It had become her most common form of travel; since she was not yet allowed to fly or apparate and floo required a fireplace, in addition to the fact that her parents didn’t usually go places with her, they were always setting up portkeys so she could run errands and go to events like this without their presence away from their home. Their concern was the baby: he needed absolute attention. Hence, the girls were often left to their own devices. Sometimes, Mr. and Mrs. Forthwright even left maintenance of the Forthwright name up to their eldest daughter. Today was one of those days. Upon letting go of the portkey, she took in her left hand the small fingers of her sister, and in her right those of Marko Jon, the orphan that her parents said they’d host to the fair. Little did the orphanage know that they had no intention of going. The job fell to Leah. She didn’t mind, though, as she’d been planning to take Kells anyway. Since she hadn’t taken the young girl to Diagon Alley, the five-year-old had been pestering her sister. So Leah promised to make it up by bringing her here to the circus. As the three hit the ground on the fairway, hand-in-hand, Leah’s sense of excitement grew. She mostly wanted to watch the broom games, since flying was her passion. Maybe she’d even see some of the friends she’d made while shopping for her school supplies. Still, it was her responsibility to look after the younger kids. “What do you two want to do first?” She asked them merrily, letting go of their hands to straighten her sister’s sun hat. Kelsey fidgeted, but allowed her sister to fix the cap atop her ginger hair. Pigtail braids snaked out from under the hat, and Leah admired her work with a smile. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ My Diary Emotion: Content • Action: Arriving at the Circus • Thought: This ought to be fun • Location: The Fairway • Crush: Nobody yet • Outfit: BlueCan you tell me what more do I need? And tomorrow's just a mystery oh yeah, But that's okay Kelsey ✾ Rose ✾ Dianne ✾ Forthwright Age 5Outfit Kells was quite unnerved by the portkey. It made her nauseous, confused, and frightened. She clung to her sister’s hand tightly until she had both of her little feet planted on the ground. As Leah fixed her hat, she glanced nervously at the seven-year-old that had come along. It was slightly odd to have a strange boy in the group, especially since Leah had explained that he had no parents. Kelsey tried not to stare. She was grateful of her sister’s question. “Ooh, can we please go see the talent show? I wonder if they’ll have animals, maybe even magical creatures!” Though she was only five, her wordage and the wisdom in her voice rivaled that of her much older sister. Kelsey put the most possible effort into everything she did, even when simply speaking. The many books she’d read had definitely helped her form her sentences more maturely. Realizing once again the blonde boy that had come, she turned to address him. “Well, only if you’d like to go as well. What do you fancy?”

Luke blushed scarlet at the insinuation that Steffi was his girl. Just what the heck was that supposed to mean? Glaring at the guy, he turned toward Steffi when she said that she was feeling weird too. "Well, why don't we find somewhere where we can get out of the sun. Maybe we could go to one of the tents." Glancing around, he frowned. Okay, he knew they all came together, so why was it only Bree and Steffi were with him? Where was Kenny, Jer, and Cain? A sudden thought made him wonder if they weren't getting into trouble somewhere. "Shouls we go look for the rest first? I don't see them." Location: Fairway State: Confused OOC: ...

Can't help if I space in a daze, My eyes tune out the other way, I may switch off and go in a daydreamRose hopped along, her red hair bouncing in the ponytail she bound it up in. She was going to the circus with Nell! Just the thought made the Hufflepuff giddy with excitement. Then again, she had never been to a magical circus before. She looked over at her girlfriend, wondering if Nell had been to one before. "So, where should we go first? I've been to muggle circuses, but never one in the magical world. Are they any different?" Well, she was curious. Heck, this was probably her one and only chance to go all summer. ---------------------------------- Location: Fairway State: Curious Taken with: Nell Ellis OOC: ... ---------------------------------- In this head my thoughts are deep, But sometimes I can't even speak, Would someone be and not pretend I'm off again in my World

But I know that, I was put here, to fight Vikings, in the cold war, with my arms out, in the front lines, singing, “Dare me. Dare me.”
ஒஒஒஒஒSteffi blinked as Luke blushed scarlet too. He must have been thinking the same thing as her.... Wait! Did that mean..... No! She gulped and nodded at his suggestion. "Yeah... It's probably just heat or hunger or something getting to me." She muttered, brushing the stray piece of hair she had been toying with behind her ear and smiling nervously. She glanced at Bree and smiled at her sister a lot less nervously, trying her best to erase the stupid damn blush from her cheeks. She slid one hand into her sister's and the other into Luke's. She didn't really think about it at first. She just didn't want to lose them in the crowd as well. But, as soon as her fingers touched the skin of his palm her blush grew darker exponentially.
ஒஒஒஒஒSteffi looked up and down the fairway, trying to look through the crowd and catch a glimpse of her siblings. She was totally ignoring the dark red on her cheeks that was akin to the shade of her eyes. She was not blushing! Nope! Not at all! She chewed on her lip and pulled the other two forward. "Whatever they're up to, I'm s-sure it's nothing good." She said with a roll of her eye. She ignored the fact that she, of all people, had just stuttered. What the hell was wrong with her? Maybe Luke was right. It was just the heat getting to her. It was a really hot day and there were so many people. It had to be the heat. Yeah..... "Whatever trouble they're getting into I'm sure they'll need us to bail them out before they get themselves in real trouble." She said, glancing at Luke and smirking in her normal casual ways. It was like nothing was wrong. Even though her face was still a nice shade of red.

While she had lived in the Loch all her life not any circuses had passed through their small tourist town. Mostly just large scale carnivals so she was hoping that an honest-to-goodness circus lived up to its hype. When asked where they should go she stopped and thought for a few seconds reading the various posters proclaiming the different acts before one caught her eye causing her to squeal. "Oooo! Can we go see the dragon tamer? I've always wanted to see a dragon up close, it'll be so exciting!" Nell bounced eagerly at the very thought of being near one of nature's fiercest animals before registering that Rose had asked her yet another question. This one the young woman shrugged and gave a rather embarrassed grin. "Well, to be honest, this is my first time at a circus as well. At the Loch we mainly get festivals or carnivals depending on the date and seasons but no circus. I'm guessing the fact that the magic acts really are magic makes them different." she answered wryly before chuckling at her own joke. ❞ `•.¸¸.•´¯`•.¸¸.•´ Into a room where it's nine in the afternoon And your eyes are the size of the moon You could 'cause you can so you do We're feeling so good just the way that we do 'Cause it's nine in the afternoon

✰ I could use a dream or a genie or a wish to go back to a place much simpler than this... ✰ And when your plans unravel in the sand, what would you wish for if you had one chance?
Cain slid through the crowd of circus-goers, trying to be as sneaky as possible. Though, it was hard to blend in with his mop of blue hair. Still, he somehow made it through and ended up with Luke, Steffi, and Aubrey. He blinked at the Gryffindor's. What was up with them? They seemed... off, somehow. The boy shrugged. "Hey, guys. Guess what I got?" he asked. The Hufflepuff didn't even wait for them to answer as he pulled his arms from behind his back to reveal sticks of cotton candy. One for all of them, to be specific, in a variety of colors. Pink, blue, purple, you name it, he had it. And, he payed for them! He didn't even steal them! "Ta-da! Cotton Candy for the lot of us!... Say, where's Kenny and Jeremy? I got some for them too." Cain looked around, puzzled. What if they were in trouble? If he knew his brother's, Jer would probably be off attempting a "magic trick" and Kenny would be trying to swindle someone out of their life savings. He sighed. Couldn't a boy go get some cotton candy without losing track of his younger brothers?
✰ Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky like shooting stars? ✰ I could really use a wish right now, wish right now, wish right now...

Marko Jon Visual Challenged 7 Marko realized this was most likely a publicity stunt. He did not like that. It was mean and unnessisary. But, at the sane time. The outing was fun for him. He missed going out with his brother and this was the next best thing. The girls looked like any children to him. Other then the fact that they looked like they had parents. Something he resented. If he had parents Loki would still be with him. But no. It was not to be. He let the girl home his hand. His hand was a dead weight in hers and his face was a blank, bord mask. He scanned the fair, grey eyes taking in what he could. "I don care what we doin. Lets jus get it over with already" he said in his thick cockney ascent. He stood tall and ferm. On the bright side. Now he knew what a port key was and that he should avoid it at all costs.

Kelsey ✾ Rose ✾ Dianne ✾ Forthwright Age 5Outfit Quite taken aback by the boy's attitude, the young girl's brow contorted into a confused and offended wrinkle. He most likely didn't get to do this kind of thing often, so what was he so miffed about? Kelsey shot a glance up at her older sister before once again addressing the boy. “Why do you say, 'Get it over with?' I wouldn't want to do anything that isn't up to your standards.” The redhead smiled at the use of her new word 'standards.' She'd just learned it earlier that day, while reading a novel that had been re-gifted to her by Leah. the eldest Forthwright child wasn't much for books. The matter of Marko remained at the forefront of Kells' mind as she towed her older sister in the direction of the main tent. At a loss for any words to cheer the boy, she shifted her contorted expression toward the ground. Not that she wasn't super excited to be at the circus, but how could she enjoy it to the fullest when Mr. Danny Downer over here had his trowsers all up in a bundle? He could at the very least TRY to have fun. I'm wearing my heart on my sleeve, Feelin' lucky today Got the sunshine ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ The older redhead also became confused at the boy's apparent sour mood. of course the boy was an orphan, so he did have much to be upset about. but still, they were at the fair, and Leah was determined to provide Marko and Kelsey with the best possible occasion. "Marko, what do you enjoy doing?" She asked while swinging her little sister up onto her shoulders. "Maybe we can find something here that suits your interest." After a bit of thought, she said in a softer voice, "Maybe our parents only set this up for good press, but Kells and I are more than glad to have an extra head along with us, isn't that right Kells?" She smiled as the five-year-old nodded from her perch. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ My Diary Emotion: Content • Action: Attending the circus • Thought: I wonder why he's so cross. • Location: The Fairway • Crush: Nobody yet • Outfit: BlueCan you tell me what more do I need?
