Prompt: Copper Tigers: You have chosen the Left Path!
As you travel the left path a series of twists and turns eventually lead you to a dead end. However, as you walk the noise slowly turns into something of an almost faint hum and slowly to a buzzing noise as you approach. There is a honey bee hive at the dead end, how'd that get here? A sign at the entrance explains the following.
If you'd like to have 1 jar of honey take the smoke pot and put the bees to sleep before draining. Under it is a table with a pot, a few quart jars and a beekeeper's hat.
((Quote me if you'd like to attempt to get some honey for further instructions otherwise you can choose to turn and go back the way you came and pick another path))
Orange Lizards: You have chosen the Straight path!
As you continue ahead on your choose path you notice a slight noise coming from somewhere and as you maneuver through some twists and turns it continued to get louder. Finally you a T in the road, if you venture right the noise seems to be moving away from you, if you venture left the noise seems to get louder. Which way do you choose?
Green Monkeys: You haven't chosen a path yet.
See first prompt.

I've added some information in the spoiler that may interest you guys. It's a bit of a TL;RD.
You now have 48 hours - apologies for the wait I was trying to figure out what to do.
((I have decided to extend all prompt deadlines to 48 hours. If after 48 hours both you and your partner have not responded starting this prompt, you will lose your participation points for the round.
It is advisable that you RP with your partners to make your choices. If something comes up and you cannot rp with your partners or cannot respond please tell us (me and your partner) ASAP; don't leave us wondering what happened to you okay?
As a reminder Do Not Delete Posts or Change your Answer. It is considered cheating and if I catch it I will disqualify your team from the game. (Please don't make me do this.) Also things that could be considered IC cheating (including using your weapon) to mark your paths may be foiled by random events within the maze. So if you want to tempt fate have fun, just be aware that there's always something watching you. OwO (IE yes I'm going to have fun with you guys if you mark paths, within the realm of realism)))
Also there'll be chances to gain bonus points so no worries guys if you lose any!

Team Copper Tigers Team Members: Falias + Dallol Choice: n/a
The left path continued to twist and turn, pretty much the same as the 'straight' path before it, but the noise was still there suggesting that they were on the right track - at least in respect of tracking down its source.
At some point along the path it, the noise seemed to change to something resembling a faint hum, but as they continued to walk it changed again to a buzzing sound that seemed (at least to Falias) to get louder the further they walked down the twisting path.
"I hope my choice hasn't sent us the long way back to the start" Falias said to Dallol a little wryly, after they'd been walking for what seemed to be a while, only for an end to the trail to finally come into sight.
It was a dead end. A dead end with a bee hive. Falias blinked and stared again. Yep definitely a bee hive, complete with a sign at the entrance leading towards it.
Walking towards the sign he read the words out to Dallol, turning to look back at his partner before speaking again. "I know the sign doesn't say we have to take some honey, but I can't think why else there would be a bee hive here." It just didn't make much sense to him.
"What do you think?" he asked, adding. "I can probably fit the jar in one of my pockets if we try to get some."

"I would think not but if it happens, we'll just have to deal with it won't we?" It would be great if Team Copper Tigers could ultimately emerge victorious but Dallol supposed that she probably shouldn't worry too much about the outcome for now and focus on putting her best foot forward while going through the current process itself.
With the way the path twisted and turned, it was little wonder that the blue-haired Page would start to lose her bearings and sense of direction, having no choice but to carry on down the path towards the sound which started initially as a faint hum that eventually became a buzzing sound when both Pages emerged at the dead end and found themselves face to face with a honey bee hive. She offered Falias a kindly smile, not at all bothered by the dead end that they had just come face to face with as she nodded a few times at his tentative proposal. "Let's just do it then. The honey might come in handy later on and even if it does not, we'll have a tasty treat for ourselves at least?"

Team Copper Tigers Team Members: Falias + Dallol Choice: Trying for a jar of honey
"That's true" Falias agreed, in response to Dallol's comment about a tasty treat. He hadn't thought about that aspect. It would also mean that they'd managed to do something in spite of running up against a dead end. "Honey it is."
There was a table by a sign that he'd read out to Dallol, complete with a pot, some jars and one of those hats that bee keepers all wore.
Falias pointed out the pot to Dallol "I guess that's the smoke pot that the sign's talking about. Who wants to try putting the bees to sleep."
There was only one bee keeper hat so only one of them would be able to, but Falias was pretty happy to be the one to have a try at it.
Team Copper Tigers Team Members: Falias + Dallol Choice: Trying to get some honey! 8D
And so the honey it shall be. That was essentially the easy part - coming to a consensus that is, though the mechanics through which they were supposed to go about the task at hand apparently eluded Dallol as evident by her next words. "Hmm... do you have any idea as to how this's supposed to work?" Looking at the bee keeper hat, the jars and the smoke pot, she had a thoughtful expression on her face as she turned to briefly address Falias.
"I don't suppose that we're supposed to hold it right up there with our bare hands and then wait for the bees to drop onto the ground from the effects of the smoke before collecting the honey?" What she would give for her computer at home right now so that she could look this up and not appear stupid in front of the other Page who was teamed up with her. She had no qualms really about giving this a shot if Falias had an aversion to the task. The worst thing that could happen after all was them both running as fast as they could from a mob of enraged bees if the situation really came to that.

Team Copper Tigers you have chosen to try and get some honey!
You both can try once. Roll 1d10 if you get 8 or higher the bees are asleep and you can gather some honey. Once you've gathered the honey quote me again to move on.

”That’s a shame. I’m sure if you stood on my shoulders, you’d be able to see everything,” Sessrumnir grinned, but didn’t act on the shared thought. It wasn’t in his nature to try to cheat, but the thought amused him, and he was sure there were others who could think of other clever ways to get around the corn.
Sessrumnir glanced Delphi’s way as she mentioned running into the General again, as well as another. For her to still be alive, well... hopefully she’d been smart enough to get away without ending up in the hospital. Since she had all her limbs with her, he could only assume that she’d managed well enough on her own.
“I’ve been fine,” he assured her, pausing as they reached a split in the path. He cringed when he could hear something coming from down the path to the left, automatically taking a step to the right. “How much you bet there’s a dead end down this way?” he wondered, moving towards the right, hoping that Delphi would go that way as well.

"Given our ehights...yeah, I'm sure we could see over the corn with little issue." And he was tall, not to say she was short, but he was really tall. Yes, with their combined height they could see over the corn. But what would be seen? The tops of more corn stalks and some paths made in it? And how much would that upset the knight running this event? No, it wasn't worth it, not that she seriously thought her partner was considering the idea. "Though it's also likely we'd topple right over, over balanced." She answered with a shake of her head, long hair moving from left to right like a tail.
"I'm lad you've been well." She answered honestly. She herself was surprised and pleased that she was still alive, and intact, considering both the Generals seemed intent on killing her. She really was lucky and she knew it. She had to better herself if only to keep herself alive, and to help those who had helped her. She didn't like fighting, didn't want to fight, but she needed to and she knew it. The time away from this and focused on her schooling had allowed her time to think. Plus she'd talked to her mother, not being very specific, but her mother mused that those fighting i the city must be fighting over something important. Winterlynn's mother just hoped that the side fighting for the right thing won in the end.
"I realyl hope not...I don't like the idea of going down the left path..." She stated, shifting her gaze that way, even as she moved to follow Sessrumnir and head down the right path. "I figure this thing, this whole maze, is set up to keep us from taking the easy way out of things..." She was still set on that, she didn't trust it to be so simple and easy.

Orange Lizards: You have chosen the Right path!
You manage to avoid the noise though you can still faintly hear it as you walk around the twists of the right path. Eventually you come to another fork in the road, do you wish to go left or right? You notice if you go right there's another gap in the corn not too far from you.
Green Monkeys: You haven't chosen a path yet.

Team Copper Tigers Team Members: Falias + Dallol Choice: Trying for a jar of honey
"To be honest I'm not sure" Falias admitted. He'd never been this up and close and personal to a bee hive before today.
He picked up the device and studied it thoughtfully, noting that it looked like some sort of burner with a bellows attached to one end. "I'll give it a try first and if it looks like I'm getting no where then maybe you can give it a try if the bees don't look too mad."
Except trying to work the thing was easier said than done, at least for Falias and after a few moments had passed he handed the pot to Dallol with an amused smile "I don't think I'm cut out to be a bee keeper. Your turn."
Team Copper Tigers Team Members: Falias + Dallol Choice: Failed to get honey so time to retrace their steps?
Nodding a few times at Falias' proposal as to how they were about to go about this, Dallol smiled and gave him the thumbs up before stepping back to observe the process. The task of collecting the honey from the hive wasn't as easy as the words on the signage made it out to be as evident by the outcome with the Earth Page's recent attempt. While she wasn't really sure if she would have better luck with it, she rationalized with herself that there was probably no harm in giving it a shot as she stepped forward and reached for the smoke pot and bee keeper hat.
"Alright. Here goes nothing then..."
And it turned out that her hunch was right when she too was unsuccessful no matter how much she waved the smoke pot around the hive in her attempt to lull the bees to sleep. So much for that. "Looks like the both of us won't be getting any honey today. I'm not sure if the bees will tolerate another attempt on our part so... do you want to trace our steps back and try the other path?" Tugging the bee keeper hat from her head, she tossed an apologetic look in Falias' direction, setting the hat and the smoke pot back where they found them before looking back down the path whence they came from.

Team Copper Tigers Team Members: Falias + Dallol Choice: Head back and go right
Dallol's attempt hadn't been any better than his and Falias found himself nodding at his partner's suggestion as she set the bee keeper hat and smoke pot back under the sign.
"Makes sense to me." After all, he'd rather not have to try to outrun a bunch of upset bees if he didn't have to. "Lets head back and see where the other path will take us."
After an unsuccessful attempt at gathering honey, and back tracking away from the noise the buzzing slowy fading back into the hum and then unintelligible, you find yourself back at the split. You can choose to go straight or right. Which way do you go?

Team Copper Tigers Team Members: Falias + Dallol Choice: Going straight
Trying to make up for lost time by quickly retracing her steps back to the point where the path began to split, Dallol paused at the juncture, an index finger lifted to tap lightly on her bottom lip as she pondered over which route they should take. "We chose the left path when the original one was split into left and right so we ought to opt for the one straight ahead now. Right..?" She wondered out loud, her head already tilting towards Falias in anticipation of his agreement to go with her intended route.
Team Copper Tigers Team Members: Falias + Dallol Choice: Straight
Falias had actually been contemplating the right hand path, but he nodded at Dallol's suggestion, seeing the logic in it.
"That makes sense to me," he agreed. "Especially as that means that the other path will just end up taking us back to the start." And he personally didn't want to particularly end up back there - at least not this early into the maze. "Lets see where straight takes us."
