Walpurgis looked to the clock; about 10 minutes left. "I'll be right back; continue looking around. Satori, stay with her." The liepard nodded her understanding as Walpurgis went back to the skinny man. Grabbing him under his arm pits, Walpurgis proceeded to drag the unconscious man into the room the other two were, placing him in the cell Genesis had occupied. He dragged the other two into the cell and set them next to third, and began to rifle through the officers' pockets.
Three cell phones and a set of keys later, he locked the cell behind him and left the room. He placed the cell phones on the front desk and went back to Genesis.

Genesis nodded but didn't look up. She'd found the report about her and what she'd done. A testimony from the surviving trainer -- Cadence, it called her -- a description, pictures... She wanted it burned. She knew it was stupid. It would solidify her as the perpetrator, and it wasn't as if they had anything concrete against her or Team Rocket. All the same, she wished she could call Leto to her and have it Flame Wheel'd off. But she couldn't, especially with Satori watching. With a sigh, she slipped it back where it came from, taking only the picture of her.
She rummaged through the rest of the files while Walpurgis was gone. There was nothing of importance, nothing that would threaten Team Rocket or help them, either. Some of the criminals looked like promising recruits, but that was useless if they didn't join willingly. They didn't need traitors on their side.
"This mission's a bust," she snapped when Walpurgis returned. She hadn't expected her voice to come out so angry, but it had. She looked away. Then, more quietly, "Did you find anything?"

Walpurgis shook his head, then looked back the way he came with a mischievous grin. "No, but I imagine the cops won't be too happy when they wake up." He turned back to the other rocket. "You got everything you need?"

Genesis smiled back, tentative but genuine.
"Yeah, I... Yeah. Let's get out of here."
She motioned for Leto to climb onto her shoulder and they left. They met no Growlithes along the way, nor Mightyena, or any other Pokémon from the station. She was lucky, she knew she was. It was very likely a lot of the officers here were new, and the more experienced ones had probably gotten hurt in the explosions Tartarus had caused. There hadn't been enough time to send more able-bodied officers, and the ones here hadn't noticed her wig or tried to interrogate her. Of course, it had also meant no one had called a healer for her, but seemed such a small price to pay considering everything that had happened. Security would be tightened after this, and they wouldn't be able to resume operations around the area again, at least for a while.
Yeah, she'd gotten off easy. She took a deep breath as they stepped out, reveling in the crisp night air and glad to be free again.

Nodding, Walpurgis returned Satori to her pokeball and grabbed his briefcase.
As Walpurgis stepped out of the station, he heard a loud shout of frustration coming from inside. "YOU SUNUVABITCH! I'LL KICK YOUR a**!" Walpurgis snickered. I hope they understand the irony of their situation. Be a shame if they didn't.
He ran forward towards Genesis. "There's a clearing up ahead, I can check on your fingers there."

Genesis looked surprised. She'd been joking when she called him a doctor, but apparently, he hadn't been. It wasn't often she met a healer, especially in Team Rocket. But she supposed stereotyping her own team wasn't the best way to broaden her expectations.
"No, it's fine. I need a shower more than anything," she groaned, motioning to the path of dirt Leto had made. And she didn't want to think about her injuries, either, or remember how she'd received them, much less talk about or look at 'em. At this point, she felt like a good night's sleep on her own bed could heal all her physical wounds, and maybe some mental ones, too.
Walpurgis was a good man, she could see that now. He'd risked his a** for her, along with the mission, and he didn't even know her. She gave him an exasperated grin, but she felt he'd see through it, and she let it drop with a resigned sigh.
"Let's at least get back to base," she said. It'd be good to be on familiar ground again.

He really thought he should at least get a splint made up, but Walpurgis decided not to press the issue. She'd been through a lot - that much was clear - and it would be better to let her relax now. Her fingers weren't in any immediate danger, after all.
He smiled back. "You got it."
