 John looked at the girl in confusion, "How, what exactly? How am I alive? or how did I get in here?" he asked in a somewhat silky tone. He was surprised to see her just as much as she was to see him.

She looked and let her grip on her gun loosen "How is it in one day I will see two survivors from weeks of being stuck in this house with..." she paused as her hand points down below as the sound of one of the infected shuffling stopped her words.
When the sound died she continued "Everyone out there being Infected" She sighed rubbing her head "Well it's better than being alone" she whispered.

John smiled somewhat, "At least you could get a bit more sleep, now that you aren't alone." he said holstering his pistol.

She looked at him as she completely forgot about how tired she was before. She smiled a little "True" she was in the desk chair and yawned leaning into it.
*She had to trust someone so why not them?* she asked herself. Another yawn escaped her mouth before she closed her eyes.

John smiled and took his jacket off. He sat down and leaned against the wall, relieved that he could relax a bit. He had been running on rooftops to avoid the crowds of infected. He looked out of a window to look at the destroyed city. How did all this happen? he though to himself.

 Dante staned onto his feet puting the shotgun away on his back.he looked outside the window"i remember that day when shot the flare into the sky and the bombs started to drop onto this city....one group knocked down the wall and those zeds got out...dooming the world for trying to hear"he throwed away his radio knowing that no one is going to use those lines every again"how many died...oh my name is Dante"

John looked at the guy who spoke, "Dante... I like that name. I'm John Michaels. Pleasure to meet you." he said in a tired tone. He wasn't going to sleep anytime soon, but all the running and jumping he did to avoid the streets had worn him down a bit. He looked at the shotgun on Dante, "What size shells does that use?"

 Michael was quiet then the whole time they were talking as he had his hand on the handle of his sword. He wasn't sure whether to trust them or go his own way. His pistol was at his side as he watched them all. 2 guys and a girl.

John looked at the kid who hasn't said anything, "Ease up, kid. If we intended on killing each other, we would've done so already." he said in a calm tone. They haven't tried to kill me, so I won't hurt them. And the girl looks like she needs sleep. he thought.

Dante check how much ammo he had in his backpack"12 gauge shells..."three shell fall down onto the ground and one of them had skull on it the other had a flame on it.the first was explosion and the last one was incendiary"we maybe need to get a base that could hold off the zeds...i know there is army base close by my I.D can get us into it but zeds are there in full force"he know this house could only hold off one attack and the base on the other hand could hold off zeds for years

"I don't remember seeing such a base while i was going around the city. When was it set up?" Michael said still not revealing his name to the group as he looked at everyone.

John was interested in this base Dante was talking about, "Well, I have a box of buckshot in my bag if you want them. I have no use for them, as you can see." he said gesturing to himself. "How far is this base you were talking about?" he asked.

Dante had a little smile showed up onto his lips and take out a map.it had where other bases are at on the city and those that are overrun with zombies had the word 'zed' under it,the base was about haft mile outside of the city"two miles to get out of the city and haft mile to get to the base...if we go under the cover of night we can get there maybe at 2am"it was a big risk but can be worth it

John smiled a bit, "We should put it to a vote. I'm all for it and I can provide cover fire from the rooftops." he said slowly. He wanted them to start acting like a team now, so that they could get used to the idea. He expected someone to tell him no on the vote.
