1) Yes, that would probably make it D Rank, and uselessly easy to stop. People tend to jump out when people chant. You could still make it automatic, but instead of paralysis, they can have distorted vision, hallucinations and basically just go insane. Then their genjutsu will be any hallucination you so choose. This would make it A Rank though. Then you can make the hallucinations like kill themselves and then their in so much shock they literally die. Stuff like that.
2) Regenerating other organs would still likely make it S Rank. It would probably make you immune to a lot of techniques that are supposed to be so refined that they kill you. i.e. Chakra Scalpel, Gentle Fist and other styles like that. And again, powered by a S Rank would make it that same rank if not higher. Also could do with a limitation on how long it takes to heal individual organs, like one post per organ.

The Genjutsu isn't really all that meant for combat I was just hoping for it to be able to serve that purpose as well. It's mostly for once he has a team to look after, this way he can make them quite literally walk a mile in each others shoes. Or at least their pasts shoes. In combat it would just be a huge pain in the a** to have this emotional drama going on amongst your team though if they survived it they would be stronger for it. So why don't we do this make it a rank and have it used by hand seals, limit the range to within say 25 yards, and have it knock them fully unconscious rather than just paralyzed, this way it is more obvious to their fourth teammate to bring them out of it. Also their is a difference between tsunamis S rank restoration technique and my a rank restoration technique hers can heal all wounds, mine has limits. Also it requires infuin Kai but infuin Kai isn't technically necessary it just makes it feasible to do it in combat. Infuin Kai is just releasing the seal which just gives the user a crap ton of chakra.

I know what Infuin Kai is, and anyway if need all that chakra, it's obviously going to be S Rank...
The reason I had wanted it to be A rank is because it is a lesser form of Tsunade's technique. Being that it seems it needs to be S rank, I think I am just going to use tsunade's. Which is S rank...
