As the other two were quite reoccupied with fighting the unknown creatures, she bussied herself with her idea. With glances she was able to noticed that these creatures were well aware of what they were doing and trained for battle. Not exactly sure why, for Adi that left a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach.
However, directed rather sternly and harshly by the woman warrior, Rur'Adika didn't even wait for the male's response. Kicking right into her plan at the stern urging of the strange. In the back of her head, Adi took offence and set it aside to be addressed later. So still she rummage through her bag for what she was looking for. As her fingers brushed something cool, smooth and curved, she knew she had found it.
"Ah'hah!" the gypsy exclaimed triumphantly and pulled an golden amber orb in her one hand. The orb itself dwarfing it with it rather considerable size, nearly the size of a child's small toy ball.
Determined now, a honey brown gaze target the oncoming swarm of beasts of nightmares and war. Urging Croix closer but still back so not to risk hurting him, Adi raised the orb high in one hand as it began to sparkle and glow slightly; as if something inside was swirling and churning to make it begin glowing.
"Cover your eyes quickly!! When I say run, we run!!" she yelled out.
Adi lifted a hand to cover eyes quickly, bowing her head away even using some of her raven hair to block what came next. Giving the two decent amount of time to back out of their engaged opponent if there was one, and cover their eyes, she let the orb shine. Like a magic match to dry tinder, light burst forth in a whoosh; filling the street and weaving it down side streets as if the light was a solid matter it was so bright. Golden and white it shinned like a dessert sun, however no heat present.
With care Adi peeked under her lashed, through her parted fingers and hair. Not completely sure but otherwise not able to risk them staying there any longer she yelled out her word just as the orbs light cut off and it was dead once more.
"RUN!"

From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadowsNyru Statem
As he struggled to fend of the one creature that was forcing its limb down on him, he heard something from the gypsie girl behind him, she had some sort of idea, wondering if they liked light? Claudia seemed to retaliate in an almost typical way of hers during a situation like this, just telling the girl to get on with it. Forcing the creature before him away, he quickly took a step back and tried to gather his thoughts. But without further notice, the gypsie had taken Claudia's words and was acting. Letting his blade attack the one that had come for him first, he noticed how it had cut through its spine. The being dissipated before re-accumulating elsewhere! But then something behind him began to glow, and he covered his eyes over his helmet as a great golden light shun throughout the streets. The creatures screamed.
When the light dulled down, Nyru heard the word run! Although it was perhaps their best bets, he couldn't help but feel guilty for leaving the streets. But then he was reassured when he noticed how many of the creatures had now become embers before almost collapsing. Only one or two survived but they were slowly healing. Nodding to Claudia he turned on his heel towards the Gypsie and ran towards her. "Thankyou!" he said, nodding his helmet to her as he got to her. "C'mon!" he exclaimed to her and Claudia as they began to flee as a trio, but before they could run down a street a black smoke wrapped itself from one side to the other, blocking off the road entirely. Thunder roared from above them and Nyru knew they would have to turna round and face more of those... nightmares.
This time, a much larger circle of clouds began to circle and reached down, it was like gods all mighty yet forsaken hand curling round to take up its chunk of the land for judgement. Nyru, the man that he is, stopped forwards whilst staring up and first held out his sword in hand a little to keep the gypsie behind him. Then he lifted up his other free hand before Claudia, if anything was going to come down and attack them he wanted to be there to defend them, after all, he had the melee weapon. But then the funnel began turning into a bulbous orb, like a ball handing from a circular stem on the ceiling. Then the orb of dark clouds shot down towards the ground, right above the fountain. In its wake it left the feature in rubble, cracking much of the paved floor as dark foggy clouds began to materialize something else. First it was just like the others, but then more dark air began to curl around the limbs until clothing and some small pieces of metal place covered vital areas. Then there was a hood that appeared and then a great spear. Finally, for the finishing touched as the funnel began to retreat back tot he sky, black, tattered wings folded to its shoulders.

Claudia acknowledged the dark haired female's instructions as she finally found the object she was searching for. An orb. It looked so ordinary from a far, but looks are deceiving and the ball could hold an immense amount of power. Nyru finally broke away after fending off the creature for over five minutes. Miraculously, none of the creatures payed attention to her or Adi until the girl revealed her secret weapon. There was no doubt that these intelligent beings didn't see this coming, but unfortunately were still going to fall victim to it.
When Claudia was given the command to cover her eyes and run she did so obediently. Nyru did the same and after the light dulled down he personally thanked the women which for some reason made Claudia jealous. It wasn't like the blonde to get sensitive over something so minute, but she did. Her cheeks were flustered with frustration as the three of them fled from the scene. She had to be calm before--it was to late. The smokey darkness caught up with the trio and blocked their path to freedom. Thunder rumbled within the darkness which made Claudia cover her ears before she went deaf.
Another tornado like cloud was beginning to reach down to the pavement once more. Maybe to place more creature before them to fend off. The creatures were just minions of a higher power, whatever the higher power was. Her companion wanted to be the protective male figure putting Adi behind him and offering his hand to her. The blonde was truly stubborn as she quickly rejected him. He didn't even get a chance to defend himself. The woman turned away and watched the clouds reek destruction upon the beautiful city. The wrecking of architecture was enough to piss her off besides Nyru's actions. She needed an enemy to fight and it wasn't long until her prayers were answered. A terrifying with tattered wings, a spear, and a clothing with little armor appeared them. She couldn't tell if it was human because the hood was hiding its facial features. It could be similar to the creatures the fought before just a stronger adversary.

A top her horse she cradled the now dead orb to her stomach and side with her one free hand. The other hand preoccupied with holding the reins to Croix as the made their run down the street. Blinking back the dots in her vision, she stayed with the two she was with versus making headway on her own. It was the thank you from the male that oddly caught her attention.
Giving a nod of her own, Rur'Adika gave a quick 'you're welcome'.
The way was clear, and inwardly the young woman was celebrating, however, it was too soon. Their way was soon cut off though, by none other then the darkness they were retreating from. Agitated already, the four legged animal she road upon reared back and Adi just barely managed to hold onto the reins and the orb. The roar of the winds and the destruction they brought, it took everything she had to keep her friend and companion under control. While resisting the urge to cover her own head and ears. Eventually Rur'Adika did manage to get control, and though prancing in a panicked fashion, Croix did not rear or make a mad dash.
Adi looked to the clouds at last when her mind wasn't preoccupied with her horse. And sure enough her fears were confirmed as the darkness came again and this time in a singular force, however, clearly stronger; complete with spear, wings, and a hood.
"Oh dear...." she murmured clearly worried now and looked to the strangers; the male in a protective position, the blonde in a defensive one, and looking slightly eager for a fight. "What do we do now?"
The orb she commanded took the smaller creatures out, she had no idea if it would do the same to this creature. If it did any damage at all, Adi had a feeling she would have to concentrate singularly on the creature, and challenge more of the power of the orb itself. The trick she had done earlier wasn't a effortless endeavor to begin with.

From shadows We'll descend upon the world Take back what you stole From shadowsNyru Statem
The semi-robed figure stood still and the vacant face stared ownards towards them, the few of the minions gathering close to him. "I don't know" stated Nyru, certainly unsure of the situation. He wanted to be breathing heavily, his heart was pumping at worrying rate, but his training as a Caster meant he couldn't allow himself to give in. Duty as a Caster meant protecting Magic Earth as the last line of defence, killing the opposition as quickly as possible. But this time... he wasn't sure how. There was silence for a few moments, that was for sure, and even Nyru wasn't thinking anything at the time. "Who are you?" he then spoke up, trying to speak firmly as a representative and defender of the City of Crows. "Whatever you want, you can be sure as Hell that you won't get it".
The hood tilted eerily to one side, only slightly which was hard to spot. But the slight change of dim light on the hood accounted for the movement, Nyru was unsure of how to react, was it going to speak? His prayers were answered, it spoke with a dull voice, like the vocal chords were almost absent. "Hell - is weak", it spoke of Hell with distaste, with disappointment. Then the humanoid creature flexed its wings, and call it desperation, but Nyru reacted as if it were a threat and slashed with his blade once into the air to release a dark blade that shot for the target. This all happened in a quiet atmosphere though, as the creature pulled forward it's spear and spun it several times, catching the dark power, where it curled around the spear like a hoop before being flung off behind the creature when it was brought back to a still position at his side. Nyru, in surprise took a step back.
And then he retorted with "We will stop you! If not us then the queen!" but it had a reply for that too, it swiftly thought and replied " Death... cannot be stopped". What? Thought Nyru, he spoke like death was more than just... something that comes at the end of a life. It made his spine chill to the bone and up past his neck. But weaving together the information, the appearance... he began to remember what he knew about the Realms of Evil. Hell was born from the ill-intentions of religion, of faith, the will to make vengeance and sin, it only did with the unworthy dead and destructive worshipers what they deserved. But... the Underworld, that was the origin of all evil, the supposed carcass, a wasteland of the Big Bang. Where souls tend to wander an eternity... and where Angels fall when corruption takes hold. They weren't fighting the forces of Hell anymore, it seemed.. almost like... the Underworld wasn't just a resting place of the dead anymore.

Claudia stared at the creature, not able to make eye contact with it of course, but was trying to figure out its position. Why was it here in the first place, and if its not an it then who is he. He assumed the gender was male because it seemed to have no feminine features. Nyru didn't hesitate to speak up, but it was a while before the ominous voice replied. His reply, however, was questionable. What did he mean by Hell is weak? Did he mean it can be easily conquered by the everlasting light of the Heavens? It's true that the light of Heaven could vanquish any sort of darkness with a single ray, but that's not what the creature was referring to.
Nyru attacked because he thought the creature would arise to the opportunity first, but his assault was futile. Her partner's attack was deflected so effortlessly, and the creature probably saw this as mere child's play. He was different from En' radial because his loyalty resided in a much more unpleasant place. Nyru had to make a comment about how their queen could stop him if they could not which made the blonde form a face of disgust. For all they knew, their queen could be in league with this thing.
The creature counterargument with a reply that made her cringe. It talked about death as if it could be unaffected by it, and she believed it. The creature was not of this realm, but another and probably has survived since the dawn of time. From sunrise to sunset, it had probably witnessed them all waiting for its chance. To claim the surface maybe or something worse...She couldn't even fathom how much destruction and chaos it could bring. But, she could at least give it the benefit of doubt that it won't happen. Inhaling and exhaling deeply, she let her quiver of arrows slip off her should and fall to the ground with a clank. The same with her bow. The female stepped forward, her heart racing almost to the point where she thought it would jump out of her chest.
She made her way to the creature, and stopped just inches in front of him. "I am not afraid of you." She stated rather boldly. He could cut her down any second if he really wanted to. They only reason why she did it was because in the poem, the hero stood up to the darkness at some point. Maybe she could too. Perhaps this was foolish, but brute force had no effect. This creature seemed physical impenetrable. Hopefully, the Gypsie girl had another light trick up her sleeve if the creature weakness is light that it. Or maybe Nyru would attack again, but if was her best bet, wit over brawn.

Even Claudia now became more willing to speak to the thing, but it seemed to have a continuously chilling feel around it, the feeling like something before its time was coming for them, that slow, unwanted feeling - of death. But what shocked him most was that Claudia conjured up the courage to step right up to the things face, it towered above her, she merely reached the tip of his chin... if there was one. "Claudia..." Nyru quietly muttered under his breath, he then quickly glanced overhis shoulder to assure that the gypsie was still okay, making sure to keep his blade out at waist height beside him. And then the thing looked down to Claudia, he waited and if he could breath his breath would be brushing past her cheeks.
His voice was chilling, it almost echoed just like an Angel's would, like the voice of Injustira is rumoured to be in the syndicate's scrolls. Then, he spoke slowly. "You don't need to be afraid..." and then his wings seem to shudder for a second before stretching far out, when it did Nyru watched wide-eyed as black smoke burst from his shoulders and covered his wings before dulling down to reveal the tattered, bony limbs. Then the hood leaned down to get closer to Claudia's face as he began to speak again to finish his sentence. "Death will come for you whether you're afraid or not". And with that his wings let loose a great burst of air that even caused his few minions to scurry and fly across the floor. Lifting himself from the ground with this beat of gale-force air his wings extended again but curved towards the heroes slightly, the force was still relentless and wouldn't seem to budge. And the more concerning thing... was that the mist gathering on the floor seemed to come towards the fallen angel, even though he was causing everything else around him to fly outwards. When Claudia was back in distance with Nyru and the gypsie, he noticed Claudia's face as a misty essence began to gather and attempt to join the fog on the ground off her cheek. "Claudia!" he shouted amongst the panic! "Your face!", little did he know... all of them were beginning to suffer the same, mysterious magic.

 ━━☽Ɍυɼ'Дɖɩқą Дɖɖąɧąɼɼą☾━━
She had seen some strange things in her life time and in her travels, but this was seeming to be at the top of her list thus far. Rur'Adika in an unfamiliar land with unfamiliar people around her, with an even more unfamiliar enemy. Clearly things were not as peaceful here as she had thought.
Clutching the orb to her, and a strong grip on Croix's reins, she let the soldiers speak. The male in particular laying out warning and threat to the creature they were facing. In all honesty, Adi hadn't anticipated a reply, however, one came anyway. It's answer no less strange then the beast itself, and from the looks on her companions faces, they were just as confused as she. The helmed solider however, struck out at a movement the creature made and Rur'Adika watched with unsettled awe at the ease the creature deflected the assault.
So shocked at the change of events, she was struck silent and deep in her thoughts that when the female started walking towards the creature she didn't notice it. Not till the male said something and the woman was half way to the creature.
"What's she doing?! She out of her mind!?" Adi exclaimed adjusted her seating in the saddle out of panic and worry for the arrow wielding woman. The Gypsy had to admit though her bravery was inspiring and something to compliment, course some would say it was borderline insanity.
Next to her the male solider was just as weary of what may or may not happen with this Claudia so close to the enemy. Everything standing still for a time, as if time stopped as they held their breath in eerie anticipation of an attack or withdrawal; the former being more likely it seemed to Adi. The words it spoke in that dark echoing voice made the Gypsy shiver and she knew something bad was going to happen.
Something bad did of course. A beat of its monstrous wings scattering allies and street debris everywhere. Tossing the woman most likely, Rur'Adika was unsure as the wind kicked up dust as she had to guard her eyes. As it all settled slightly, she glared up at the fallen angel in the sky, as it was clearly not a friend and something they could turn their backs on. Attention was drawn back to her companions though at the exclamation coming form the male.
"That can't be good..." she murmured staring from the other woman to her hands and to the males, the same thing happening to them all. "We all have it..."
Staring at the odd reaction to her skin of her hands, chestnut eyes turned to the orb and with a lift of her chin, Adi's resolve was set. Determination on her face, she lifted the orb up about level with her face and in the direction of the beast in the sky. With a moment of anticipation, she wasn't sure if anything would happen at all, but soon the orb came to life again with light. This time however, it was just everywhere, but in straight line beams.
Beams that went straight for the muscled creature above their heads.
In those beams flaring and shinning golden and white were also bits of dust in all appearances. Golden and silvery white flakes of light flashing with life of their own as they joined the beams of lights flaring out and toward their enemy. The light attacking the darkness it seemed to be made of, and the golden particles twirling around it like a blanket of golden glitter.
Rur'Adika had not anticipated it to be so difficult to maintain or concentrate so much on the demanding task. But her resolve remained even as her head began to pound and, and her brows creased in pain and effort gradually over time.

Claudia could feel the creature's icy breath envelop her cheeks. She was beyond scared, she was terrified. Her heart continued to race even when the face bent down to her level. In fact, there wasn't even a face it was just a yellowed skull. However, the red light in its eye sockets revealed an image of not her, but her partner dying a painful gory death. The blondes heart sank, but she knew the image was probably just an illusion. Claudia would never let such a fate befall Nyru or their new companion, Adi. "I'll be waiting." The female choked still trying to push away her fear with retaliation. The creature's wings were consumed by smoke before it lifted its weightless form into the skies. Claudia's emerald eyes broke contact with the monster before realigning with her team.
It had only been a few seconds of silence before Nyru yelled her name. There was something wrong with her elegant face. Of course, she couldn't see her face unless she pulled out a mirror, but when she glanced down at her hands she knew what Nyru was talking about. A white wispy fog flowed off her finger tips and into the fog that was gathering towards the creature. Claudia felt her energy somewhat depleting. Although, this occurrence was not happening to just her but all of them. She was out of ideas, death couldn't touch that thing so what would?
She shook her head in disbelief at her partner. "I'm sorry, but I don't know what to do." Suddenly, the gypsie girl took the incentive to attack with her light magic. Claudia figured the female may have a chance against the darkness, and placed her hand on the girl's out stretched arm. The blonde closed her eyes and said to Nyru,"I'm wrong. I know what to do." She placed pressure on Adi's arm giving her almost all her energy. It was a risk putting all her faith into the gypsie girl they had just met, but was there really any other choice. Shadowmancers against darkness were equal in strength and there would be no winner as a result. Adi had light magic and had a chance to render this creature powerless. Claudia fell to the ground barely conscious hoping her power was enough.

"Even time cannot escape the clutches of death..." Fallen Angel
In the sky, only a few stories high he thwart the mortal's their time with a plague-like gale. The spell was continuous as the air carried on trying to force everything and everyone away, though silently it was trying to pry their life from them and absorb it. Even Nyru could begin to feel the toll. Before the gypsies power could be used though, the homeless man from earlier was staring from under some steps and one of the minions grabbed a hold of him from the neck, he began yelling with a scraping cold voice 'no! no, please!" and Nyru wanted to help, his heart thumped with despair as he watched the old man thrown into the cursed gale too. He was more susceptible to it, too. He stood up and his old tattered clothing blasted behind him, like a cape his clothing flapped about as he covered his eyes with one arm, but soon his skin grew dry, falling to his knees he turned to face the three of them only a few feet away as he groaned, his voice sounding depleted of all life, his skin sinking in and clinging to his bones as his eyes grew grew. Quickly, and surely, his muscles deteriorated as his body plummeted to the ground before it.
Nyru felt his heart sink, he felt sick tot he stomach, that man warned him, and he suffered because of it. And nothing could make it worse, could it? Oh yes, then that morbid creature watched from afar as the man's very soul was tugged from its body, it took the shape of a human form and as it was ripped the old man's arms, like a spiritual white mist, grabbed and tried to cling his finger nails to the stone ground that was being forcefully sucked in with the rest of the fog, his soul splashed around like water as he was sucked into the funnel of air that led up towards the monster's feet. And finally, with one last moan the soul was taken of its feet and blended in with the fog. The man in the sky meanwhile, absorbing every little piece of life energy. And then the light began, it was strong, it was concentrated, the very air around seemed to ignite with the same magic too. Spinning his staff before him it turned to ashes and revealed two sickle-like weapons, engraved with runs. His misty wings then very quickly shredding into tentacles of dull purple wrath. Creating a cross with his blades he tried to protect himself.
Nyru watched in awe as Claudia sacrificed her energy to aid the gypsie, whom he still not know the name of, and suddenly realised what a great idea... they could channel their energy through one source to make it bigger! It was like shadow resonance... but... without the shadow! Taking off his gauntlet on one hand as fast as he could he quickly grabbed hold of the gypsies arm and mourned under his breath as he released the last of his energy. His helmet then collapsing into a simple circlet on the top of his head again. Slowly his grip slipped as he fell to his knees, fortunately, still able to stand on his knees and recover his breathing, but now, he was weakened just like they all would be soon. Looking up, he could only see a great mass of light heading at the creature, and the creature seemed to greatly dislike it however it didn't seem to budge.
((up to you now Nemo, make something spectacular! However i will just say this guy isn't going down yet ;D I'll wrap it up in my next post and he shall leave somehow, he won't be too greatly hurt either, just weakened for the time being. smile ))

(i will do my best to make it spectacular, no promises though)
Things were not starting out as well as she would have hoped. Concentrating so hard was a pain in itself on top of the magic that really was beyond her abilities and knowledge to manage or comprehend. However, she drudged onward; her body and eyelids growing heavy. From the affect of the magic the creature was using or her own she wasn't sure, Rur'Adika presumed it was probably more likely to be both.
Yet she still held on, though it could be seen that she was beginning to waiver. The beams of light and swirling rivers of golden dust scattering or flicking in and out of life. Determination added to her resolved Adi managed to come up with more power to fuel the orbs light. That however, wouldn't last forever; she knew it, the creature most likely knew it.
That is till Clauida placed a hand on her arm, just above her wrist which was exposed from her long sleeve. Like she had been thrown into icy winter waters, the sudden surge of energy was a shock to her system. However, not uncomfortable or life threatening as icy waters would be. Jump starting her own energy the orb flared into brilliant light. The beams in greater intensity and increased amount, all directed toward the creature trying to defend itself. The golden dust, the rivers of its particulars flowing like a rapid river twisting and twirling with the purple mists of darkness and death. Gradually churning into a whirlpool of the clashing forces, all circling around the Fallen Angel.
The level of power seemed to be at an impasse; a churning storm of light and dark balance out before their eyes. Till he male added his energy to both Rur'Adika's and Claudia's. That was when the balanced tipped and turned to the light's favor.
Chestnut eyes shot open wide in an awed utterly fascinated expression as if seeing indescribable beauty that only she could see. Not only that Adi's eyes began to glow with that golden light and in that light, one could just make out the bits of particulars; as if from her very being the light seemed to come. Soaking from her skin and clothes creating a golden outline of the strange Gypsy woman. Raven tresses beginning to float lightly on a wind that only she could feel while the orb resting in her palms lifted above her head casting more and more in its warming light.
"Darkness can not grow; Darkness can not hide. For in the all consuming light it casts no shadow," echoed out Adi's voice, clearly a mixture of her own and not. Rather an undertone of a deeper completely different individual or being using her voice to speak.
At the end of her words, the orb and the light that Rur'Adika cast from herself now, flared into the brilliant light she had displayed earlier. However, for those watching it was not harmful, not painful or otherwise blinding. But warm, inviting and like a wool blanket of comfort over one's shoulders on an eerie wet night. While on the Fallen Angel's part the light attacked with pinpoint accuracy; the beams now numbering in the millions. The few minions left it took but a single shaft of light, no bigger then that of an arrow through the chest for it to dissolve into ash and ember.
With them gone, the light's full concentration was on the Fallen Creature.

Claudia couldn't tell, but she could hear something happening to the homeless man who taunted Nyru earlier. Her vision was fuzzy, but she was the homeless man being lifted up and thrown out of her sights. Only his screams kept her conscious as well as the disturbance going on around them. The creatures would soon attack if Adi fails, and she wasn't sure she even had the strength to fire an arrow even from her level. She didn't tell Nyru but the last time she transferred her energy it really wore her out. The blonde was surprised that she was even able to carry her partner back the way she did. Although, if she did it once she could do it again, right?
The girl turned slightly and used her arms to lift her body from the pavement. The effort she put into this action was making her sweat and breath heavily. However, the determination to protect her comrades was strong than any force. The girl glanced to the side of her to see Nyru collapse only to stand back up. He must have followed in her foot steps and supplied the Gypsy with his energy. Claudia was on her feet, but hunched over trying to maintain her balance. Adi spoke and the blonde looked up into the warm illuminating beam.
The light didn't affect her eyes in the slightest, but it made feel calm and less cautious. However, the female still had a task ahead and with all her might she made it over to Nyru. She leaned her body against his to keep them both balanced. "Are you alright?" She asked in concern as she was ready to black out.

"Even time cannot escape the clutches of death..." Fallen Angel
Nyru watched as the beam of light, warming and without a single glare of agony to his eyes, forced its way into the faceless creature. His sickles were still trying to defind himself and it caused the aura to flow off around him vigorously. Back on the ground Nyru felt someone touch his side, it was Claudia using him like a post, behind her was the gypsie girl still using her brute power, it was magnificent. It was.. it seemed more powerful than even the light of the Injustira Syndicate, and that was pure! But maybe that was it, purity may not be the strongest!
"I'll be fine when this guy goes down" he muttered, looking over to the gypsie as she began to show signs of exhaustion and pain. He only hoped he could help her more. Then the creature in the sky seemed to groan as a mask splashed into being before his faceless hood, finally, his true form was revealed. He then uncrossed his arms and swung the weapons to his sides as the beam of light was finally out-done by a foggy magic! Nyru gawped when the fog seemed to touch the light like an infectious decease, turning the light itself into dark fog until it seemingly kissed the orb she held and stopped the flow of power.
Glaring back up, the creature's sickles were dripping golden, magical aura, she had hurt him!, or at least his weapons! And then, without cause, without even a moments time to think, Nyru observed as he saw giant blades hurtling towards the back of the creature, had the rest of the Royal Guard finally arrived? A drip of sweat ran down his forehead as he quickly remembered the gypsie as he made sure Claudia was steady and ran over to her side, grabbing her back and shoulders incase she was weak. Looking back up, all he noticed was the angelic creature effortlessly, and eerily turning o the spot as his purple tentacle wings followed swift. With his curved sickles his arms flowed in a motion that caught the blades in his sickles and deflected them aside.
"Leave my kingdom, now!" came a great, bellowing and amplified voice. Nyru recognised it instantly. From the nearby shadows came a tall, dark-purple skinned lady with white hair and a beautiful crown. It was Declasia, Queen of the Land of Crows, leader of the Conclave! "I order you!" she then repeated as she drew the symbol fo what seemed to be an ankh and a holy cross overlapping eachother in the air. It glowed purple and she clenched her fist behind her as a giant, bus-size fist of darkness formed in the air and swung towards the angel. Nyru knew that now it was going to lose, it had to against the queen, but this mystery character had one more trick up it's sleeve.
It vanished, and then it appeared again right before the queen as she quickly brandished her sword pointing at his chest! The atmosphere was manic, the queen herself was fighting, and all the other's could do was watch! And then the angel slowly creeped in the air towards the tip of the blade, and Nyru thought that he had killed himself, that was until he continued to passed through the blades tip as it appeared out of the back of him, his sickle then curved around the blade and tossing it aside, pulling it free from his supposed body when the queen was confused. Then lightning struck in the sky and the sounds of heavy gales struck the skies, but what came next was against their expectations.
The fog lifted from the ground and was sucked up intot he sky as dawn began to crack through the sky and slice its way through tot he ground, no sooner was the supposed angel then turned to fog himself and taken to the skies. the clouds soon cleared and the queen looked around for the cause, there was none.
((sorry if this seems like a bit much!))

Floating...she felt like she was floating. In the golden warm light around her she had the sensation of floating. Not like she would if in a river, but a new sort of sensation of floating, but just a weightlessness that was so relaxing she felt like sleeping. However, for her to feel this way, Adi thought she had to already be sleeping.
Time didn't seem to exist here, but gradually something began to disturb the golden warmth around her. It began as a noticeable pressure beginning to center around her chest and limbs. Making her feel heavy rather then the lovely floating feeling. Adi frowning into the empty yet full space of light and golden swirls she fought it off with mind and body. However, it just grew in greater intensity and pressure, leaving her gasping and groaning with effort. Still the young gypsy tried to fight it off but still it was in vain and it grew in intensity and Adi growing steadily more exhausted.
Like surging from the waters of a river or pond after holding one's breath for as long as possible, she gasped for breath. Everything around her striking Rur'Adika with such clarity it was an achy in her skull, but it wasn't the only ache that came. Every limb, every digit of her hand or foot felt heavy and sore. After feeling such a weightlessness, her body felt a 100 pounds heavier along with the every powerful underlining of utter exhaustion. Adi's world swam before her as she took in the creature, the debris, and soon the orb and its last bits of light dying out like a flickering flame.
She knew nothing else in those moments but how she physically felt mind and body, along with the saddness like a hole in her chest at seeing the orb dead of its warming light. Nothing comprehended for the longest of moments, and still the world continued to spin and twirl around as whatever reserve of energy of holding atop Croix finally gave out. Sliding from the saddle as if in slow motion; hand loose on the reins and clutching the orb, Adi figured she would be the ground however, that wasn't the case.
Rather warm hands on her back and shoulders kept her up. Through heavy lids and blurred spinning vision she found a handsome face native to the land. A male...she didn't know him, but figured this was the face beneath the helm of the solider that had fought with her. He was holding her up in seat, and she had no energy to thank him. If anything she became more and more tired and exhausted, barely catching the cries of a leader and the silence of the creature leaving at last and regretfully in one piece and still alive.
Leaning more and more on the solider literally and for help, she murmured a slightly slurred question while clutching the orb to her. "...is it...gone...?"

The blonde knew Nyru wouldn't rest until the enemy was defeated. She smiled and was about to reply when he ran off to catch the falling gypsy. Claudia was jealous at his loss of attention before, but she knew that girl needed his support more than her. Besides, she could take care of herself and plus there was nothing else to contribute anyway. The golden beam at injured the angel enough to hold it off until reinforcements came. Even the monsters were no match for the royal guards that took over the fight. However, the real surprise was the Queen was out on the battle field trying to vanquish the fallen angel. Maybe, Claudia's theory was way out of portion. Still their request for research on the Black Jewel and Wander was rather questionable.
Declasia lifted her sword, and the creature disappeared before their eyes only to reappear in front of the queen. The female wasn't sure if she was hallucinating, but did the creature plunge itself into the sword? Even the queen's expression had confusion written all over it. Luckily, the creature retreated as well as the fog it brought with it. Seems like a fitting death for such a demonic death defying fallen angel. Although, he noted before that death couldn't touch him so he would be back eventually.
Since the fog cleared and the queen has saved the day, Claudia figured she should thank her after all she said some distasteful things about her. She walked up to the woman still slightly hunched over and held out her hand. "Thank you, Queen Declasia. Without your help, we would have been goners." She stated looking back at Nyru and Adi. Hopefully, the queen would consider giving them a place to rest. The mission would be delayed unless one of them, probably herself, continued to search for the information the woman required.
