This wasn't a fight she was going to win. That didn't mean she was going to just accept the inevitable though. At the culling insult, Lyxnia released a maddened howl of rage and threw herself at Mal'rak. She held nothing back of her waning strength, and made absolutely no attempt to protect herself as she attempted to grab Mal by the horns on his head and slam her forehead into his.

Not having expected the insult to actually enrage the female as it did, he was caught off guard by her attack. Her forehead became best of friends with his and he fell to the ground, her grip on his horns preventing him from stopping most of the blow. Mal'rak lay there stunned for a moment, his vision blurring on her face before he blinks and snarls up at her. "If we're playing this game, I am never on the bottom." He shoves his knees up into her wounded belly and rolls her over, twisting his head to the side to slice at her face with his horns.

After colliding her skull with Mal'raks, Lyxnia fell down on top of the shadow son. Her ears were ringing and her sight kept darkening on her. She struggled to keep consciousness. In a stomach heaving twist, she found herself suddenly on her back. "Why...you.." She tried to gasp, then blinked as she felt a pain on her face. Lyxnia blacked out immediately after, her hands fell limp from Mal'rak's horns and to the ground beside her.

Mal'rak sat there panting for a moment, his vision randomly darkening from weakness. "I'll admit, you put up a damn good fight, woman." He reaches down and unhooks a ring from her ear, claiming his first trophy of the second war. Mal stands up with much effort and tetters a little, looking back down at her unconcous form for a moment, "Tch. Such a waste, you'd have made a fine prize." He scowls and wanders off back to camp.
