Dusty endured the ringing in her eardrums and swooped down at the cottonee again.
... Then her trainer stopped her.
"Hey, Dusty... When you use acrobatics, can you...?" Natalie trailed off, knowing that her emolga understood what she was saying. It was boring seeing Dusty just dive, jump off the cottonee, fly up and repeat. Beside, it would be good practice for future contests.
Dusty sighed before she dove down at the cottonee again, only this time she spiraled in the air as she made her way down.

"Contests?" Lex questioned, amused and looked at his Cottonee, giving a soft questioning sound and got a rustling of leaves in answer. Hollin wanted to keep going. "Round, then."
Hollin hummed and sent a other burst of notes.

Natalie heard the question the other trainer asked and nodded her head in a silent reply. She then returned her attention to Dusty's movements.
Dusty's eardrums started to ring again. She tried to bear the pain in her ears and dived down again, this time making looping patterns as she descended.

Well, now that was interesting. Lex looked over the Emolga and hummed slightly. "Mix it up a little, Razor leaf."
Hollin cooed and shook off the attack good temperately before sending a round of leaves at the Emolga.

Dusty made an air pirouette to reflect away some of the leaves. She shook and tidied up her fur before flicking her tail at the cottonee and grinning confidently at him.

Dusty ignored the whistling again. Her ear twitched in irritation when her taunts no longer seem to have an effect, so she returned to swooping down and attempting to jump off the cottonee.

Hollin chirped, the cottonee bruised and shook himself, puffing up his cheeks and pffffh.

The round caused Dusty's ears to rang. She attempted to ignore it and dove down quickly as she used aerial ace; not wanting to risk missing.

The last attack with it for the Cottonee, Hollin attempted to duck and fell quiet, a bruised unconscious ball of fluff. "Good match." Lex recalled his pokemon and clipped the pokeball to his belt. (Fin?)

Dusty smiled triumphantly and flew to Natalie and softly land on top of her head.
Natalie praised Dusty and looked over to the other trainer, "Thank you for the battle!" she called out before turning to leave.
