Emmett walked through the grounds of Castle Aur. This was his first time to the castle but far from his first assignment of this nature. He had guarded many high profile ministry workers, though having them all gathered in one place was different. He had an uneasy feeling about this, but of course that was his job. There were rarely times he went out for a job that he wasn't on edge and yet that was what had kept him alive in the face of danger. That was something he had learned in training, an Auror should always be on their toes, no matter the situation. The was proving to be more and more important these days. Maybe it was just him but it seemed that there were mounting threats in this world, kidnappings, threats, even his own daughter had been put into danger just because someone had felt her blood was unpure. She had barely even known her muggle parents and yet she had been there, with so many other muggleborns, even at Hogwarts where Emmett firmly believed was the safest place on this earth. Emmett was suddenly drawn from these thoughts at the increasingly familiar voice of Iseul Han. He spoke to the gathered Aurors giving them the instructions for this night. Emmett hoped it would be simple enough because if any darks showed tonight he doubted they'd be leaving here again. He was sure they would fairly quickly earn themselves a one way ticket to Azkaban. Almost as soon as the Head Auror had finished speaking Emmett was prepared. His wand was drawn and his eyes were sharp. It was rather interesting how different of a person Emmett became when he was working. Whenever he was seen away from work he was laid back, fun, and threats against others seemed the farthest away from his mind. He just liked to adventure and do crazy things people would never think of but as soon as he entered work it was like a switch flipped. It was something that had been driven into him in training. Work was no time for fun.At the moment though everything seemed rather peaceful, the night was quiet. There was a small chill in the air but it was completely normal.

La Famille Montague 'Mort Avant le Déshonneur' Death before dishonor Wife and husband stood side by side, their lips in a firm line and eyes sharp. Neither one were delighted with the other, but it would be undutiful for the Head of Department of Mysteries to declide an invitation from the Minister of Magic. Several rows of families were already swept up in the walkway to the castle, Mr. and Mrs. Montague strolled behind in tow honorably with her arm hooked around his. Their matching emerald dress robes were elegant, but simple. Slow and sweeping strides kept them in careful pace as they reached near the doors of the castle when the fiery auburn stopped walking. Her husband was forced to do the same, and he swiveled in place with a disconcerting look until his eyes traveled in the direction hers had drifted out to sea to. And then, gasping, pointing, waving for one of the aurors that had been seen patrolling the grounds.
”Oh mon dieu!” She exclaimed as she picked up the skirt of her dress robes and dirtied her heels in the grass of the courtyard to the young woman that had collapsed onto the ground and remain unnoticed by most. The horse gave a startled neigh in the background as it trotted away farther down the fields to a less populated area.
”Aurors! --Mary, don’t touch her, wait for the aurors!” He jogged forward, taking several more cautious steps than his wifes hasteful leaps. But his wife was already bent over, curious eyes searching the girl with grass in her hair for any wounds or abrasions.

A rough, but kind greeting and thanks was offered in the brusque tongue of Welsh, happy to be able to speak the coarse language once again. It wasn’t often he’d do so, his affairs were more international, and English was the fairly common language between peoples. Perhaps, he realized, it was past time he ought to engage in his homeland’s community. He shook her hand kindly and slid a step to the side at the sound of arrivals flooding the doorway. He nodded and the wiry gray whiskers on his upper lip twitched as he gave a small smile and then ushered her to greet the rest of the guests. Theodore darted his blurring, hazy vision towards the families in attendence together, half expecting, wondering, when or if his son and grandson would make an appearance this evening. Somehow, he wouldn’t have made a gamble on that play (and he was fairly certain gambling might be one of those few addictions in his life time.)

??? "I don't know who I am. I don't know where I'm going." xxxxxThere were people out walking the grounds. That much the woman could see from where she sat. She could not help but think what an odd party it must be if all people were doing was walking the grounds. But then again, some of them were inside the stone walls of the castle. They were the people that the little voice in her head was telling her to see. They were the people that Fate seemed to be pushing her toward. The only thing that stopped the woman from getting any closer was the feeling that she should not get any closer. The feeling that they would come to her. They had to. They had to leave the castle at some point, or at least someone did. She would be able to last until then, certainly she would. xxxxxFrom behind her a woman screamed something in a language she did not understand. The woman was not who she needed to speak to. She could not understand her, and who knew if the woman could understand the girl with the colorful hair? Such was the way of languages. The young woman tried to face the one who had spoken, but found herself unable to do so. Then again, that was to be expected. She should have known that. Even though she could not see the other woman, she could tell that she had a man with her, or at least something that sounded like a man. It was a man that spoke English, and spoke something of aurors. Aurors! Those were people that could help her. Yes, the aurors were exactly what the young lady needed.

??? "I don't know who I am. I don't know where I'm going." xxxxxNow there was another man standing with the other two people. Was he one of the ones that she needed? No, he couldn't be. He had his wand out. The people that she needed probably would not have their wands out. She posed no physical threat to them. She just needed to get into the Castle. She did not want to hurt anyone. Hurting people was bad. She had to tell them. She had to tell them so people would not get hurt. She knew that something was going to happen, and she needed to say something, but not to them. No, her message was not to them. xxxxxAt least this man seemed to ask her what the problem was. But she couldn't tell him. She simply was not allowed. But what could she say? She needed to get to the castle, but she could not say so bluntly. That would make no sense. "Death, she managed to croak out as fear filled her eyes. It would happen soon, she knew it. She had to stop it from happening.

Xanthus, in the middle of patrolling around and checking if there was something wrong to where he was, turned his head when he heard a faint call for the aurors. With his hand gripping his wand, he jogged over to where he heard the cry. He was getting closer when he noticed a small group of people, maybe about 3-4 persons. Then he recognized his fellow auror, Nagisa, asking a… somehow distressed looking girl. Speeding up, he was going to ask Nagisa what happened when she heard a small voice, probably from the girl, say…. Death. Blinking, he stared at the girl, his brows furrowed. Nagisa’s voice brought him back to the present, and only then did he realize that the other people before was Mr. and Mrs. Montague. A powerful family, he remembered. ”Mr. and Mrs. Montague,” he nodded at the two respectfully.
”I’ll help,” he added, looking at Nagisa then to the mysterious girl. He wanted to be cautious, because that single word the girl uttered made him uneasy. ”Whaddaya think she meant by…. death?” He asked, keeping his voice down so only the other male could hear it while he accompanied the girl alongside the other auror.
(OOC: Here's a short post from a slightly confused guy ;3; )

La Famille Montague 'Mort Avant le Déshonneur' Death before dishonor ”Mister Yamamoto,” Charles Montague respectfully greeted the auror in kind. His wife was much too perplexed by the situation, her mind already warping ideals in her brain, solutions or events that may have transpired, anything, that might explain why this young woman was here. ”And Mister Nicholson,” he greeted the next auror who approached. He should have said more, but it wasn’t exactly a pleasant way to meet, was it? He cleared his throat and mumbled a few words in French, to which his wife nodded in tune. ”Oui, let us go,” the Frenchwoman politely nodded her thanks to the aurors as they led the mysterious woman off. Mr. and Mrs. Montague spared a second long glance to one another before filing down the paved walkway and up the steps to the manor, greeting the Wyn family at every turn as they entered.

??? "I don't know who I am. I don't know where I'm going." xxxxxPerhaps that had not been the best word for her to use, but that light that hit her, it prohibited her from doing anything about it. She was nothing more than a pawn in a game of chess. She could not control her actions. Someone else was, but who was it that was controlling her? She could not remember anything before showing up in front of the castle, nothing except what she had heard, and what she had heard was death. She had heard the voices telling her of death. She had heard them telling her to wait. Outside was not safe. Not for that sort of information. xxxxxShe watched as the man put away his wand. Not that she was afraid of that. It was just a stick, wasn't it? He wouldn't hurt her. Right? He had to be one of the nice people. That must have been why she had spoken to him. She needed to warn someone of what she had heard and in order to do so, she needed to get into the castle, and this man seemed willing to help her. The woman let the man help her stand. How odd it was to be on her feet, supported by someone else. He guided to the castle. She knew not where the man lead her, but that did not matter. Soon this would all be over. Soon she could have peace.

The Han's were standing together, the parents trying to convince the boy's to go off and socialize. "Come now boys. Don't be so shy. Go talk to people" Jeong said as she looked at the three sons. Isuel looked up from the conversation as Nagisa had arrived on the scene, requesting his attention. "I shall be right back." he said as he moved from the crowd. He said following after the Auror. "What is it?" he asked as he walked. Kyung sighed. Something must be going on, but what he did not know. "Well, we might as well do something." he said to the group, before going off for a drink. Eun sighed and followed after his older brother. "This is so gonna suck." he said as he walked to get a drink.

??? "I don't know who I am. I don't know where I'm going." xxxxxShe was so close to accomplishing her task, but was the time too close for anything to be done about it? Was anything supposed to be done about it? The woman simply could not remember. She knew only one thing, and she was about to share it. That much, she was certain of. She became concerned when the man who brought her into the castle left her alone in the dark dungeon. What was she supposed to do now? There was nothing in her head to tell her how to accomplish her task from this point. She needed people. She needed specific people to be exact. The things she knew were not just to be shared with anyone. xxxxxEventually, the man returned with someone that she recognized from pictures. But why did she know him from pictures? He had the be the Head Auror. That was who she needed to talk to. That was who she had to tell about what she had seen. "So many muggles. They don't know it'll be their last. They don't know it'll be his last," she said, looking at the ground. The memories were flooding back of the scene. She had to tell them. There was no going back now. "So much death. And all the bodies ash. The theater too."
