But just that, cute. She did wonder why he talked in that way so much, but the though passed as quickly as it had arrived in her mind. "I grew up in a human family, and for the most part I was human until everything started acting up. Everything magic in me was building up until a few years ago when it burst. And I had no control over it, so for a while it was wild. Eventually it did begin calming down, but it was still much more than I could handle. I came to the academy just less than a year ago, my sort-of 'transport' came a bit unexpectedly by letter underneath the door." ¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨ ...So then why do not fill it with colour?

(( OOC: )) ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ It seemed to Sena that talking to Lyra raised more questions than answered them. It's kind of like the phrase: one step forward, two steps back. At the very least, he was able to affirmatively declare that she was human. Magic though? So she is a magic user? What kind of magic could she use? She mentioned that she couldn't control it in the past, does that mean she can control it now? And if not, is she potentially dangerous? The wheels of Sena's mind were spinning at lightning speed. Even forgetting all of that, there was still one glaring question: "Wait, transport? What do you mean by 'underneath the door'?"

Sena seemed to be very confused by all of this, so she thought for a moment about his question on the least confusing way to explain it. "The day I arrived at the school, I noticed a little envelope as it was slipped underneath my front door. I looked out as I picked it up, but there was nobody there. At first I assumed it was- well, honestly I couldn't tell you what I thought of it other than it was a rather peculiar looking thing with a homemade look to it and a wax seal on the front. After that even I hardly know what happened. I broke the seal, flipped it open, and I was no longer in my living room, but in a place which felt literally like nothing other than light and colour twirling around me, and then at the gates of the school. There was no letter inside the envelope when I checked after that, but only a note folded up inside." ¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨ ...So then why do not fill it with colour?

Things have been kinda crazy at my house. I'm currently at the beach >.< Night posts FTW)) ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Sena paused to take it all in. "So, you've been here for a year and you still don't know how you got here?" It was a crazy story for sure, but that's why he loved it. Nothing is quite as exciting as a mystery. Sena took another few moments to gather his thoughts. An idea was forming in his head. He wasn't quite done with talking to Lyra; it was pretty easy to make her laugh. On top of that, this mysterious envelope and its origins intrigued him greatly. Sena wished to have a look at the parchment for himself. Here goes nothing, he cheered himself on. "Do you have any interest in finding out more?" The ball was in her court now. Sena's entire plan was based around her favorable response.

I don't recognize the handwriting of any I've ever seen. The emblem pressed into the wax seal isn't in any book I've looked at, and the envelope has no trace of the magic used. And if it does, it's hidden extremely well. It is as if whoever sent it means to stay anonymous." Lyra sighed, shaking her head. She had studied nearly every inch of the note and the envelope, but neither had any trace of the sender. Her eyes moved down slightly, then quickly back up when Sena mentioned learning more of it. "Do you think you might be able to find something? Anything?" ¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨ ...So then why do not fill it with colour?

I'm terribly sorry.)) ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ As expected, she indeed did some research. And, as expected, it had yielded no conclusions. No traces of magic, no handwriting, no origin - nothing. This might prove to be a bit more difficult than expected, Sena thought. For a moment, even Lyra seemed to doubt herself. However, Sena wasn't about to let this discourage him. The most important part wasn't the challenge but the fact that she wanted his help. He had finally found his opening. "You want help and I want friends," he said excitedly. Sena extended his hand towards her. He believed in contracts to make things official. Not through words or writing but a handshake. It was just a sentimental thing for him. "It's a pleasure working with you, Lyra." He stood up straight and wore a broad grin.

 "Salt is a delicious delicacy ♡..." ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ Umiko inhaled deeply taking in this "air" that the land people enjoyed (needed), it was rather refreshing she noted. She looked around excitedly taking the nature above. She twirled around, but stopped when she saw a boy and girl chatting. Umiko stared at them for a second then continued on her way. She then spotted a lake. Her hair perked up immediately and she jumped in, but Umiko quickly found out the hard way that swimming with legs was not easy. Umiko splashed and kicked as she started to panic. "Help!"She coughed as water started to fill her lungs. Umiko tried to reach for her necklace, but her arms wouldnt cooperate as she began to lose consciousness as she sank. ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ How is my hair feeling? ~ Magenta

Maybe now she would finally get some answers to the questions which had been plaguing her for the past few months. She didn't hear the other girl arrive nearby, but she did hear the splash of water. Being as curious as she was, she followed the sound to find the small lake. She watched for a moment, but didn't stop to think when she saw a large group of bubbles rise to the surface. Lyra knew what that meant, and in an instant she was swimming down towards the source. ¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨¨°o.O O.o°¨ ...So then why do not fill it with colour?

(( OOC: Hello, and welcome to the clearing ^^)) ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ With the contract complete, Sena was finally satisfied. All according to plan, he noted to himself cheerfully. This thought was interrupted however when a loud splash echoed across the clearing and a solitary scream pierced the sky: 'Help!' It was a woman's scream; more specifically, it sounded like a student. Sena twisted his head towards the origin of the plea with a slight hint of pain in his eyes. Inside his mind, Sena was beating himself up. Naturally, he had been able to hear the girl since the moment she came by. He was planning on locating her later on but now she was in danger. From the moment of the splash, Lyra had long left Sena in search of the source. Now worried, he darted after her. Fairly close to where he started, Sena came across a small, but surprisingly deep looking lake (he could tell by the color of the water). He arrived just in time to see Lyra dive into the lake and start swimming towards the bottom. Sena was able to pick up two things from this: A.) Lyra was a good swimmer, and B.) whoever was screaming must be drowning. Sena contemplated diving in after her, but quickly shot down the idea. He knew that two people going for the girl would only hinder the rescue. Therefore, Sena decided to put his faith in Lyra to bring the girl back to the surface where he would be waiting to help.

Umiko said swimming towards her, but the woman quickly swam away. "Mom!" She cried out, just as she was about to swim after her she saw a pink haired little girl chasing after. ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ ♕ ♡ How is my hair feeling? ~ Pale Pink

"Mommy please don't go!" The woman turned to child. "Go home to your father kid." She scolded her bitterly before swimming off, but just before she could go she grabbed the woman's fin tightly. "Mommy please don't ..." The woman immediately shook the child off. "I'm not your mom kid!" She said swimming off in a huff.
