Print started to snicker lightly to herself. As she does this, her eyes glowed again and more shadows seeped into the emolga's ears.Natalie shook her head, she really needed to have a talk with Print about this after the battle. "Wait, Grampa Cas doesn't know Ice Beam..." Jael mumbled as she awakened. "Ugh, my head hurts."she looked around her in mild confusion, taking in her soggy, sand covered status, before she realized who must have done it. She puffed up a bit and glared at Print. "Hecka rude, Miss Cat. Hecka. Rude."After shaking the sand off herself, the little electric type took aim at the snickering cat, then scrunched her curly-queued cheeks to release a Thundershock. Print quickly rolled in the direction away from the water. "Oh, that was rude?" she grinned smugly, her expression betraying her convincing saccharine tone, "Let me make that up for you... You seemed to have missed a spot."

Jael landed heavily in the sand, the water gently lapping at her as it moved in with the false tide. She struggled upright once more and faced Print. She knew she was nearly done in, so she'd have to put her all into one more attack. She grinned at her opponent. "You're pretty good, Miss Cat. It's been a pleasure doing battle with you." With that, she took as steady of a stance as she could and focused all her energy on a spot in front of her nose. A crackling ball of electricity grew there and then was shot off in the feline pokemon's direction. The impact of the electro ball made Print slide backwards slightly. She quickly shook the sand of one of her back paws and glared at the emolga. A grin stretched on her face as her tailed glowed purple once more, "You're not so bad yourself, pipsqueak." she drawled out. Her tail then lashed out at the emolga again. "Oh, by the way, my name's Print." she added. The attack whizzed by Jael's face, missing her by scant inches. The emolga breathed a small laugh. Her cunning plan had worked! She knew if she called her Miss Cat enough Print would eventually give her her actual name. This was a devious secret technique she learned from her grandpa. Worked like a charm! "Well, technically my name is Jael's Joyous Jubilation, but you can just call me Jael."The battle wasn't over yet though, so she sent a jolt towards her opponent once again. Print swore under her breath when her night slash attack missed and in return, she was shocked. The liepard dragged her tail in the sand for a split second to rid herself of any lingering electricity. "Jael's Joyous Jubilation? That's a creative name."

Jael shrugged. "My owner is a breeder and apparently really hoity-toity breeders name their pokemon ridiculous things like that."
This time the attack hit her full on, sending the electric type skidding through the sand. For a moment, she tried to get up but couldn't manage it. She waved a paw in surrender and the battle was called. "Yehaw, that one sure packed a wallop." she mumbled before Jeo recalled her.

Print smiled proudly when Jael surrendered. She looked over to Natalie to see her trainer's reaction to her first win in a long time. Print's face became slightly contorted with confusion at the sight of her trainer, she strolled over and looked at the human with completely innocent eyes, she purred to make sure she got her trainer's complete attention.
Natalie shook her head, "Good job, Print. Though, we have to have a talk." She crossed her arms, "Let's go."
Print sighed and reluctantly followed her trainer out of the stadium.
