She smiled. This girl not only seemed to have so much faith in her, but she also seemed to know more about her then most cared to. Maybe it was there sisterly bond that allowed Kelina to know so much. When she said her mommy could take care of herself, and then Gituku running off she tried to contain her laughter, but when Kelina started to burst out in laughter she followed suit. She had to bend over and hold her knees in order to keep herself standing. It seemed as if as soon as Kelina asked if her mother would be chasing him Abeni could be seen running towards where he had gone with her spear in her hand. At the sight Lasarra started laughing even harder, if that was even more possible! Abeni was small, but from the determination her face it was evident that Gituku was going to get what he deserved.
Once she caught her breath from laughing so hard she stood back up and looked at Kelina. When Kelina asked what growing up she frowned for a second before fixing her facial expression. "Well when I was a youngling it was pretty bad, plus I got my growth spurt later then most, so it was easy for me to get picked on. However I was lucky, my mom tried to make sure it wasn't too bad, and then my best friend always had my back." Bhima had been her best friend ever since that one fight.

The two girls laughed together as they watched the alkidike woman chase after their father. Kelina hoped Gituku could run faster than that or he would be in a bit of trouble! So she had gotten picked on a lot when she was younger, that must have sucked, Kel thought. Maybe now that she's older though, and moved to a different village she could get a fresh start if she wanted one. "At least your family and friends supported you. My mother and I were fairly solitary. My mother was a healer so people only came to us when they needed help." The girl shrugged. It didn't really bother her, she was normally fine on her own.
((Ahhhh, lol so do you want to have them go to either of the villages? Or do you wanna make a few posts and call their first meeting good? Sorry its crappy. >.<))

Lasarra smiled and shook her head. She knew that Gituku would be pretty safe. He would get yelled at, and maybe even pinned down by the small but strong woman. She would maybe hit him over the head with the blunt end of the spear, but he would live from the encounter. Part of her thought it was less then he deserved, however that wasn't for her to decide.
She couldn't imagine being alone like that. Her mother wasn't as popular as some of the others since Lasarra's birth, but they still had people coming over from time to time. "A healer? Is that the path that you are going to follow as well?" she asked curiously. She knew earthlings had many different choices they could make, where her mothers people only really could pick what weapon they used. They were all warriors. It was never the path that she wanted to follow, however she always figured she would. Now that she was moving out with her sister she had more choices. Or so she hoped.
((Well this is post 17, so I guess two more from each of us and we can end their meeting and then start another for them moving!))

Kelina once more shifted position, choosing to sit cross legged, propping her head in her hands making a triangle from her arms down to her legs and across. Kel found it hard to sit still some times. At Lasarra's question, the girl frowned, she had thought about this a lot since her mother's passing. "I've thought about this a lot actually. Although my mother was a healer, I don't think its something I want to follow her into. She was so good at it, I was no more than her errand girl anyway. I'd just fetch her what she needed. I think she knew that it wasn't something that I wanted to do. I've always been fascinated with bows, though I don't have much practice with them." Kel felt as if she was rambling a bit so she kind of drifted off awkwardly, giving a hesitant smile and shrug to her sister.
((sure! ^.^))

Lasarra nodded. "I understand. There was a time I thought I would follow my mother and sisters footsteps, but now I think I won't. Fighting doesn't interest me really." she said with a shurg. "Maybe when I move we can practice with a bow? I have a practice one at home I can bring, and although I'm not amazing with it I can maybe show you a few tips?" she suggested. Looking around she realized it was getting late. She knew Kelina would be walking home, so maybe they should call this meeting quits soon. She didn't want Kelina walking back alone so late.

Even after the short while that they had known each other, it was still shocking to Kelina how much they had in common. It shouldn't, though, since they were sisters and their father was just as flakey to the other. "That would be nice! I always had to ask one of the older shifters if I could barrow one of theirs and I don't think they liked it very much." She said with a laugh. Kel too realized how late it was getting, the forest was dimming and yet started to glow. She was in somewhat unfamiliar territory so it would probably take her longer to get home. "Well, Lasarra, I'm so glad we got to meet. I can't believe Gituku has been hiding all this for all these years. Unfortunately, I still have to make my way home. But we can meet again in this area if you'd like. I should be able to find my way back here if you just want to choose a date and time!" She suggested, standing up now. Stretching a little, her muscles had gotten tight from sitting down for so long.

Lasarra nodded and stood up as well. She still couldn't believe she had a sister, a sister unlike the many she had before. One that seemed to fit with her more then she ever thought possible. "Yes, we don't want you getting lost now that we have been brought together!" she teased. "Well I will talk to my mother today about moving out. How bout in four days time you come back here? In between that time I can make one trip to you with some of my stuff, and we can take some more back that time?" she suggested. Sure it might be all moving fast, but now that they were together she didn't want to wait any longer!/list]

"That sounds great! I'll be back here in four days then!" Kelina said happily as she reached in to give her sister a hug. "I'll see you then!" Kel said happily before waving goodbye and heading on her way. What an interesting day it was and she was so happy that she had a sister! She couldn't wait to see how things would go!
((I guess one more post from you and this'll be finished! <3))

Lasarra smiled, hugging Kelina tightly before watching her leave and waving. She waited until Kelina was out of her sight before turning and running towards her home. She had so much to talk to her mother about. This day was nothing like what she thought it would be when she woke up, and she was happy for it.
