Nuawahn nodded in agreement. He didn't know how exercise was going to help, but Tahi knew what she was doing, right? "Okay! Lets do it!" he had no idea what they were going to do but he'd just follow her lead and they would save her sister. "What are we gonna do, Tahi?" Were they going to run around alot and make the spirits really tired? Were they going to do pushups until the spirits were pushed... uh... underground? Somewhere? Oooo, maybe they had to be chased! Maybe thats what they had to do. But where? To Mount Xi? To the big Aisha-tree?

Seriously, Nuawahn was scoring awesomeness points with Tahigwa by the second, could he get any more cool?! He wanted to help exorcise her sister so she wouldn't be haunted anymore! First hair made of sunlight, now this! Could he stay forever?!
"Well, we have to get magic beads, first!" Tahigwa exclaimed, tapping her chin. "I think I saw some hanging from a tree a little while ago! Let's go get them!"

Magic beads? MAGIC BEADS? He liked magic and he liked beads, therefore he wanted magic beads, lots and lots of pretty magic beads! But first things first, they needed the magic beads to exercise her sister. He coudn't begin to imagine how it would work. Maybe the she would roll on the beads and slide really really fast on them? Or maybe they were the prize for the race with the spirits? Or maybe they were what got the spirits to run and get tired in the first place? Yeah, he had no idea. But Tahi knew best! "Okay! Lets get a bunch, just in case!" He had no idea what she meant, but more was always better, especially when he didn't know. He figured he would find out when Tahigwa did whatever she was going to do with the magic beads.La'amu followed the two younglings sedately. Something had set off her notcalf again, but that was hardly unusual. So long as he didn't try to fly in a ravine or something equally stupid, she was fine just staying out of their way. Kids. They were so full of energy that it made the capramel feel tired and old just to watch them.Nuawahn followed Tahi with energetic enthusiasm. After all, she was a new friend and new friends were exciting, and she was offering adventure, which was doubly exciting.

Tahigwa nodded, her demeanor half-excited and half-serious. Her little sister was in danger, but she was on an adventure! There were bad spirits haunting her village, but Goldie was here! So much to think and worry about while they ran, huh? She hustled down a path to her left side and motioned for Nua to follow her.
"They were down this path, I know it!" Well, she was guessing, but it was a good guess? "We have to hurry before more spirits start to get here! It'll be really hard to exercise Nyah then!"

Wouldn't Nyah's Mommie's keep the other spirits away? But okay! Now it wasn't just Nyah, it was the whoooooole village! They had to exercize everybody! Well, the only way to do that was a race, then. That made sense. "Okay!" he called to her, clambering up a tree. Maybe he could see the beads from there! "Tahi, what do the beads look like?" he said, peering out from a branch. He was actually great at climbing, it was the jumping that was the problem. He didn't see any 'beads' beads, but magic beads... maybe they looked different. "Muuuuuuuh!" La'amu was not happy about her notcalf climbing trees. being a mountain creature, she was no stranger to climbing or heights. But he was up awfully high. In a tree. She didn't trust trees- trees were not stone.

"They look like a big orange necklace!" Tahigwa cried, having moved a little ways away from Nua and La'amu. Little antennae fluttered about, feeling tree after tree until at last she pause, and squealed. She hopped up into the tree to her left side and tugged a set of orange beads down from it's branches, before running back to Nua. "I found them! They were over there!"
Then she moved to race down the path again. "Hurry up! Before it gets darker!" She exclaimed. "Bad things happen at night, making more bad spirits! We gotta go now!"
And with that said she leaped into the treetops again and began hopping back towards Andile. "Follow me, Goldie!" She cried.

Nuawahn got down the tree as fast as he could do without hurting himself. "Coming!" he called racing to catch up to her.
La'amu snorted, trying to pick up her pace. But then, her ears perked up and she stopped, staring intently at something in the shadows of the jungle
"Hey! Hey!" a voice called out. A shifter woman ran out from the brush, waving her hands. "Hey! Those are mine! Stop!"
"Aaaah, Tahi!" Nuawahn ran faster, "They're after us!" the game was as much reality as game.
"Come back you little theives!" she called out, starting after them only to stop when blocked by a very stubborn capramel. La'amu snorted angrily at her. She didn't like this twoleg's tone.
"Out of my way... whatever you are! STOP THEIVES!"
Run!"

Oh no, they were being chased! Tahigwa hated to be chased around, unless it was when she was playing with Yaholo! She twisted her head back around to glare at the woman yelling at them and grabbed Nua's wrist, tugging him along with her as she ran. "Hurry!" She cried. "I know someone that can help us!"
She tugged him through the trees for what seemed like ages until she stopped abruptly when a sleeping Alkidike came into view. Quickly, she let Nua go and hopped upon the other girl. "Nessie! Nessie!" She shrieked. "I... We... Take us home now, please!"
Nesrine rose, stretched and grunted, before actually noticing that Nua and Tahi were standing next to her. She arched an eyebrow, sighed, and took Tahigwa's hand before reaching out for Nua's. "Come on you little weirdos..." She grumbled. "I'll lead you back to Andile, where whatever the hell you've done can be dealt with and blah da blah..."
As they were lead back home, Tahigwa found herself grinning. She met an awesome looking kid who's hair was made of sunlight, talked about saving her sister from bad spirits, and ran away from a weird angry lady! Now they would go home, have something to eat, and she and Goldie would be best friends forever!
