She flinched when Nevada reached for her hand, wincing as it was taken and looked over. It wasn't that Nevada was rough, it just hurt, and she gave a weak chuckle as she nodded to the other girl's prediction. "Yeah, it'll be really colorful. Not the first one I've had though." Bruised fingers were given an experimental flex.

Another chuckle, and she shook her head, smiling. "I think being a rank up probably helped a bit, but thank you." Nevada was right, she was gunna walk away from this spar with more then just some new bruises. Learning experiences all around.

"I think I should go get this looked at, but thanks for the spar." Gingerly she gave one of her knuckles a soft prod, it hurt but she didn't think it was broken. "And for introducing me to firearms."

Peyton offered a shrug. "It's a lot of power he's channeling into me, so I guess it makes sense." She was used to it by now.

As Nevada turned to leave the smaller girl offered a wave of her unbruised hand. "Next time we fight I'll beat you," she called after her, chuckling. "See you later, Nevada!."
