Yuri was still feeling this guy out and didn't yet know what to make of him, so yeah he wasn't going to be buddy-buddy.
He did blink in surprise at the question though. That kinda came out of nowhere.
"So I take it you know her," Yuri replied before giving a shrug. "She's nice enough. Why?"

"Mm...a little," he murmured, staring at the ground. "Just curious. Wondered if anyone shared my opinion or it was just me. But it could always just have been due to different circumstances." Glancing at his watch, the brunet bit his lip. "Oh - kuso, I'm sorry, I almost forgot I was on my way to work. Better run if I want to make it on time," he said, offering a small, polite smile. "Nice to see you again, Yuri-san."

Yuri raised a brow and was about to ask what opinion that was... But then the guy announced his departure.
"Uh, yeah sure..." He said and watched the guy leave.
Huh... That was weird. Oh well. With a shrug Yuri just continued on his way.
