She watched him as he pulled the coat on then attempted to see how the patch looked in it's new location on his back. In any other situation it would have made her laugh, but Bix was just full of all sorts of hard truths for her, and not a whole look seemed funny just that moment.
At least she could be thankful that newly awakened hunters were greeted upon waking, and received their weapons straight away. She couldn't imagine trying to go through the chaos on the ship with nothing but a handgun. It had been horrifying enough as it was. She was suddenly grateful for all the full fledged hunters that were around, and so very willing to share their experience and knowledge with those that were new. It made her like Bix all the more for it.
And then they were back on the horsemen, and Peyton let out tiny little noise at the notion of something that was already out for blood having double the strength. She frowned though, trying to think back to her own trials. She'd never bothered to find out how long she'd been in the pod, so it was impossible for her to personally gauge how long it'd been since she'd come to this island. From the few scattered fragments of memories she had from the ordeal there had been no crazy powerful horsemen.
Scratching at her cheek, she let her gaze drift towards a window briefly before returning to the albino. She appreciated everything he was sharing with her, but it was a lot to absorb, and she was still filthy from training. "Hey, thanks for sharing." Unwinding her arms from her legs, she turned and rested her feet back on the ground. "It's, well not nice.. But, um. I guess tactically good," she paused, then nodded once, satisfied with the word choice. "Knowing what we're up against." She stood, hand now rubbing at the back of her neck. "I appreciate it, but I think I'm gunna go grab a shower now, and let all this new information soak in." A teeny tiny smile was offered in thanks.
