The first time on the roller coaster was fun. The ride to the top of the first drop was awful, as always, but Fleur was at least sort of used to that. The second time was much worse for so many reasons. By the third time around, she was seriously freaking out, and that was before she noticed the youma around and the noise in the distance.
Did that mean this was some Negaverse thing? Lovely. Either way, she didn't really have a chance to power up or get off the coaster as she was busy literally hanging on for dear life and screaming. Hopefully she wouldn't attract too much attention...
Oh merciful Poseidon He finally got off that bloody coaster!
With a fell timed leap and a few rolls he managed to finally get off the zooming thing and land on the hard loading platform. He had a bump on his head but otherwise was unharmed.

The panic didn't really go away. Fleur's screams stopped, partly through an extreme effort on her part, but mostly just because she was out of breath. Focus, she told herself, trying and failing to not notice the huge drop beneath her and the fact that the car was barely staying on the track at the sharper turns. That wasn't very reassuring. It was, however, enough to convince her that she couldn't stay on the coaster, even if it meant she'd have to jump off. Everything is going to be all right. Possibly.
Glancing around and not seeing any agents of Chaos on board, she transformed, which made her feel a little better. Still, she doubted that the bit of extra strength would be any use at all if the coaster decided that now was the time to collapse. It did help a little, though, as she held onto the car for a few seconds after unbuckling the safety strap with very shaky fingers.
Then, she threw herself from the car in a fairly smooth motion, letting out another cry. She landed pretty hard on her hands and knees, scraping them a little. She didn't care. She was just happy to be alive.

There was one thing that Captain Mica missed when she was on her however many months long hiatus, and that was the thrill of battle. Her heart pumping and her adrenaline taking hold, and the sound of the terror hitting her ears only added to that beauty. She wasted little time in getting to work, though- as much as she longed to revel in the chaos around her, she knew better than to dawdle.
She got straight to work. She paid little attention to her fellow officers and went straight for the first person she could see standing before her. It was an employee at the Carnival, decked out in uniform and shrieking orders to terrified civilians. Likely trying to keep a cool head, despite the Negaverse Captain that was closing in on him.
She didn't care what he was saying or what his nametag read when he turned around, plunging her hand deep within his chest and ripping out the starseed like a pit in a cherry. His eyes went wide before becoming lifeless, and she didn't take time to admire the little jewel before moving towards her next one. She had to make sure she brought home more than that insufferable drunk, or else she'll never hear the end of it.

Alfheim would be eternally grateful that of the straws the various soldiers of this war drew, his was not that of a 90 pound teenage girl like a statistically odd number of Order's members.
He was busy scanning the crowds for injured or trampled civilians, when he turned just in time to react to a youma lunging at him. His fist wrapped around his bottle, he instinctively punched it, and while his hand hurt, he must've hit it just right because instead of getting a face full of youma claw he ended up coughing on it's dust.
He glanced around, trying to maintain a certain calm with mild success, which was hard, because people were literally falling out of the sky.
He saw a knight (Vesuvius) drop onto the platform with a roll and started darting towards the area, pausing his search for the civilian woman he'd come with. "Hey man!" He shouted. "Are you oka-- AH" He almost stumbled back, even though she wasn't anywhere near him, when a girl landed on her hands and knees. While they seemed to have the luckier landing styles, it was still nerve wracking, He didn't want to start playing catch the civilian.
Speaking of civilians.
He leaned on the railing of steps leading up to the platform to try to get a better vantage point as she survey fallen and fleeing civilians alike, half hoping he didn't see who he was looking for. "NICOLE?!"

Civilians, civilians everywhere were dropping like flies. She wanted to help them but first couldn't help but find herself looking at their heads before anything else, gathering their hair colour and determining if any of them were the poor Pie Man. She couldn't see him anywhere which only left her to assume that he was either stuck on the Roller Coaster or... her eyes fell to the track with concern. He couldn't have, could he?
She only had to worry for a minute before she heard a meek scream from behind her. It was a civilian and they were being attacked by a youma! Immediately she rushed over, putting herself between the youma and the teenager.
"LEAVE," she commanded, taking her glance from the youma only to give a small reassuring glance to the teenager. This was just wrong, they were just children, and they had nothing to do with this!
In shock and unsure what to do, Svartalfheim's voice drew the teenager out of her state giving her a minute to gather her barrings and make it up to her feet. She seemed hesitant but before Svartalfheim could tell her again, the teenager fled. Svartalfheim didn't know where she went but she hoped it was better than dealing with this youma.
It was weak but not entirely below Svartalfheim's level. It took some work to really get it going. She didn't have a particularly useful weapon at the page stage but that didn't mean she didn't have feet to kick that youma's a** with. Weapon or not, her efforts eventually became visual on the staggering youma. She wasn't entirely unscathed but she was certainly standing better than it.
She stared down at the youma, her eyes narrowing. If she was Officer Walter this would be enough. This force would be enough to detain a criminal but this criminal was a youma. It didn't matter what she said, or what she did to detain it because it had no rights. It was a monster and it would not stop until everyone was dead. She had no hesitation, delivering a final blow to it.
She had to do more. This wasn't enough. She moved quickly, reaching Alfheim in time to hear her own name called. She stopped, staring at the purple haired man. It couldn't be the Pie Man. She shook her head, realizing that this man had a power signature. It was not the Pie Man, but perhaps he could help her.
She approached him quickly, not having any time to lose.
"Excuse me," he announced, pushing her way up beside him. "Have you seen a man around your height and build, similiar features with a matching hair around here?" She asked, only just realizing that his eye colour was the same as well. It didn't exactly ring any bells because millions of people probably fell into those categories. Okay, it was a bit weird but this was clearly not Noah.
"I'm afraid he's in over his head, or even dead. He's just a civilian, I need to protect him," she said quite genuinely.
Nick/Svartalfheim's Rolls
1 - The cue 3 - 8 :: Defense force! You are handling yourself well against the youma attacks, and are likely able to fend off their attacks. Lower rolls in this range likely come with small injuries, while higher end rolls can result in youma dusting. This may also reflect the strength of your attack against a Nega.

Alright. It took Hafwen awhile but she totally had this floating sensation figured out so she could actually go where she wanted to go. The chaotic situation and the screaming from the en masse weren't really helping much with her headache so she seek out where she felt might be the best place to do something about it - the control booth for the roller coaster ride itself. Perhaps if she managed to put the brakes on that thing, the screaming will stop just a little...

One of many senshi must've spotted him, since she either launched herself at him or someone else did. She didn't seem entirely sure of herself, and her attack failed miserably, leaving her stumbling just shy of him. Bischofite quirked an eyebrow at her, and the senshi girl stared in shock. She must've been new to this whole endeavor.
That's too bad, because he's not one to show mercy to the inexperienced.
With a knowing, albeit menacing grin, he tripped the girl and sent her falling into a mass of youma. Maybe they'd eat her and give him a show. Either way, it left him open to continue his efforts to please Painite with a whole gathering of starseeds.

Hafwen didn't know how she did it with the number of youma and Negaverse agents out there but she made it to the already abandoned booth that housed the control relatively unscathed and without attracting any attention to herself. Lucky! Alright. Now where was that pretty little Stop button on this hmm?
Blinking a few times, she rubbed at her eyes then squinted at the tiny words on the console, trying to get them into focus. Ah. There it was... only that she couldn't push it since someone or something had smashed that particular portion as well as the speed control of the roller coaster up, thereby preventing anyone else from tampering with it. Bummer... looks like those stuck on the ride were on their own unless someone could rescue them or something!

Well, if Hafwen couldn't help those on the ride itself, there was bound to be people out there that might need her help even if she was stuck in her current civilian form. It was with that particular thought in mind that she ventured out into the open again after waiting for a couple of minutes for her balance to spontaneously reinstate itself following a dizzy spell.
A likely side effect of that horrible bump she had taken to her head. She would try to keep a low profile and stay out of trouble, but once things got too dangerous at some point, she was not going to tempt her luck any further and risk adding another count to those who were either dead or unconscious for the time being on the ground. She wasn't sure if she dared to press her fingers to one of their necks to find out for herself.

It had taken quite awhile to wait out the substantial line for the 'coaster - almost enough time to digest everything and ruin his experiment. No, there were some remnants, and they had sat like bricks just to keep him assured. Not so much anymore, now that the ride had started; they were still bricks, but everything was practically airborne once the ride really got underway. It hadn't seemed so fast from view in the cue. And no wonder that thing was so long, because this ride felt like it was going on forever. Sekani swore that they passed up the boarding platform three times (speaking of, what was going on there?) and the wind was only rushing faster and faster at his face. He halfheartedly cursed the decision to zip up his camcorder in his small backpack and not have this whole thing on film. But, we've all seen Final Destination.
There went the boarding platform again.

Everything was, to put it simply, a huge mess out here. Hafwen's head was starting to throb again with the amount of information she had to keep up with, looking this way and that to ensure that the coast was as clear as it could possibly be so that she wouldn't get caught up in a really bad situation. This was bad. Real bad. Where was Camelot or Valhalla or any of the other knights for that matter? Weren't they supposed to appear and defend the civilians of Destiny City whenever a crisis made its presence known? And the authorities...
She made a dash for the nearest cover, getting behind one of the refreshment trolleys and then peered out to see if anyone or anything was coming after her. She should probably start locating the nearest possible escape route lest one of these started coming after her soon.

Mica found that the que line was entirely too boring for her, and she looked around to her fellow officers that may have been around. She suspected that they were doing just fine and wouldn't require her constant attention. After all, both of them were grown man, and that Bischofite seemed eager to continue her good work.
So, it was onto the Roller Coaster itself for her, to initiate the second part of the plan. Slicing at a civilian that got in her way and ignoring everything around her, she made her running start and leapt onto the coaster, mere moments before it took off down the track.
Now the real fun could begin!

A youma that was sent crashing into the refreshment trolley had Hafwen squeaking and then darting out into the open once more. It was not use. Even the safest looking place could potentially be hazardous with all the fighting going on around her. Hopping across a toppled over trolley, something caught her eye then - a sports duffel bag and a hockey stick. It didn't really look as if anyone would be missing that so she might as well try to put it to good use somewhat. With that in mind, she picked up the hockey stick and held it close to her as she pressed on.

Cybele spent an entire second just sitting there, taking a deep breath while generally freaking out about the fact that she'd just jumped off a speeding coaster. The next was spent slowly standing up, and looking at the two people closet to her. Knights, she was pretty sure. "Hello," she said, unable to think of anything else to say. After that, it was pretty much impossible to ignore all the Chaos that had been swirling around her all along, when she'd been too panicked to realize it. There were tentacles and teeth of youma everywhere. Screams kept sounding in the distance. Was... was that a body?
If, later on, the Negaverse tried to pretend they were helping or protecting anyone through this, she was going to have to strongly object. In fact, she was going to have to strongly object now.
Of course, when she was busy thinking heroic thoughts was a great time for a youma to run up and attack her. This one looked like a large monkey with exaggerated limbs and fangs, and it dropped on her from the coaster track above. She'd been ready for something though, so she managed to throw it off her before it could really hurt her. Now to dust it before it could hurt anyone else...
