If we get a Shika for the Nara clan then he will be paired with Chozen and the Nara. If a Nara isn't picked it will just be randomly generated like the rest will be, besides the Hatake brothers as its for the plot.

As of now you do not have one. The squads can be found in the land of fire tho should you wish to see the current standings. But until all spots have been filled only one Genin has been placed in a team as its for plot. All others will be randomly generated into teams unless we get a Nara with his/her name beginning with Shika in which case we will have a Ino-Shika-Cho team.
