Javor had begun to wander around in search of oleander bouquets again, when he heard the most horrific racket! It sounded so familiar--rather like his deceased fiance's screechy, annoying voice. Except it was louder and wailing and...oh dear. It was that child over there, wasn't it? Goodness. What an awful screeching sound. How horrible. Javor wondered where its parents were? No one seemed to be claiming it (not that he could blame them. He wouldn't claim it either if it was that loud all the time). Still, it was irritating him and no one else seemed inclined do anything, so Javor wandered over with a slight frown on his face and knelt beside the child ( Sani). Placing his hands on Sani's shoulders, he leaned in close. "Little one, you mustn't take on so. If you do not stop the screaming, I fear that Nyarlathotep shall rise from the depths of the shadows and tear out your vocal chords." He put an arm around the child's shoulders and pulled him close, giving him an intensely serious look. "You realize that should one of the old gods come for you to silence your annoying howls, not a single adult on this island will be able to save you." "So...you must to be quiet." He held a finger to his lips. "Quiet..and never speak. Unless you wish to be forever swallowed by the things that live in the dark just waiting to eat all the noisy children in the world." ((I have been reading too much Lovecraft lately. D=< And apparently so has Javor))

Valentines Day! A day about love! And dates! There was no way this wouldn't be fun, a blind date was always exciting. Okay, well that wasn't exactly true but Mitsukai figured it would be better to look on the bright side of things. Besides, everything should be fine as long as she didn't end up with some teenager or old creep. Even if it wasn't her ideal date it could still be fun. The woman had come with a bouquet of Gloxinia, just as her card had said. Lucky for her, her older sister owned the Flower Shop so it wasn't hard to get the right flowers. She even managed to get them for free, though her sister didn't seem too happy about it. It was okay though, she'd get over it eventually. Mitsukai would be surprised if she even remember later on that evening. There were other things to think about right now though, like her date. Wherever he was he needed to hurry up and find her. Mitsukai had not gotten all nice and dolled up to be standing around waiting all day. It was time to get this date started! ------------------------- Elizabeth was super excited for her date! Valentines day was all about love, and if there was one thing Elizabeth loved other than herself, it was love! Why else would she spend her time shipping the poor random citizens in Nirvani. In fact that was exactly how she planned on spending her time while waiting for her date to show up. She stood there with her bouquet of Red Hyacinth, as she looked around trying to find some good ships to make! No, nope, no, maybe? It was much more difficult than it looked. The art of shipping is no easy one and eventually Elizabeth gave up for the time being. She could do her matchmaking later! For now she'd wonder about her date! She could only hope he'd be as attractive as she was, she didn't want some ugly guy as her date. Either way, she didn't have to worry about him not being attracted to her, she knew he would be. After all, who wasn't? The teenager smiled in anticipation as she waited for her date to find her. ((Short posts are short. I apologize.))

x~x~x~x~x~x~Rath Viniva~x~x~x~x~x~x Rath only signed up for this because he expected Sothen and Priscilla to be here with him! But nooo. They lied. And now here he was. Alone. In a place that expected romance. You think he was good with set up romance?! Hell no! He could manage on his own in everyday situations...But he was unfamiliar with matchmaking. He could feel his palms start to get sweaty as he gripped the fresh Geranium flowers more tightly. Rath had never even heard of these flowers before this holiday! They weren't that bad, he supposed. He clenched his teeth angrily as he entered the crowd of people. He would relax...Eventually. Luckily the scent of flowers was very soothing, and seeing searching faces helped his confidence. But he was new on this island...
He also, unfortunately, noticed that everybody dressed nicely for this occasion. Rath had only gone casual. He didn't really own formal clothes either. Man! His date was going to hate him! As he turned his head in frustration, he noticed a very attractive blond (Erika) holding the same species of flower. She was dressed very nicely in a flattering blue color. Damn. Ah well. Hopefully she wouldn't frown upon his clothing too much. They could still have fun for the evening. Ending his little pep talk with himself, Rath straightened out his polo shirt, courtesy of Sothen, before heading over to his date. "I hope you have not been waiting long?" He began when he was a few feet from her. What was he supposed to do with the flowers? Given them to her? But she already had some! "I hope you don't think me too much of a slob. You look stunning, however." It had been awhile since he had flirted with a woman, let alone go on a blind date. But it should be like riding a bike, right? Learn it once and you'll never forget. "Rath Viniva." He said, finally introducing himself.

 - Rune LeBlanc, Brooke Page, Julian Fate, Miah Bernadetto, & Stella Hammett- It was a simple bouquet, but Rune was easily swooned over flowers. Ever since she was a child really. Come to think of it, didn't she wander off on her own once for going after a flower? Ended up in another house and all? The woman chuckled at that memory, well the bits of the flower and the tale of how her mother went crazy searching for her. Such times... She got her head out of memory lane and continued to wander around the Public Garden with the bouquet of roses on hand. Valentine's Day was always... interesting. So far it hadn't really done anything for her, but she might as well give it another try. Besides, at the least she'd have an interesting time and meet new people. Well... interesting was a poor word here. Some of them ended horribly wrong. Again, she had to shake her head at that thought as she continued to wander, wondering who would be looking for her. Brooke wondered how silly it was to get into this. Yet it was a festival like any other, it could be fun... Well at the moment it didn't seem like a good idea. She sighed and looked down at her bouquet of Narcissus. They were rather pretty actually. Brooke herself wasn't one to fall for flowers immediately, but she had to admit they were appealing. Their beauty was in their simplicity. Ah but ignoring the flowers for a moment, Brooke kept a composed expression as she continued to walk around. There were several villagers around in this... Maybe she shouldn't have come to this. Was it too late to leave? Oh she already had the bouquet in hand, what was the worst that could happen? What the hell was a bouquet of Monkshoods anyways? He had a better idea now after asking one of the booths that sold different kinds of flowers for clueless victims such as himself. Well he wasn't entirely a victim, there was some free will involved... but that didn't really matter. He was here, scanning the area for those weird little flowers that he hoped he remembered. He was a policeman after all, wasn't there some memory involved in that? Julian would have to hope that was true for flowers for a date as well. Now this one was a victim. Miah glared at her bouquet of Carnations, the thing she had bought not a moment ago at one of the booths. She sat on a bench looking over the vibrant flowers before letting out a sigh. This was not her scene. This was a lost bet between friends, one that she really regretted. It wasn't like this would be a complete loss... if luck was on her side. She only someone who didn't irritate her to spend the night with. Nothing more, and definitely nothing less. The only other time she came to this was an utter failure and for the time being she refused to come to this stupid festival again. But she had to lose the bet... Stella found this festival to be interesting really. It allowed her a night to talk to someone... unless they were completely odd and left to do some chanting or whatever in the forest. It had happened before, and it was quite interesting, but it wasn't her idea of a nice date. Tonight she could only hope for a different outcome, really. It would be. She had decided on that the minute she left her home with a bouquet of Scarlet Zinnia in hand. The blue-haired woman wondered why a gene decided to make a flower this way. Well it was an interesting thought... she kinda stuck to that after receiving some items to take to the clinic from another carrier who was studying plants. Oh well, the mystery was probably already solved, but who would be her date tonight was yet to be.

June's eyes trailed over his date. Now that she was standing, of course he would notice her pretty eyes, or nice figure, or even quirky and cute accent. That was natural right? Of course not. Not when she reached eye level with the man. It would be healthy, and normal, for a twenty-nine year old man to have just given up on his height issues... But, June was having trouble with that. He felt his jaw clench, ready for a scowl. Yet, he controlled himself. The goddess liked to throw taller girls his way. Plus she was nowhere near as tall as his ex. Which was already an advantage. His hand reached out to hers as he shook it with a smile, "Name's June King." His hand returned to his side as he registered the woman's voice in his head. Surprisingly, you didn't get many different sounding people around here. Everyone had a flavor, sure, but no accents that he was ever able to pick out. He'd have to ask about it later though, June was sure that the Umi wouldn't want to sit around in the introduction stage. The blonde man certainly didn't want something as boring as that either. "You have any ideas for tonight's plans?" He asked as politely as he could possibly muster. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now, there are a lot of things a newcomer can do to get acquainted with the local inhabitants of his new home. He could go on a walk around town. He could go to the beach. He could hang at the bar. Or even invite people over to get to know each other. All suitable options to make an island debut. However, Alec Levitt wanted none of those things. Well, to be more exact, the blonde young man couldn't bring himself to say that he wanted those things. Alec just had to do things a little bit differently. It was out of his control really. He was drawn toward the idea of starting off his new life on the island in a bachelor kind of way, getting set up with some random chick. And while in reality, the thought of going on a date with a complete stranger terrified Alec, his outer ego wanted nothing more than to meet up with this girl and show her one hell of a good time. Alec showed up to v-day in a pair of nice slacks, white dress shirt, and a gray sports jacket. He searched the grounds for his date only to find that she was a young blonde bombshell, much like himself. He straightened up his clothes and made the first step to meeting his date for the night, only to be stopped by his inner nervousness. She was hot, and he felt like he was going to throw up. So what would he do? Approach her anyway. The more worked up Alec got the more he was ready to go after all. He approached the young woman holding the Carnations that he was instructed to look for. He stepped in front of Miah with a large smirk that hid the inner ravings of a man about to go mad with nervousness. "Hey," He began to speak calmly as one of his hands slid into his pocket to make a cool guy pose, "I'm Alec, your date tonight."---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Erika was near shaking with expectation as she waited with Skyla for their dates. With her eyes roaming everywhere around her, she figured she would see her date coming immediately. Maybe they would even lock eyes from across the way, like in a movie. That would be something! How romantic it would be to meet eyes with a well dressed, handsome gentleman who would sweep her off her feet. He would come walking up to Erika and take her hand an- "Eep!" She squealed as she heard the deep voice of a man address her. Her eyes raced to the man who seemed to be her date and she noticed him to be a bit... different from what she expected. His clothes weren't top notch, and he definitely didn't look like a gentlemen... Yet, "This isn't bad either..." Her head nodded a few times while she inspected him, then she cleared her throat and extended her hand to him. "Erika Page," She introduced herself to him with a large smile, "And thank you for the compliment." She knew this dress would be a hit. Her sister would be jealous if she laid eyes on Erika tonight. Erika felt a surge of confidence, and it showed in her smile, "I'll be in your care for tonight, Rath."---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In all honesty, Skyla had zoned out into her own world as she stood their waiting for whatever. She had actually been so out of it that she didn't even notice that Erika had already been snatched away by some guy. Well, not right away at least. When the young blonde did notice her friend missing, she let out a small huff and puffed her cheeks at the idea of being ignored. Someone should be here keeping her company. This was some kind of event for Skyla to meet someone right? The goddess put it all together just for her after all. That's what Dolce told her anyway. And her (imaginary) friend would never lie to her... Or leave her alone in a crowded area. Or force her to come out to something like this in the first place. But, Skyla was here, and she was going to meet with her date that this whole festival was set up for. So the tiny teen found a nearby bench and stood on it, stretching herself to be as tall as possible. She waved around her bouquet of Camellia flowers, hoping to attract her date to her. She would not be stood up.

Chun Fei had begun to play with the petals of her bouquet, once she had been waiting for more than three minutes. The dark-haired teen was a lot of things, but patient was not one of them. She was anxious, yes, but much of that was just the anticipation... If her date could hurry up and get there, then she wouldn't have to suffer anymore. She had just plucked a petal free from its stem and rolled it between her index finger and thumb, when someone approached her and began to speak. The sudden attention made her flinch, and she looked up to see an adult man peering down at her. She allowed herself to look startled; he was notably taller, and definitely not a teenager. Yue had warned her that she wasn't certain to get someone her own age, and she had gone in understanding that, but it was certainly different, imagining it in her head and seeing it in person. He didn't seem that much older, but he wasn't a teenager, that was certain. ...But wait. He didn't mention anything about a date. She had jumped to conclusions, he was just some adult approaching a teenager for no apparent reason~
But Chun Fei certainly didn't appreciate what he was saying. Find her a parent? That hurt. Yeah, she had played up the young-and-innocent thing in her clothing choices, but she was still sixteen and sixteen year olds didn't need their parents. "I'm not lost," she began, her voice soft and high as usual, but what made her voice quaver was not fear or anxiety but suppressed resentment. "I'm on a date. Err, waiting for my date. So please go away," she squeaked, sounding like she was about to burst into tears, but actually resisting the urge to snap at him. What a creep, preying on innocent girls like this.

Even though Garland had looked up narcissus flowers on the internet the night before and had been confident that he could identify the yellow flowers, but... Well, now he was here, it was a lot harder. Turns out, narcissus weren't the only yellow flower out there! For a little while, he stood there dumbly, looking around for something that seemed familiar... He was about to give up, maybe too quickly, when he noticed a brunette walk by with a bouquet of something yellow and not unlike a photo he had seen. Without thinking about what he was doing, he quickly took after the girl, coming to a skidding halt right in front of Brooke. As he paused to catch his breath, he finally realized how young this girl was. Easily still in high school. Slowly, his goofy grin faded as the reality of the situation sank in; she may not have been that much younger than him in the grand scheme of things, but there was still a decent chance that she was a minor. But maybe he had gotten it wrong? Maybe he had jumped to conclusions, and his real date, some busty blonde with low self esteem and daddy issues, was somewhere in the garden with a different, correct bouquet of yellow flowers? "...Hi," he began rather lamely as he pointed to the bouquet Brooke was holding. "...Are those... Narcissus... or whatever?"

Sethrian looked down at the girl with a slight frown. Initially he'd felt a little guilty about the fact that he was essentially going to lie to her and imply her date had stood her up which was relaly something no one wanted to hear (but something he'd figured would be less awkward than their obvious age difference). But she sounded like she was going to cry just from him talking to her. And she'd told him to go away just like that. Guilt evaporated. Honestly. He couldn't stand girls like this--all weak and teary, who cried at the least provocation. Even if she was young, it was no excuse for her to act like a five year old. On top of that, really, who told someone to just go away like that? (Okay, he probably would have too, actually. But him saying it to someone else and him having it said to him were two different things entirely. And, well, he was trying not to dwell on the hypocrisy of that particular mindset.) Seth looked down at Chun Fei with barely concealed disdain, and shrugged. "Very well, but if I were you, I'd make an effort not to let those tears spill over. It would be such a pity if your date took one look at your face and left without even speaking to you." With that, he turned, and started away from her. Maybe he'd just go get a stiff drink and spend the rest of the night reminding himself to never go on a blind date again.

June? Umi kept a smile on her face despite her surprise at his name. Because, wasn't that a girl's name? Eh. Whatever. She couldn't really complain considering she had a boy's name. She supposed that made it work out okay in some weird, convoluted way. It was kind of cute anyway and, really, he did kind of look like a June so it was all good. "It's a pleasure to meet you then, June," she said, giving him a warm smile. "I'm glad you were able to find me so easily; it was worrying with only the small bouquet to reference. I'm impressed you knew what cyclamens were." She faltered a little when he saked her about plans because, really, she had no idea. She barely even know where everything was on this island so she had just assumed they would either stay at the garden for the festival or go elsewhere at her date's suggestion. "I don't really know," Umi said. "My family only just moved here from France so I don't know much about the island yet. If there is anywhere you would like to go, I'm happy to go with you." She smiled again, running a hand through her short hair. "But the first order of business is to get to know each other a little, yeah?" She paused briefly and held out the bouquet. "These, are for you." It was a little awkward, since usually it should be the other way around, but she sort of liked the idea of going against tradition for once.

xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox Kenneth had been walking around for awhile now. He had passed his younger sister a few times and started to think the girl was looking for him instead of her date. He smiled a bit. It was probably some issue about how she looked again. She was always nervous about things like what she was wearing. He let the thoughts go and turned around to find his date. Looking at his little card and picture once more then looking at the flowers the girls were holding. He spotted a girl (Mitsukai) standing not too far from him with the Gloxinia flowers. So there she was. She looked pretty cute. He actually felt a bit nervous now though. He never went on blind dates so he didn't know what to say at first. Instead he just walked up to her. Giving her a small smile before saying, "Hello. I think I'm your date for tonight." Was that an odd thing to say first? Probably. Ah oh well. He could have said worse.

Mitsukai had been getting pretty impatient standing there, waiting definitely wasn't her thing. After what seemed like an extremely long time to the woman, she was finally approached. "You think?" she asked the man with friendly chuckle. Whatever, that worked for her! She didn't plan on waiting any longer so whether or not his guess was correct didn't matter now. "I'm Mitsukai," she introduced herself with a smile. The man was attractive, though he did look a bit younger than her. He was legal though, so she wouldn't let a few years age difference bother her. This was just for fun anyway! And fun she would have. The man looked fun at least, she decided. She wasn't always the best at first impressions but that was beside the point. She'd make sure this date was fun one way or another. "So, what do you have planned for tonight?" she asked him curiously. It better be good, or she'd be incredibly disappointed. "Soooo?" she prodded. She was not going to let him make her wait again.

xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox "I'm Kenneth."He pushed his bangs out of his eyes so he could see a little better and slipped the card and photo he had into his back pocket."And as for our date," He paused. Remembering the box of chocolates in his hand. Smiling a little and holding it up, "Well first, this is for you. And as for our date I was thinking maybe we could get to know each other first. Maybe we could go for a walk, grab something to eat, maybe get some dessert then find something else to do? I mean it may sound a little boring explained like this but it could be fun."He bit his lip. He wasn't the best at planning dates. He never really went on them anymore. And few years back he was too busy with his band and their music. It was all he did back then. Now it was adjusting to the move, his job, and taking care of Penelope. Who was around here somewhere. Hopefully she didn't get paired up with some jerk... Pushing the thought away Kenneth looked back at Mitsukai."If that doesn't sound good I can always find something else for us to do."

.:l Beep l:. Where, oh, where were the scarlet zinnias? Briar had initially tried to scan the area for them, but it was rather difficult to see over people with his short height. Still! It was perfectly fine since his awesomeness made up for it. After all, he already knew what scarlet zinnias were in the first place since his sisters were always sticking all sorts of flowers at his face. He was an expert on all things girly after all! That just meant his chances with the ladies were better since he understood them. Hell, he even wore hot pink pants just to prove that. Not to mention, it was his favorite color too. Pink was a very badass color. After searching around a few wandering NPC’s, Briar finally locked eyes on scarlet zinnias. Whoot! Finally! The owner of those flowers seemed to have blue hair, looked a little bit older than him, but most of all, she was taller than him. Oh, this was swoon-worthy already. He walked up to the woman and greeted with a grin and a hand outstretched. “Hey! Scarlet Zinnias right? I’m Briar. Nice to meet you.”.:l Beep l:. One look at Izzy, and a person could tell how hard she tried. After all, she was gorgeous! With paints that she stole of various colors smeared across her face in her shoddy attempts to try out makeup to the lovely way of how her hair was clumped together from rubberbands to the exotic garbage bag that she used as her new dress, this was all Izzy. Yeap. She wanted to look superb after al! This was supposed to be a date, a date where she would woo the other lady with her charm~. More specifically, it was whoever held a bouquet of orchids. That poor person. Of course, Izzy wasn’t all too sure what orchids were, and when she tried to look them up in some nerdy library, there.... were just too many pictures! Too many different kinds! They just made her brain explode, so she resorted to tearing out all the pages of these books and attached them to her makeshift dress instead. That way, if anyone had an orchid, they would know right away that Izzy was the one for them! .:l Beep l:. When Snyder first got the note that he had to look for candytufts, he had to admit that he really wasn’t sure what those were, but a little search on rather.... extremely slow internet helped out with that problem. Now the real deal was how dressed up he wanted to be. No, it was which gender he should act out. Oh, this was so silly, but it was society. Then again, it was fun to screw all that up, so with that decision made, Snyder opted to refer to himself as a ‘her’ from this point on. After all, it was much funnier to see that this supposed ‘girl’ wasn’t really a ‘girl’ per say. What a fun trap. And so, there went her time, most of which was spent on trying to add extensions to her hair as well as slapping on a rather concealing top with a long skirt too. Of course, she had to skip out on the heels since they were hell on her feet. Really, why would anyone want to subject their feet through that torture. When she finally arrived at the garden, she glanced around for her date, and luckily enough, there was her date. It seemed to be a young bluenette standing next to an older man. Well, she better not be disappointed by Snyder since she put in a lot of work to making herself look nice for this date. She approached the girl with a small smile and said. ”I believe that I’m your date for tonight. My name’s Snyder. What about you?”.:l Beep l:. Hm, now which of the brats signed him up for this event? Alfred had pondered when he had gotten his mail. Well, it was pretty obvious who would have subjected the entire family to this, but it was all in good fun. They all needed to go out and have a social life instead of being awkward hermits. Plus, this was a good chance for him to get away from the kitchen and the tykes too. Of course, he’d need to prepare a little for his date with White Roses. Homemade chocolates sounded nice right? Oh! Edible flowers were a must have as well. Then, a pastry would be another nice addition. Before he knew it, there ended up being tiers of cake built in front of him. <********> This was supposed to be small too! Well, it wasn’t like he should waste this too. Eh, whatever. His date can have the cake and think of him as a freak too. Just as long as it didn’t go to waste. With a bit of difficulty, Alfred maneuvered the cakes onto a cart and wheeled them straight for garden. Of course, his date was rather easy to find. White roses. White hair. White cake. How ironic. He moved the cart up to the woman and presented with an awkward smile. “Tadah. I’m late, but I’m here.”.:l Beep l:. Anneliese wasn’t amused. Not one bit. She could have spent her day napping, but no, she was constantly bugged by her siblings to go and ‘have a life’ at the festival. Now here she was in the garden, trudging around to look for some damn Rose Moss. The hunt wasn’t going as well as she planned, but she finally found her date. Since her day was crappy from this event, she was going to turn this around and make it fun for herself with or without help. She introduced herself. “Hello, I’m Anneliese and your date for today. We’re going to be pulling pranks on others. If you’re not fine with that, then whatever. If you are, then feel free to cause mayhem with me.” Ah, yes. Making others miserable would be just amazing, and it would certainly make the day entertaining. .:l Beep l:. Alec.... really wasn’t enjoying himself. If freaking out was supposed to be fun, then it definitely wasn’t for him. After all, his horrible younger sister just threw him into the lion’s pit! No, no, he shouldn’t be feeling sorry for himself. He should be feeling all the pity for whoever his date was. Alec wasn’t exactly dating material. For one thing, he didn’t really talk! He wasn’t conversationalist, so his date was sure to be doomed. Oh, man. How was he supposed to do this? With a little thinking, he thought of a pretty good plan. He could bring a giant bouquet, shove it into his date’s face, and run away. Perfect. With bittersweets in his own hand to match his date’s, Alec awkwardly searched for them. Of course, it turned out it was some blonde man. Crap. Would this person beat him up if he gave him flowers? Would he? Ohgosh, he would wouldn’t he? Shitshitshit! He was mentally crying all the tears at this point, but he’d have to suck it up. After all, it wasn’t so bad. He was just giving flowers to somebody. That’s all. Then, he can run away in peace. Taking a deep breath, Alec walked up to the guy, shoved flowers at him, and bolted. Yeap. The plan was accomplished. .:l Beep l:. Amie was absolutely disgusted by her bouquet. Pines? Really? She deserved something majestic like roses! This was totally unfair. Ugh, didn’t people know to give her the royal treatment? It suited her title after all. She wasn’t moping. Absolutely not. Noblewoman like her didn’t sulk. Instead, she just went for the pout and stormed straight for the park, but as she was crossing through the townsquare, she saw a distressed child being tormented by some evil warlock. More like a ***** putting some moves on an annoying brat. If only she had her knight to banish the creature! However, it was only her. Now, where was her conveniently placed sword that she can ram straight through the beast? There was none. Well, there was always improv, so a bouquet to the face was always a good idea! ”Oh. I mean, teehee, oopsie!”.:l Beep l:. Kasie found herself in a rush the whole time she was trying to prepare for the event. There just didn't seem to be enough time at all. She tried to doll herself up but quickly gave up on that intent when she saw that she didn't look good no matter how hard she tried. Of course, she was even desperate enough to ask her younger brother for help too many... many times and went as far as asking him whether she should stuff her chest with padding or something, but that only served to have him kick her out of the house without anything cute to wear in the first place. All she had on her was a tank top and shorts slapped onto her and a bouquet of fern. Not only that, she was actually late for the event in the first place. Ohno! Well, all hope was lost in trying to make herself presentable, so that didn't matter. What did matter was that she was missing out on her chance to drool over a cute guy! Forget looking nice! She ended up running straight for the park, determined to find eyecandy even if she was going to end up being a sweaty mess. Eventually, she caught sight of some giant blow-ups of couples with a lady ( Zhi) in front of them. There! That woman must be like a coordinator or something, and surely, she could help her find her date. Of course, being as determined as she was, Kasie couldn't exactly stop in her tracks when she actually did reach the stand. Yeap. That was right. "Oof!" She crashed straight into some table of Zhi's, but it was all good! With a mix of a grimace and a sheepish smile, Kasie tried to wave off her pain and held up her bouquet of fern. Despite gasping for air,she still managed to find the breath to blab out. Erm, I'm here now. I'm not too late am I? I really hope not because it'd be really sad since I ran all the way here only to find out that my date actually left. Well, I wouldn't be too sad I suppose since I haven't even met this person yet, but still, I really wouldn't want to miss out on seeing a cute boy!".:l Beep l:. It was a whimsical decision of hers to join in this matchmaking event, but boy, Scarlet was so glad that she did it. After all, she ended up getting a gorgeous bouquet of monkshood. This was absolutely delightful! After all, she never expected to be given poison so early in, and she was almost half-tempted to skip out on her date just to play around with her new set of flowers. She really couldn't wait to see all her new pets suffocate from paralysis of their lungs, or maybe their cute little hearts will just stop! Wasn't that so adorable? Still, it wouldn't be very nice of her to abandon someone like that. After all, she wouldn't like it if someone did that to her, and so, with that thought in mind, she made sure to dress up in her nicest black, wear a thick pair of gloves to avoid direct contact with the monkshood, and she was off to the garden! Since she was also feeling so nice too, she might even give a flower to her unlucky date! .:l Beep l:. Morgan wasn’t even sure how he got signed up for the event. He didn’t even remember participating, but the note told him otherwise. Plus, it wasn’t like he could abandon this person even if all he wanted to do was stay home. Plus, it might be fun if he had a sane person to just chill with. Hopefully. He was just going to go with the flow. Heck, he even dyed his hair pink just to be in the spirit of this event. With a box of chocolates in hand because who didn’t like food?, he was in his search for white camellias. Well, it didn’t seem that hard to find since he already zeroed in on a bouquet. At least, he thought so. He had to give it a few looks to tell if it really was a white camellia, but it seemed like so. Just a little... dead? No, no. He wasn’t going to spend much thought on it. Instead, he’ll think about the girl holding them. Green tips. He supported this. So. Much. He might actually have to try that out someday. Though, that was for another time. He went up to the girl and grinned, holding out the box of chocolates for her. “Hey there. Guess I’m your date, so these are for you. I’m Morgan by the way. You?”

xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox Penelope sighed. She had been walking around for awhile now and she still couldn't find her date. She was really about to give up. Even her brother found her date. And she couldn't help but giggle when she over heard them talking. He wasn't the best with first dates, blind dates, or dates in general. Crossing her arms over her chest and putting her thoughts away she started to look around some more. Noticing a girl (Skyla) waving a bouquet around. Well she couldn't tell from over here but maybe those were the flowers she was looking for. Well it couldn't hurt to ask. Penelope quietly walked up to the girl. Giving her a small smile and tucking her hair behind her left ear."Umm hello. Are those camellia flowers?"

x~x~x~x~x~x~Rath Viniva~x~x~x~x~x~x He wasn't that scary looking was he? Rath was concerned for a moment by her reaction, but perhaps...Well...He supposed he'd have to face the fact that his looks didn't really allow him to blend in around town. It didn't help he wasn't the gentlemanly sort. On top of that, she wasn't trying to hide the fact she was inspecting him, which for once, made him uncomfortable. Did he have approval? "Pleasure to meet you, Erika." He said, remember his manners lessons for once, returning her smile as he shook her hand firmly. He supposed he should have gone for the dramatic and kissing her hand, but...Rath wasn't comfortable with that. He didn't want to look like a creep either. He didn't know what type of girl Erika was yet. Well, he had confidence in his date plans at least! He had the advice of Priscilla, Sothen, and Jordan! There was no way he could go wrong.
Offering her his arm -because that was much less intrusive and creepy than a kiss on the hand-, he actually felt himself looking forward to the evening. "I hope you don't mind the beach." He had planned the evening for a romantic spot, and he was pretty damn proud of himself. Remember that weird box thing (palanquin) that January came to the beach in during Beach day? Rath took it after she left. He hid it behind some rocks on the beach. He wasn't sure why he felt compelled to do so, other than to piss January off some more, but lucky he did because it was perfect for tonight! He had to bust out some of the walls to give it more of an airy look and he had Sothen help him bake a chocolate cake for the occasion a few days prior. He was kind of surprised he put so much effort into a blind date, but it had kept him busy the past few days, and he didn't have any friends on the island besides the Viniva's. It didn't hurt that his date looked beautiful either.

"You are late," Angela said, raising an eyebrow at the tall brown-haired man who arrived with a dessert cart laden with cake and flowers. Her lips twitched into an amused smile. "Shall I assume you're a baker who's arrived straight away from work, or that this is an offering to appease me for said lateness?" she teased. She had no idea what was wrong with the people on this island but she was beginning to suspect they were all a little off. Still, when it came to weirdness, there were far worse things than a date that offered up an entire cart of confections as a peace offering the moment they met. Then again, she spotted strawberries. Lots and lots of strawberries. A tall, dark haired man who brought her strawberries. This could actually work. She shot him a grin as she sneaked a strawberry from one of the little cakes. "So, I'm Angela. It's nice to meet you...I think. I mean, as a child, I was told not to accept candy from strangers. I wonder if that still applies as an adult? Then again, this is cake so I'm sure it's alright."
