"Ares shows up and throws you through a mirror," Leto said with a grin. "Then it hurts like ******** hell and you'll feel like you want to die. Then the pain dulls and you realize you're a badass ******** with the best family you could possibly ever ask for. Win win situation, right?" She laughed. "It's really not that bad. Okay maybe it is, but the pain goes away quickly, I promise. The end result is worth it. No pain, no gain!" She patted Persephone on the back. "Then... You realize that everything you thought you knew as a White Moon Senshi was wrong. It's enlightening, really! And you help us work with Ares to get us all home. Have you been to your planet yet? Could you imagine life being restored there? That's all we want, we're not bad people. The end justifies the means."

Perspehone frowned and then nodded slowly. Of course taking Chaos into your body would hurt - it seemed only rational, since it was messing with your starseed, your soul, your self. That had to hurt.
"You...want to go home?" That didn't seem like a bad or evil or Chaotic goal at all. "My planet...it was so pretty once, I think. It's dead now, of course. I think they all are...but I found...I think it was...my garden?" She bit the inside of her cheek. "My past self's. I saw it, for a minute, how it used to be. It was gorgeous." And the Dark Mirror didn't really seem so awful. Certainly her first encounter with Leto had gone badly, but really, she had been inexperienced and foolish. It was no wonder she'd been smacked around. It had been a wake-up call to so many things.

"Of course," Leto replied bluntly. "Why wouldn't I want to go home? I don't even know what my planet looks like and I want to be there so desperately it's a little ridiculous. But I can't, and you can and it's unfair because you White Moon Senshi take it for granted. You're so caught up in keeping the Earth away from the big bad Negaverse that you forget that you have your own homes." She shook her head and waved a dismissive hand in the air. "Listen, I'm sorry I beat the s**t out of you- but you Senshi... You are so ******** lost. And it's so god damn exhausting trying to get you to just listen and see what we're trying to do isn't evil. I don't have patience like some of my Court do, and I just... I want to get to the end game, you know? I want this to be done, and I want to go home- whether that's here or on Leto- and I want to live my ******** life. You're lucky that you can choose to be here or there, but I don't have that choice so I work to help Ares to change that."

"I could take you to my planet sometime, if you'd like," Persephone offered. "It's not the same, I know, and I bet it's nothing like yours," because what could pomegranates and camouflage have in common, "but...it's something." She knew she could bring others with her, and even if Leto was Chaos, well, how much harm could she do anyway?
She wasn't sure if she'd call it "home," but it was hers, at least, and she'd take whoever she wanted there, thanks.
"I was stupid, fresh out of getting powered up, and yeah, you scared the s**t out of me, but it was good for me." She admitted, reaching up to muss her own bangs. "I learned, yeah? And I'd rather talk to you, anyway. I'd never even really looked at Chaos before, but you actually make it sound really nice."

Leto eyed the White Moon Senshi suspiciously. While it was great that the two were chummy and Leto didn't feel obligated to stomp her into the ground a second time... Did she really trust her to take her into space? And you know, not just leave her on her planet to die and rot away with no one being any the wiser? She thought about it for a moment, taking careful consideration of every angle. But something deep down told Leto that Persephone really wasn't the type to do something like that. So finally, Leto conceeded. "I'd really like that, I think I'll have to take you up on that offer some time. And I will be honest, we're not all nice. I'm usually not nice. It's great when you're on our side, we'd do anything for each other, but when you're the enemy not everyone will be willing to chat. So just... Be careful, okay? You can't hold up your promise of taking me to space if some Negaverse ******** kills you." After Leto's warning to the other Senshi, she offered her as comforting a smile as she possibly could and ran off to disappear into the nearest mirror. Die Fluegel der Freiheit Fin unless you want an exit post for Persephone!
